Nice star hotel. The food was great. The rooms a bit dark - the bathroom small but sweet, clean and new.
The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. The sauna a bit dated. Staff very helpful - so we felt at ease! read more

Cozy, small hotel with somewhat older flair. Nice host family and perfect service.
Good south-tyrolean-european cuisine with interesting menus. Also dog is not a problem been. Is located outside the town-perfect for skiing and other holiday, if you have a car and in the evening your peace and not the après ski looked for in the evening.
Room clean, well-kept and well equipped -unfortunately somewhat oldish decor (look out as end 70. years-very dark) and very small bath. So that the only somewhat unfortunate... read more

The hotel has a very informal atmosphere.
With our next stay we would a larger room prefer.
We felt very good.

In the hotel Shearer has a very friendly and informal atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy and friendly. The staff are very accommodating and the hosts so, as you elsewhere would wish. The kitchen is South Tyrolean good.
The connection to the winter sports region it is the directly in front of the hotel free ski bus stops ideal! Also rainy weather can be in the hotel bridge.
For nearly 25 years a highlight for us in the year! Can only be recommended! read more

We drive since 2007 into the family hotel 'Clipper' and now we're looking forward already weeks before the scheduled time on upcoming great days of vacation with skiing and total relaxation. Approximately ten hour drive we gladly accept, they are immediately after our arrival at ' Scherer's' forget the tastiest cappuccino awaited us there and there is also a good brandy to. A warm welcome to the nice Norfolk and the vacation begins! Even if early morning alarm clock ring, since we the day on the slopes on the piste want to use, captures every day in this comfortable four ... walls with a good breakfast at. We stayed in the white weeks in this hotel for families. The Slogen'small & fein' meets it in any case.
especially we were thrilled by the menu in the evening, there was everything what your heart desires. Also the breakfast buffet left no choice Wishes open. The drink prices were in the framework. Direct in front of the hotel in the ski bus boarding, therefore, we could our car one week leave. The sauna area was spacious and clean. Our bathroom was freshly renovated and the, somewhat aged room, was always clean. For us as was the winter the ski bus stop right outside the hotel on the main. The hotel is on the whole in order. The furniture was a bit older. Also you can see the bath. The bathroom was in terms of size on the threshold of the possible.
Also I didn't like, the breakfast rolls were not fresh. Not even a kaiser emmelshausen, not in category (this Luftnummern) rolls count.
Otherwise it was half board absolutely in order. Several courses in the evening.

We went to the hotel scherer very well cared for. The rooms are of course somewhat older (but well maintained), therefor the bathroom is new, functional and great equipped.
The saunas were always prepared on request time. The dinner( half board) has an extra star!
Individual requests (for example bouquet of flowers on the table for breakfast) were met promptly without asking.
Friendly hosts, nice hiking, great facilities in one-time Countryside. read more

We had in the hotel scherer a very beautiful and relaxing holiday. It is a small, family run and very well-kept hotel in olang with many hiking possibilities nearby. In the evening you can the south tyrolean cuisine, as well as South tyrolean and international wines.
We found good also, that the guest at the menu in the evening from different appetizers and main courses choose the cheese gnocchi with melted butter and parmesan cheese are simply delicious!

The hotel was from the 70' 70s. And remodeled. Some of these early time, but not in the sense of stagnant, but very well maintained!
The breakfast room/dining room seemed in the first days a little dark, but when sun in the room seemed, famed for its entire splendor this. This is also true for the very nice concerted interior of the ground floor, the bar, the dining room and the lounge behind the bar.
For breakfast there was always a buffet, with several yogurts, different bread rolls and breads, as well as Sweets, cold cuts, cheese and scrambled eggs. ... On request there was also fried eggs.
After breakfast it was for us with the ski bus, which drives off in front of the house, on the slopes.
After a day of skiing and ski in shoes therefor equipped Ski area with shoe heating will be turned off.
The hotel is located across the street from the sport of niederolang and would thus zone in the summer there are lots of opportunities (including outdoor swimming pool, tennis court.).
In the hotel itself there were two free saunas (herbs & finnish), three whirlpool tubs (for a fee) and a solarium (surcharge). In the summer probably still free bicycles in addition.
for dinner there was always a salad buffet with a large selection of fresh salads. A second course was usually a soup served, at local specialty for the third associated. The main course had on Friday always a meat (fish) component. Complete the whole thing with a dessert. Options for the local specialty, the main course, as the dessert.
The meals are usually fresh from the region and very tasty. Very nice was also the daily freshly filled apple basket at the Hotel Exit.
Thus: as already mentioned a very nice families run hotel which was a little out of the way, but an excellent starting point for a wide range of sporting activities. Maybe it works, has once again?! read more
