We were after dinner (very meager buffet) more or less from the hall thrown (loud dishes, light, the entrance to the dining room was closed, we were directed to the back door, the staff was extremely rude) for breakfast only toast sloppy, no butter, just margarine, the buffet was very well arranged. The staff at the front desk was very rude and incompetent. The question of an Internet terminal was answered with a shrug. read more

    By train about an hour after Barcelona. You don't change. Railroad platform no 5 minutes away. Very easy! From about 10 hours evenings drive no more courses. If you evenings with the taxi drives, you need only 5 to 10 minutes for example after calella. Directly next to it beautiful, inexpensive shopping( a few Clothes shops, lots of souvenir shops and cafes). Apart from that is Pineda de Mar rather quiet, but not very routistic. Hotel lies directly at the beach, you must however by an underpass.

The hotel is not considered a resort. It is a high-rise is a small terrace where in the entrance area and on the roof of the mini-pool. Lobby is as far as nice; from the first glance made a good impression. Condition is partly need or at least it should be cleaned thoroughly (carpets in the halls and entrance) We had booked all inclusive, but it is trying to limit the benefits everywhere. For example we were allowed to check-in at 12 noon, but lunch (13-15 hours) we were allowed on the Anreisetage, but only for the day of departure. ... But you will have to 10 hours check-out and all inclusive card to work from 12 hours. As I really don't understand the logic this scheme absolutely not!! Drinks can you get only one per person (maximum of 2 if you leave a second map). For families with children's a problem; but also for people who planning to go to the beach. Although it is not far. However, you can hardly get up through the underpass and across the street to yourself something to drink! Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive. Except for the specials are available. But the taste the same every day. Only change color: -) There were many locals. In my opinion itself is a plus. However, in this case that the staff as good as didn't speak any German and English also only partially. It is just families and older (50 +) guests at the hotel. Indeed, I suspect that in the period we were the only guests at the hotel, the as friends out with between 21 -25 were. So for our target group absolutely not to be recommended! read more

    Rooms were big enough for a Dreibettbelegung. However, the beds were nothing. I looked at the mattress. But I can imagine that looks not as well. Furnishing was ok. But rather older year of construction. Bathroom, air conditioning, balcony were also ok. TV was in order. However, no remote control available only for a fee at the reception. As well as the key for the safe. key cost 5.50 € per day. There were no coffee maker. At least not in the room. Telephone didn't work. At least not at the front desk.

    There was a restaurant. Which is open at all meal times. If you want something to eat outside of these hours. No chance! There were 2 bars. One on the ground floor and one on the roof terrace. Above and below is only one person maximum 2 . As I said you try to save a everywhere. As the hotel only a vending machine, you directly stood if you want to have something then time and again. The food was totally fatty or everywhere oil, tasteless and constantly repeated. However, in the long run. Atmosphere: Yes, as there are 4 people at the restaurant entrance. Why? I don't know exactly The.     Staff was friendly. Room cleaning was ok at first glance. Under the beds but it was never cleaned (was only found when something under the bed). Bed sheets were rarely replaced just stay well-maintained. Telephone at the reception desk call didn't work. The keys were broken.     The gym is estimated 6qm large and consists of 4 pieces of equipment and a table. stairmaster is circa 1980 and ur right to the wall. No window to the outside and ventilation didn't work. The hot tub was also down there. But we never seen. Because you had to reserve this on an hourly basis. This was booked for the next 2 days. As we found this late, we could not be able to get in. But the location to keep going, it was a room as the fitness room. There was no entertainment at night. I would call it more kids' program. Was really nice. At least for families with small children. The pool: -) is probably about 5 feet deep. Children's pool is rather than be described larger children's pool (where I know from the outdoor swimming pool). There were actually only kids inside and mothers, who made on the children. The roof terrace, where the pool on it, is without question great. Amazing view of the sea as well as to the hinterland. But like I said; in the pool only children, however, it is really great above for sunbathing. The quality was good. It was clean and had space. Water quality was good. But quite a high waves. For those who wanted, it is perfect: -) for all other, it's splash on the edge: -)

    Pineda de Mar is in a quiet neighborhood. The gentleman at the front desk had an absolute blast expressed "welcome to sleeping city". The beach is across the street, through an underpass easy to reach. Train is easily reachable within 3 minutes walk. The historic city of Barcelona is approx 70 minutes without transfer to and costs two way overall £5.75 € per person. It is a stop for Calella and to Santa Susanna the trolly stop (each of which has a different location). Here the drive there and back cost about €4 . Those are the only places after 10pm what is going on. Problem is that at least at 11pm the last train drive if you go back to the hotel at night, have to take a taxi. Where there of course extra offs (10 - 15 €). The location is for people who want to go to bed at midnight at least and laying around on the beach all day would ok. But there is more also not to do and see. The city center is fast seen: - )

Friends and I chose to stay at this hotel because we wanted to make a worry free relaxing break. From a gorgeous Meerausblick roof top (where the pool is) I could barely keep sight, perfect for just the perfect place for unwinding. Upstairs are unfortunately only Dixieklos, but the way to the hotel rooms isn't trip. The beach, though not fine sand, but they were clean not quite as crowded, and through an underpass within 2 minutes walking distance. Highly recommend the neighboring town Santa Susanna, where many nightlife à la Lloret de Mar can be started. Especially the disco ... ok is definitely worth a trip. The taxi will cost approximately 10-15 euros, so in a group indeed affordable. (Just don't let them fool you; -) ) The food is quite good too, offering a wide choice and if nothing else there is you can still on the Kindertheke avoid, where there were always something like chips or pasta dishes. This means no one would starve. Also the Offer is not without alcohol. All in all a perfect place for people who want to enjoy a carefree vacations and to the basics. read more

The exterior of the whole thing wasn't so bad, the lobby is nicely decorated. The room brings me Which is the highlight. The roof terrace is actually very beautiful from there you get a wonderful view of the sea and the other side overlooking the city and countryside. The room was on the first look, the view from the balcony was nice, we had some wall but from the side, you could see a long way from the beach. But when you see the room much, much dust on, the bedding was partly dirty and the from any of the ... three beds has extremely stinky!!!. The bathroom had a shower (for children? ) and a bathtub, there were enough towels for 3 people, this but smelled bad. We had full board but gave us only at breakfast and supper the drinks. We had to pay for lunch. The food was always the same, at least felt. Evening they give you but freshly grilled meat or fish. Overall the hotel is in need of renovation. 4 Star but it is definitely not. We are not near better places with only 3 stars. read more

    All tables in the restaurant are too close, sometimes you could not get up without the the person came up behind me even had to stand up. The dishes were repeated and are very poorly presented. Often we thought everything back utilised as after the 5 day we almost only with rice from the Kindertheke fed. Fruit is rarely have been good from the dessert do we want any Pampen were not talking from the bag. The only good thing was at dinner the fresh grilled meat or fish.

    The staff at this hotel is so I guess if you speak spanish you will also understood otherwise it hard, German, English, Italian is understood. The room was cleaned, just as good as possible the dirty and stinky bed sheets were only after we changed on the ground. Towels were changed daily but the "fresh" were equally smelly, you get especially the drying smell. The broken hair dryer at second complaint replaced. A supervised activities for children as well as the entertainment was offered, they have we but thankfully declined.

    The pool was more like a small hole for 6-7 people, a hotel with Dixitoiletten also never seen!!! The entertainment staff did a A weekly schedule this repeated but will always bike or canoeing. The pebble beach is clean, but they are not, so beach chairs and an umbrella fee. (usual 1 beach chair-+ parasol = €14 ) for 7 euros you get a very good umbrella in one of the stores. Definitely cheaper at 10 days holiday: -) The beach is the Red Cross guarded so very safe, there are plenty of showers and toilets that you can use for free.

    Pineda de Mar is very quiet. Even for us too quiet. At least at 1 :00 a.m. everything is quiet. Even the train in front of the hotel doesn't. There were several cafe/bars and restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store for shopping, a lollipop (yes such a here just like in Germany) and some souvenir shops. We recommend the neighboring towns Santa Susanna and Calella, where there are many shops, bars and discos. Both places are within walking distance. For those who don't like to go is also a convenient drive with the train (one stop = 1,80 Eur) or by taxi (approx. 10 -15€). A trip to Barcelona by train costs about 14€ and takes a little more than an hour.

We have been to this hotel several times and were satisfied. Beach was empty at night if you can there is the sea fishing. The pool is located on the roof of the eight-story hotel means that you can see into the sea directly from the lounge chair. read more

The food is a disaster. There was only one German TV channel (RTL) The beach is behind a busy street and the railroad tracks. There are plenty of trains, next to the railway station, and each train meant to write a signal, directly under the rooms. All in all a let down by bad weather, as no alternatives. read more

Never again!! For children except pools (ca 1m deep) was nothing. But for retirees every evening live music, disco and games, about 80 % retirees. Breakfast every day the same, after a few days food tasted can't, good drinks for a fee despite all inclusive, there aren't so many shopping nearby and also not that many bars and restaurants nearby. The is located right on the beach. It was a nice big sandy beach. Remote control for TV is 20 euros!!! Etc ... !!!! read more

We were there during the Spring Bank Holiday week, 90 % of the guests were only seniors from 60 there, this might have been due to the season. But overall the hotel has a bad impression on me than 2009 friendliness of the staff, variety and taste of the food and cleanliness decreased significantly. We got a room in which the hair dryer was broken. The room booked 3 of us, an extra bed under the beds not too mention I hervorgezogen. Although this additional bed more the character of a Feldpritsche. Much too small, uncomfortable etc. Other than that ... the other beds but perfectly fine, cleanliness of the room was guaranteed and you could enjoy the holiday. A wonder why this hotel has been given 4 stars. Generally the whole hotel was very carelessly equipped. A green plants inside of it anywhere. Ripped couch at the front desk, to get a seat for guests, the same was true of toilets. The pool is located on the roof. There were no toilets, there were 2 portable's. All staff not particularly friendly. The worst however was the food. We had booked all inclusive. For breakfast typical English bacon, beans, toast and blue boiled eggs. The first 2 days there was still butter. Then only inedible margarine at the buffet. ... After 2maligen ask why they told us we would have to contact us to the manager. The next day I put a waitress a few Portionsschalen butter, on the buffet there were no further. Almost as were unedible lunch and dinner. Not much to choose from. Either was all overcooked or totally dry. Than fresh vegetables there was only tomatoes and No french. The whole week a cucumber, peppers But there were safe 15 bottles of dressing/Salatöle at the buffet, I ask myself what. Definitely not a holiday where you gain. When guests but at least 80 % English anyway we were only so maybe it also seen. Definitely recommend this hotel is certainly not. The only positive about the hotel is its great location near bus and train and the central location for excursions with the car. read more

    The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Air conditioning, safe, everything available. The bathroom is both the size and the look ok. If you don't sea view has ( 20 euros more a night) you will have a look from the balcony on a Häuserwand. Cons: very thin walls. Overall enjoyed our stay!

    The hotel restaurant is spacious and furnished in a friendly way. Also the Anrichteweise the food was pleasant. The hotel is still available both with all inclusive and half board ... We had half board and thus can only judge about breakfast and dinner. Breakfast: selection is okay, but without any change. There was almost 7 days the same. The hotel is set to 65 , which was mostly an English to daily beans and sausages. Dinner: very good, except for BBQ buffet there were 5 out of 7 days always the same tasty fish. The meat and casseroles were ok.

The cleanliness of the plates, glasses, table cloths in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The rooms were clean every day. Conclusion: room for improvement!

    The location is crucial for choosing this hotel. The hotel is right on the beach. Shopping, bars and restaurants are also some in the immediate area. Pineda de Mar include but rather on the quiet resorts. If you wanted more than just beach holiday offers Pineda an optimal starting point for some activities. By train stop almost directly in front of the hotel is only a few minutes from the neighboring towns in Calella, Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna etc.. Also for a trip to Barcelona is taking the train optimal. Within one hour is for around €3.50 per person at Placa de Catalunya at Barcelona airport. If you are not only wanted to go swimming but also else experience many things you were right here.

We were quite disappointed. Hotel wasn't appealing. Tired furniture, beach is only possible by crossing the railroad tracks. All 15 your train will directly on the ear, if you lie on the beach. Sleep is not possible if you are unlucky enough to get a room on the street side and. The tram is why times before you going from! The food is unimaginative! The breakfast is poor, 2 main courses are bland and tasteless a different appearance. Generally not recommended!!! read more

The hotel has 650 rooms, the estimated situated on seven floors. On the roof of the hotel is the hotel's own pool. We stayed in a room on the 3 Floor, that had a small balcony to the rear. The room was cleaned regularly, includes a daily towel change was also included. The breakfast consisted of rolls, croissants and toasts attached meats and cereals. Unfortunately the bread rolls often rock. All in all one could get a generous breakfast put together. Dinner was in three different buffets. A chef getting ready daily fresh dishes. Unfortunately, the whole food with oil ... impregnated, so you this aspect -- only took some getting used to. There was everyday "Pommes" and the "creme Catalan" is highly recommended. Fresh fruit and ice cream completed the dinner. The guest structure can take especially out of British, Russian, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese together. read more

    The room is big enough and pleasantly furnished with much wood trim-also on the walls, and a large balcony with table and two chairs. Color is also everything matching, so it all in all, a good feel to it. There was a well working air conditioning and TV. However there were only RTL and MTV in German. The fridge didn't use in it mold. He seemed cleaned, which has been a long time since the only downside was as far as the cleanliness. There is a safe in the spacious closet, the per week 20 € extra costs. 10 € We had to pass the front desk for the key to a safe deposit required and we then but no refund. No phone-wasn't so bad, though, because we weren't planning, telephone. (Mobile phone! ) The bathroom was clean and was cleaned thoroughly every day. There is a hair dryer, whose hose in our room was broken-but you could also overlooked. Overall we can offer a room with a very good rate, our opinion, most importantly, the rooms were clean.

    There was a restaurant with buffets, the constantly replenished. The only negative was that as soon as you were done with the dish, one of these was taken away from us. You needed to take care that you take the cutlery. Breakfast was so-so. It doesn't with the good German breakfast with. We thought if he had a hole in the wall get with the rolls. Also there were numerous meats and jams and corn flakes, but it was never change in the morning. As was the dinner time varied. For small children there an extra mini buffet. So once you not the food for the big like you help yourself ... ;) But it was all very clean in the restaurant. The table cloths were after every meal for the new guests renewed.     The staff was very friendly, if you information needed, but it was otherwise but rather back, so it was not obtrusive nor very reserved, but a good way the whole staff speaks English, however no German, but we did not mind. With questions about where we were always very helpful, even if previously said nothing. The room was cleaned well as described above. Positive was that in the bathroom quasi two showers were so you could showering at the same time in the morning. A in the normal shower and one in the bath, about the a glass wall mounted posited you from the bathroom. You could wash your laundry, which we didn't use though. The child care looked promising. The staff was very kid friendly and it was a daily program offered and there was a kids' club. Evenings there was always a mini disco for the little ones. The quality of the childcare are available but we didnt say. It just seemed very hard.

    There was always a program in the evening, the from day to day was different: magician, flamenco dancing, singers. Not everything was so great, but you can just listen to the good/see or leave it ... Internet access is possible in the hotel foyer. There are two computers. The view from the Pooldach is wonderful! One was laying on reasonably comfortable lounge chairs and has a great view of the ocean, whose sound you can even hear. It is so nice and quiet in the best case. The pool is very small, so not suitable for swimming, but to refresh good. There are numerous showers up on the roof, is available to refresh. Umbrellas are also available. The pool chairs on the beach, however, is available for a fee (4 € p.. P.. /per day). Here are a must watershoes highly recommended! Flip-flops are not enough, as it was a shingle beach without the pain and you could not get into the sea. Therefore, you could also without beach chairs not good on the beach chairs, since it was very coarse. Since we Pooldach still a great view of the ocean, we didn't disturb us though we are then rather up on the roof. On the beach there were some bars and a beach promenade to take an evening stroll good.

    The hotel is right on the beach. On the beach there is a road and railroad line, so that you can reach the beach through an underpass. The train noise but not this holiday as the noise is not very big. Otherwise are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel bars, restaurants and the touristic shops. The pedestrian area is situated about 500 meters from the hotel (here, you could also a Schlecker, supermarkets (compare Lidl) and pharmacies). We especially like to highlight the held market on Friday right outside the hotel. This Virtuoso Creates literally overnight all over the street on. About 500 meters away at the train station you can easily get to the neighboring towns Blanes and Calella. Also, a day trip into Barcelona is worth it. Alone, as it was so all the other coastal places seen, since the tram which runs all time directly on the beaches along. With 6.80 € can be solved a round trip. In Barcelona - itself you should especially the Parc de Ciutadella and the old town (Ramblas). There are also many "chain" as H&M, Douglaus, Boss etc that you might see in Germany knows. For a drive from Pineda directly into the center is the Placa de Catalunja as an exit. If you want to experience a bit more (Pineda is relatively quiet), you can take very good for Calella (5 minutes away). Here you can go with a small shuttle train (return cost 2.50 euros per. per person), which stops directly in front of the hotel. To the airport it was about a half an hour drive, not far from Girona.

We had a lovely holiday here, but the food was very bland. hygienic ok, but every second day the same. No variation, very greasy. The children's entertainment fell any kids. Almost only seniors, hardly German. Very positive: The proximity to the beach and a good train line to the neighboring towns and Barcelona. read more

The hotel is located in Pineda de Mar, in the immediate location on the beach. Beach, sea & surroundings: - The beach is an easy seldom droven coast street road through an underground passage (for the trains) to reach. - The sand was rather not so nice as this rocky (very small, fine stones) and it is rather unpleasant to walk barefoot. However, because of the fact that the area is really nice, a few hustle and bustle at the beach is, kiosks available (to sit), beach chairs available too and the possibility, canoe and paddleboat free to take you ... need not apply - The sea is very clear hardly impurities, hardly seaweed, no jellyfish etc. - The station Pineda de Mar is located about 300 meters away from the hotel and is a good spot for arrivals from Barcelona airport (75 -100min), prices for the traveling are very inexpensive (a drive from Barcelona to Pineda de Mar 3,50 euros); the trains hardly any noise and incur no pollution, as the locomotive electrically operated - Pineda de Mar has day and at night a lot to offer, but is rather than the neighboring towns relatively quiet (Santa Susanna, Calella). These you within 30 to 40 min walk (Lloret de Mar and Blanes are also very easily accessible with a bike and are about 20 km from Pineda de mar away) - The train tickets were very cheap, the taxi prices are prices from Germany, drinks and food are a bit more expensive than in Germany, but still relatively cheap for tourist areas - every Friday market is across the street from the hotel - The only negative was, as in all tourist areas, African immigrants, the who wanted to sell you things (in Pineda de Mar is about 2-3 people), definitely not often in the past. Hotel: - The hotel well worth it's 4 stars - The hotel is superb, creative, delicious and hygienic prepared, there you could eat as much as you want; the food is served in buffet presented - rooms have an excellent air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, shower, bidet, hair dryer, bathroom, balcony - hotel has sauna, swimming pool (it is rather small from) with loungers; in addition good entertainment with live singing and seating, employment program for families with children, tours + Telecommunication - The staff is very accomodating and helpful and friendly definitely the best place where I've been so far. I would recommend it to anyone read more

The cleanliness, location of the hotel, general common areas, roof terrace (except for the pool) as well as the beach and the whole environment is highly recommended. But the food is appalling. For 4 stars much too bad. This is not just our oppinion but lots of other guests of different nationalities. Always it was too cold and the salad buffet was much too unimaginative. The breakfast was a buffet to be desired. The sausage was too salty and the selection too small. The eggs tasted like nothing, boiled eggs were too old. A shame, the hotel itself is very ... nice and also to be recommended. read more
