The hotel has approximately 150 rooms, in various buildings in a park-like Areal are. The entire area constantly cleaned and kept clean! Wifi is in the lobby free of charge. At our time there were the most of the tourists from Germany, but also japanese, indian, chinese and russian. The latter could but behavior ☺ in the lobby you can also change money, buy stamps and there is also the mailbox. Postcards are not there under of the lobby in the shops, the clothes sale! English almost all, german a few at of the lobby. read more

    Our room was a deluxe room with a king size bed, so double bed. Different rooms have two separate beds. Are all balinesich equipped, that means with a large living room with bed, desk, air conditioning, a seating area, and a flat screen tv and fast an equally large bathroom. Here there is a large bathtub, a separate, large shower, a separate toilet, a large laundry table area, with hair-dryer and two closets, one with built-in, free safe. Next to the bath is the kettle, with teebäuteln, coffee and milk and sugar. Everything was very attractive in dunlem wood and marble! Jese room has a large terrace or balcony, each with 2 chairs, a table and a beach chair.

    I am trying to an objective evaluation, but unfortunately is in my opinion, the gastronomy in this hotel only suitable, so that you do not to nourish itself can do. Joy, as i did before 1.5 years Sri Lanka had, for the same stars and almost the same offer, is in my opinion here, negative. Sure, you could argue about taste, but almost the same food everyday, only in a different sauce, is for me no joy. Every day there was rice, okay, this is Bali staples, beef, poultry, potatoes and fried or cooked or grilled. Some travelers, so did we, have already fun. 'what is it today nice?' The same as yesterday, only different!' Bali so many beautiful and delicious fruits, but the buffet was always only watermelon and papaya and fruit to unpack. The salads were anyway not really the burner, as well as the cake buffet! Everything seemed so carelessly laid out, like a feeding! In other hotels this was much better, also for all inclusive tourists! Breakfast includes everything, but without whistle. Sausages, beans, hash browns, pancakes and bread toast in bright or dark or bread for selberschneiden with milchbrötchencharakter. There is only loose a cheese and a scheiblettenkäse to unpack and always only ham and sausage. The jam the consistency of fensterkitt and is simply only sweetly, disgusting! The saving grace here, the omelets, the prepared before your eyes and with different toppings can be caused. So if you from good food speaks, the is otherwise nothing else used. If you can, the should be on all inclusive and only breakfast and better outside the hotel food or when all-inclusive, then the 24 hours à-la-carte hotel's restaurant use, which included in the price is. Since you can have your food and put together individually by the clients and it tastes even better than the buffet!

    One of the huge benefits of this hotel is its always very friendly and very polite staff. Everyone strives to please, no matter wether reception, service or service, and the even without a tip to be expected. As soon as the plates were empty, immediately someone came and cleared it, as soon as a drink was emptied someone came and asked, if you would like something else to drink! The rooms were always very well cleaned and every day there was fresh towels, if you wanted or not!

    For march, where the hotel only 60% was fully booked, was the pool large enough. There were never more than 15 people in the pool, there are a lot of at the beach located or on the chairs in the park. Towels are by the pool included and to the beach be taken.     The hotel is directly at the own beach. This is every morning very early of algae and angespültem unrat cleaned. The distance is to number of the hotels to be distributed to the guests around 30 to 40 minutes. We were only about 20 minutes, since we only 2. were picked up. Easily reachable on foot is a 24 hours market directly opposite, a cash machine approximately 100 meters from the hotel. To the shopping centers Bali Collection runs daily from the hotel several times a shuttle bus. Wireless internet at a charge was possible but not really functional. In the lobby free but also here not of a workable quality. All inclusive is not recommendable, there the offer mostly exclusive for inclusive was! This applied also for some soft drinks and simple coffee outside of the meal times, bezahl drinks in the hotel and mini bar on the rooms were ridiculously expensive. We have also been three hours before the date of the ... departure of all inclusive status taken, which i have very fussy, and also hadn't experienced. Initially january were in the hotel over 90% russians a few chinese and german. The few deals in the spa inspire. The beach was small and swimming in the sea during the high tide and during the low tide not possible. Intensive (water) motor near the beach the only annoying. From dream beach no speech. For the hotel terrible traffic, the a walk outside the hotel lethal power. Along the beach rather difficult, but with the season (often rain) to do. The hotel complex aln itself, was a bit from the most beautiful, which we have met. With excursions together, could so the vacation be saved.     A dream! We were in the suite 1009. One of the few rooms with a view of the sea. Just amazing and for many disappointments. Huge, modern bathroom with jacuzzi. Just a pity, that we pay and überteure minibar from outside fill and the first coffee every day demand had, because for the existing coffee maker not refilled.

The kitchen in the restaurants but the good balinese cuisine does not do it justice and overall was a disappointment. On the trip's we clearly eaten better. The few drink's during the stay consumed were terrible bad. The staff at tip joy, calls on this but in no way.

    The hotel management tried the guests every night to converse. Dance was not possible. The pool- and beach area were every day many aids well maintained and was in spotless condition.     A tropical prison, because one the hotel neither the front because of car and sccooterverkehr, as i in a european city never experienced, still the back the beach exit. Shopping nearby, but with the hotel's own (free) bus or cheap taxi on the route. Few restaurants nearby.

Although the hotel is already somewhat older, but it is the only the capacity in the typical balinese style is surrounded by a paradise garden. The staff are always helpful and always very friendly. Our bungalow was in terms of its size more than enough. Also the prices in the hotel are not overpriced The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which to the nearby located Bali Collection to Nusa ... Dua to drive can or to the hardys a supermarket where one could buy very cheap. The buses run hourly directly in front of the hotel and bring a back. Taxi there in front of the hotel always. But you should only the blue walkest, these always drove with taximeter and are not expensive If you like a walk to Nusa Dua to make, for those there are the possibility if you at the beach the paved path on the right side follows. There one comes also to a restaurant ( kandi kuning ), where you can eat very well. The wegezeit to Nusa Dua is approximately 30 minutes if one comfortably runs. There one can then in the Bali Collection different shops or in the many restaurants eat out. Small tip: If you like fish food, the must definitely to Jimbaran go. You sit directly at the beach, hear the sea and will enjoy the great atmosphere in the evening. There are also many destinations which one either in the hotel during his tour operator bay or with a local guide. ConclusionBali is a great island the cultural and scenic lots to offer has. Who to Bali and 14 days to the beach or pool, the it is your own fault. We have the 3 weeks on Bali enjoyed. read more

    The size of the rooms was perfect and the furnishings really very nice. The bathroom is in the room even integrated, so you the bathtub and shower right in the room can see. The double bed is with white mosquito net decorated and every day freshly changed. Furthermore, in the room an airco, a mini bar (against an extra charge) a safe, two telephones, a tv and a kettle for the preparation of coffee and tea.     The service was the best, the we have ever seen. As well as at the reception, as well as in the restaurants was the staff very attentive, polite and really friendly. German were bad, but with english you could always very well and everywhere. The room would be cleaned daily and there was no reason to complain.

    The hotel owns its own beach section with enough umbrellas and comfortable sun lounger. The beach daily cleaned from seaweed. The bathing possibilities were at low tide slightly limited, but to splash around it was enough. Good shops are also, as it directly opposite, as well as 100 meters away is a small supermarket. The hotel is in the balinese style, everywhere it is green, there are small pond with fountain. The paths are as in a small park. The temple is impressive and this were all 3 od. 4 days cultural evening events carried out like for instance the barongtanz. In the hotel complex there were bungalows and room. We had a hotel room booked all inclusive. The beach is very beautiful large with chairs and sun screens. However could at the beach more chairs and sunscreens set up as in the moment are available. Unfortunately are the loungers also early in the ... morning 6 hours of the hotel guests with the towels occupied, so that at o'clock almost no chairs on the beach more are available. Here is really either participate or the day by the pool spend. At the beach there is ebb and flow so all 6 hours is water and all 6 em the water is way. It didn't bother us but if you like a lot of into the sea is the disadvantage feel. Snorkeling directly at the beach is not possible however the hotel offers 2 times per week snorkeling excursions to a nearby reef at (10 minutes by boat-free of charge). The corals there aren't so great however the fish are really nice. The guests in the hotel complex were German, french, English and australians. read more

    Our room was nice large and peacefully located with a large double bed and great duvets and pillows, a flat screen ( with dw tv) and balcony with a view of the complex. The bathroom was also very nice with a bath, large mirror, separate shower and toilet ( this was again with a door separated from the bathroom).

    There are 3 restaurants. Restaurant number 1 is a 24 hours restaurant - here there are outside the meal times always à-la-carte eat ( fries, burger, pizza, steak, etc.) and drinks. In the 2. Restaurant there is always breakfast and mostly dinner in buffet form. Lunch and coffee always at the beach bar in the 'restaurant number 3' serves also in buffet form. In restaurant number 2 and 3 was mostly balinese and asian cuisine offered with soup, salad buffet, fish, meat, satespießen, much rice, desserts etc. There is always something for everyone and if the times is not the case you had the 24 hours restaurant; O.

    The service is great. The staff are very friendly and polite. They give themselves very much trouble. The rooms were always well cleaned. The staff speaks predominantly English, but there is also a angelstellte in the lobby who speaks German. While we were there we had 1 times the room changed.     There is a entertainment program, we have it however not used. The entertainment team is nice and friendly but not pushy. Who is on the program want to take part, to the agreed meeting places and with, there are however not the entertainers by the complex and speak the vacationers at. There is discreet loudspeaker announcements, the next entertainment program and place advertise. To the program belongs water aerobics, windsurfing, volleyball, tauchschnuppern, biking, fruit carving classes, darts, Boccia. On the grounds then there were still 3 pool billardplatten which could be used for free and chess is also available.

    The hotel is located outside from Nusa Dua. There are 2 shuttle buses almost hourly from the hotel to the nearby shopping centers drive (free, the times are in the lobby on display). It is however also possible there to walk. Opposite the hotel there was a minimarket (beware expensive). At the beach you can nice from hotel to hotel walk, but if you the chaos, with hundreds of mopeds lovemaking want to go ahead at the hotel los to the left or right and is right in the middle of the action ;-), here then also come after a few hundred meters the first stores, restaurants and massagegeschäften. Chairs and sunscreens at the beach there was only in the Bali tropic and 2 other hotels there in the area. You have a bed, a small table, a mini bar ( also in all-inclusive at a charge), an airco, a bathroom with bathtub and shower ( separately) and extra toilet. Coffee and tea you can in the room make, it gives daily 2 free bottles of water. Safe is in the closet. You can see signs of usage, scratches on the wall, stains at the curtain etc. , but everything was still as a part of for 'standard'. I consider the sale of 'deluxe'. As' standard ' there would be 4-5 suns.

    Food at the beach or with the beach! The choice is varied and changed daily (except breakfast, this is always the same--). Quality and quantity are super, cleanliness is ok also super. The style changes, much balinesian, but also times German (bratwurst with sauerkraut) or Italian. The only problem in the restaurant is the proximity to the smokers. There is a spatial separation instead of, however means, that for breakfast the smokers at the beach sit and the non-smoking in green plants give at the buffet. For lunch the smokers in the shade and no in the sun, but in the course of our stay changed, because apparently much nr after shaded spots asked you a little converted. There is still a third restaurant, outside meal times can be used. Here there is also ice, recommendable.

English is a must here, German can almost none. basisenglisch as good as any, many more, however so correctly English for a entertainment will be difficult. The cleaning of the rooms was only moderately. Sometimes we had dirty towels, sometimes too few and sometimes to many towels. Also is only roughly mopped, really clean afterwards not (we had a day a cockroach totgetreten, the itself was way, but the stain was not really way). Also the curtain at the bed ( mosquitoes) very stained and the walls had some black scratches from careless guests. Unfortunately ends the friendliness with the day of departure. Here is 12 hours check out ( ok ), however is the all inclusive-band decreased. You even get a coupon until o'clock ( for the lunch), is available from then but self provider. If you like we very late and hence late is, can against an extra charge all inclusive extend ( the room is then automatically extended). 2 hours all inclusive respectively 4 hours room ( until o'clock we had then taken) costs 30 $per person. I find that absolutely not reasonable, you must for the late check-out extra are charged (or so), for the late arrival but nothing be applied. Discussions you will need not try, since end all of a sudden the English of the front desk...

The hotel is with its unique tropical garden and typical balinese architectural style exactly, what you on this island is. You feel like in a temple. Every single bungalow is a palace for itself. All employees are constantly on the 'works'. They do everything for the guests, without expectations, because it is already pointed out when we arrived, that tips included are. If you want something like, should this at the front desk do, so that it can be divided. It were this year very many germans on the complex, also russians. ( then one comes with a few kilo overweight home), but you always somewhat delicious found, naturally some repeated, but that is everywhere so.     We were already 2001 in this hotel. It is a bit off the beaten path, however by shuttle bus and taxi you are not bound. In the hotel is evenings very much was offered. If once nothing special was going on, we are after eating to the Bali Collection. As you can every day strolling, shop. Live music in every restaurant. Or one drives to Kuta. The beach was artificially poured and is in comparison to 2001 very nice. We were this time often in the sea baden.

    Directly at the beach with high and low tide, it is actually in each catalog and you can afterwards they don't get worket up. You could swim in the sea at least half of the day! In front of the hotel there were some stores and spa.

The hotel is, for children, not suitable, since too many only couple have a vacation there. Possibilities to do water sports at the beach there were very many. To the diving the hotel is not at all. It is very complicated there diving to go, because you always very far drive. It is better, a hotel in the north or the east of Bali to check availability. Diving is wonderful on Bali, but be careful: many diving areas ... there is very strong currents and can be life-threatening. Garden area is tropical landscape and thereby it very nice. The rooms are huge and relatively clean. The hotel lies quite good Bali and so you can from there many go on excursions. Central quiet hotel in order to get yourself to relax. In July 2012 we were up 6 days in this hotel. Clean and tidy were lobby and pool area. That was it already. The breakfast was boring and the Quality bad. Coffee Pots, gas cooker for eggs and pans were dirty, The rest in the deluxe bungalows shabby and worn, slippers and dressing gowns old And worn. Enlargement of the pool bar consisted of zusammengezimmerten tables the Search (photo). The overlays on the sunbeds were old and cracked. Gesamtfazit: never again this hotel. read more

    In the hotel there are a lot of bars. At reception, at the beach, by the pool or rather in the pool:-) the restaurant by the beach is lovely. Always air and light. There are buffet, there is something for everyone there, both for breakfast, as well as during dinner. Dinner there are every two days al fresco on the meadows not far of the pool. There will be tables and the buffet set up in front of the temple with entertainment. Really worth seeing! At noon there is a snack in a way terrace at the beach. Who buffet didn't like it go to à la carte restaurant (24 hours/ 7d ) in the hotel.

The Bali tropic resort, is the only thing in the traditional Balinese, built style on the entire beach. The bungalows and hotel room in the dreamlike garden area embedded. The pool area with of the pool bar invites you to stay and dream under palm trees. There were enough sunny and shady spots there. Or places in the pleasant Penumbra. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service super. Everything is very clean. There is on the complex but a 24 hours restaurant with various delicious meal times. It is recommended all inclusive to book, as you at least ... 3a 5 minutes cheap taxi (1a 3 Euro) take you to Nusa dua to get around to eat out. Directly opposite the hotel there is a 24 hours possibility for shopping, and 200 meters further, the Carla spa, one hour full body massage for fifth Euro 50 as other very cheap deals! For excursions it is one of the many dreamlike tours to book, is also outside of the hotel everywhere offered. We have a whole day for 40 Dollar booked. Volcano and temple visit, zoo, Monkeyforest, artisans' workshops, rice terraces. Everything your heart desires. Until about 13. Hours you could eat lunch in the sea very good, afterwards there was a more or less strong ebb. We then bumped up to the wonderful pool. The average age of the guests is from 40 upwards, did not have very many younger couple. All in all it was a dream holiday! Despite many experiences in Thailand, we recommend a motorcycle or a car to rent (international driving licence is necessary. The police stopped the foreigners constantly on and requires money. No matter for what. The traffic is tough, from Nusa dua to get out, you mostly over Kuta, and is about 1 hour traffic. Therefore prefer a driver rent are familiar with. All together a dreamlike vacation. read more

The hotel although it's getting old but still very nice, the people very nice, and helpful with good German language skills. The beach is clean, but the sea with high and low tide one must like, times up to ones neck in the water is possible, up to the ankles. But one it well with the pool combine. If you only breakfast you can well in KENDI KUNING to dinner approximately 500 meters right at the beach ( sea food without end ). When excursions driver issues (only light-blue taxis) there are many German speaking driver the whole day for ... 30 to 40 euros the island leave. We will be back. read more

Would book it again at any time and it also recommend. There was 1-2 small faults in the room as a few unpleasant stains in the sky from the bed. But after friendly mood instructions he was immediately replaced. The food was local and delicious. But whoever wanted could also all other hotels on the beach promenade without problems food, one must thus no all inclusive book. Very good all inclusive was the coke and the various soft drinks not from the usual Sirupmischautomaten gave, but fresh from the bottle.
