We have chosen this place for a romantic Christmas but the hotel does not offer what he has confirmed, the service, cleanless and rooms are so poor that we have decided rather to leave after one night on Christmas day, and they regret to pay any refund saying that you have to ask owner, owner said that you have to ask the house keeper. Totally lack of interest from staff, rude if you ask for anything. Don´t believe them that there is a possibility to park during the winter period. read more

    in the confirmation you will get information that in the restaurant/club room you cannot eat or drink anything you will take by yourself but you will not be very clear if you have ordered tea or coffee - both look the same and taste awfully. There is not too much to choose from the bar. Not friendly to the guest

    staff is not friendly, it is very difficult to solve any claims to the service, very rood in case you complaint, hotel neither rooms are not very clean

    Hotel adverts a service of parking which is not suitable to cars if you do not have at least SUV 4x4, also the transport for skiing which is promised is not available, no possibility of refund if you make a complaint

Simple little cabin on the steep slope before the entrance Pec pod Snezkou. Panorama was great, but that's about it. By car, take the parking lot to get the pension, was a real challenge, the hill is very steep and the way too narrow. We had snow chains mood and still had problems high. The next vacationers drove to promptly firm, a great adventure! The car so had to stay the holiday. The welcome was very unfriendly, probably as we were early. The rooms are very small and simple but relatively clean. Laundry room, shower and toilet is share,was ... kept clean, so that it was not a problem. The breakfast was very poor. Only tea, no coffee for a fee (although you can order) - that is almost a joke. Dinner was basic and very little, but it was something to eat. For the drinks you were mostly not asked and if you ordered, moody bedient.Wir you know the Czech Republic than very hospitable and with very good kitchen, this B&B is one unfortunately not well. We were very disappointed. read more

    As already mentioned, catastrophic breakfast without coffee and tea black for the kids. Dinner was basic and very little. However, we stopped at place twice food at night, in one of the many delicious restaurants.

    The staff (especially the hostess) are very unfreundlich.Die communication worked not really. The biggest cheekiness was then at the end of the holiday: We should be our visitors tax will pay full price, also the kids to. The kids are in Pec up to 18 years free of visitors tax, as we did during the info erfuhren.Nach eternal back and forth, deleted the kids and adults bezahlten.Wir firms that then the carers a childrens playgroup,in the same week vacation,they had paid full for all visitors tax.

    Because the B&B on the steep hill, you can drive down to the ski bus stop. In the evening you everything is within walking back up (with ski on the shoulders). Very exhausting,especially for the kids. There were shopping opportunities in the town.

We stayed as a group in the Bergpension for 3 days. The B&B is in the pictures in the description bigger than it was as far as the rooms. It should also be pointed out the men and women and use the laundry room. And there are for women and men only within a lockable shower and 2 WC's for women and only one early for men, what a problem. But otherwise everything was clean and tidy. The cottage is on the mountainside whereby the last meters street the B&B in a bad condition and it's a challenge harder by ... car. The breakfast was a bit boring the day only cold meat, the second day there was some jam and on the third day was only cake on the plate. But I loved the dinner was good and plentiful. Going out of restaurants opening hours (5:30 pm - 10:00 pm) wanted to have something it was beer or coffee so vigor of opening hours pointed out and then served reluctantly. I I have to say that I have been to the Krkonoše over 15 years but this place was not present. I would not go back to the guest house. read more
