Hotel Grand Relais dei Nuraghi^{(4 stars)}

The covers, cushion was entitled spotted and to neglected. Curtains torn. Strong, very unpleasant smell in the bath. Safe became outdated totally and offers at all no protection from break-down. Garden is not maintained at all. Terrace furniture had to be exchanged, seat vouchers was unlocked and was not also replaced.

Very good meal, good wines, on the terrace good atmosphere; inside coldly, uncomfortably, because to sharp lighting.

Service in the restaurant great. Room cleaning and condition of the suites with large renovation back-up. Complaints were seriously taken only after the appearance, but not really.

2009 were already we in September in junior a suite with garden and were very done from the imbedding into nature and the charm and own beach. The kitchen was not corresponded 4 stars to a hotel; but we wanted also 2010 again into this hotel. The changes were immediately noticeable: Kitchen and the service therefore around - Ricardo and team - were very good… But…. the cleanliness of the rooms, the property care were extremely careless; the editions for the couches worn, curtains in the suite cracked, the smell in the bathroom under the rinse was to be borne with opened door not. A removal into another suite did not bring substantial improvement. During the breakfast time the suite was cleaned and broken open the locked safe deposit. The internal security agency was alarmed, then the police. All necessary formalities were provided, whereby a very nice lady of the hotel helped us as a woman interpreter. Neither the hotel manager, nor its woman employee supported then a remuneration of the stolen cash - about 1,800, -). Allegedly the insurance Generali should replace the damage. Until today we obtained not one progress despite repeated establishment of contact with the hotel line and insurance. There is at all no correspondence, which gives us a reference that the stolen money is insured in the safe, although the hotel manager confirmed us this expressly and several times. Also of the TUI, over which we booked the journey, is us no support assign become, although we had asked locally for it. Finally we have the feeling, which one does not want to really help us, particularly since also the referring to video monitoring of the hotel area, set up in the garden, did not apply, since there are no monitoring cameras in the garden. It can recapitulatory be determined that we cannot recommend hotel and all this under the line Pierpaolo Manca to anybody, despite the all-evening good maintenance, which a musician brought in this year. This hotel did not earn the 4 stars also in the removing. In this opinion we were confirmed also by other German guests.

We had a superior room with living sleep area, bath with generous shower and bath tub, terrace and garden. (Room size about 30-35qm) in the garden 2 couches with editions are located and a sun screen got we when desired. Furniture is from wood, it gives a cook opportunity, but without mess kit. The mini bar is to be accommodated sufficiently largely around own purchases with. Private use was never complained of. In the room a corner with 2 sofas and Flat TV with receipt of 4 transmitters are German. Telephone and small safe available. Bathrobe likewise. Air conditioning system is individually adjustable and programmable. There was 2 small windows and the room door was like a terrace door. Unfortunately nowhere a fly lattice. Cleaning perfectly, bedlinen tägl, towels 1-2x daily unfortunately some tiles jumped in the bath and the bath tub already in a strongly worn out condition. In the morning more frequently smelling nuisance from the discharges. Condition-kind-moderate wall hair dryer in the bath available. Own hair dryer is recommended. Rooms are quite badly soundproofed (like everywhere in Italy), WC-flushing loud, maintenance hear one and Laufgeräusche on the tile soil. However we know that from all Italy journeys and can it accept.

The restaurant is relatively small, I thinks all guests can eat not at the same time, since neither outside nor inside sufficient tables are for order. With us still pre season and it were because of cold weather for all guests, the dinners booked both inside and outside had in the evening covered. After sunset it was considerable cold and it changed many inward. There was a plentiful Antipasti buffet (approx. 25 Antipasti much fish) and one could select a salad bar, after map (it., dt, engl) under 4 hors-d'oeuvres and 4 main foods. Dessert gave it after map or from the dessert buffet. The Italian sardischen meals were outstanding (emphasis fish) and the preparation A la minute. The cook is very creatively with added and the compilation. A waiter into German could answer questions to that partly (us) unknown sardischen specialities. When desired the wine selection is sufficiently large and payable (starting from 18 €) and also wines was served, which were not located in the map. The breakfast was in form of a buffet. There were 4 different sausage sorts, cheese, fresh fruit generally speaking - unfortunately only 2x blew fruit salad, otherwise dose fruits. Different cakes and sweet parts, yogurt, Cerealien, eggs when desired in all kinds. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the view on the sea and the Maddalena archipelago and Palau marvelously, above all the daily sunset is the highlight. To the meal there is live-music of an however under owner, which is really good.

The staff was friendly and attentive both in the restaurant, and at the reception super. In the restaurant one is outstanding served and informed. All desires were met immediately. English knowledge has everything, German speaks few. Bedlinen and towel change were daily, in the 1. Week even towels 2x on the day. The room was usually cleaned during our breakfast. Desires, like e.g. Additional beach cloths or sun screen for terrace were fulfilled immediately.

Sport and disco etc. do not give it. Child animation and sport offers give it in the neighbor hotel to Forte Capellini, which is bar PHI club to foot 5 min. removed. Prices elevated starting from 15 €, visitors there come usually with large yachts to the landing place. It is an Internet entrance that always freely and free of charge usable is because of the furnishing (to relaxing there are doublebed-similar basket couches at night and it unusually lit) in the hotel already worth seeing gives. The couches with screens were at our time usually freely, the pool very clean. Shower and WC in pool proximity.

Small hotel with 32 rooms, of it 3 with private pool. Beautifully and naturally into the environment integrates. External walls from natural stones. Much green, but few flowers. Cleanliness perfectly, daily bedlinen and towel changes. We had half-board with half-board surcharge with TUI of 30€. Locally dinner for 50 can be booked €. Guests were predominantly from Italy, otherwise GB, NL, CH, A, German.

Shortest distance to the beach over neighbor hotel about 200m. Being because of the beach can be shared with the neighbor hotel Forte Capellini. Here however uses rather small bays with couches by ital. extended families. Water very cleanly, bath shoes recommended because of sea-hedgehogs. To the public beach in Baja Sardinia (couches against fee) and to the place to foot about 15 min. To the supermarket at least 30 min. to foot trip possibilities - of recommending beautiful boat trips starting from Baja Sardinia to Maddalena islands or along Costa Smeralda (Tui about 87 €) much. In principle car very recommendable, since the beautiful bath beaches and island can be attained inside only in such a way. Note: best promptly over the car book Internet, there at the travel companies genuinly expensively (1 where. about 315 €, we had a car + climate - for 2 weeks for 330 € in February booked)

Size, equipment and condition of the Bungaloweinrichtung were in a very good condition. It was equipped with air conditioning system, TV, safe and telephone.

The entire catering trade range, with everything which belonged to, was from good quality. The kitchen style was rather nationaltypical (Italian). The beverage prices were partially substantially covered for M.E.

The staff was very friendly and forestalling. The Fremdsprachenkenntnisse were sufficient. Room cleaning, service achievements and recovery of smaller lack were good.

There was a pool lain very beautifully equipped with wonderful prospect to the sea, with beach chairs and sun screens. Sport and maintenance were nil return.

Large park plant with 30 housing units in 3 different categories. The condition of the Bungalows inhabited by us was in a good condition. The Bungalows were daily cleaned. There was daily fresh bathing and towels as well as new bedlinen. In the price breakfast and/or half-board was included (each evening a 4-Gang-Menü). The guests were different nationality (YOU). The average age was very flexible.

The distance to the beach of Baia Sardinia amounted to about 10-15 min., purchase possibilities about 20-25 footpath. Maintenance possibilities are very small in Baia Sardinia. Trip possibilities are possible over the local travel line and/or Hotelrezeption. It is meaningful to rent for the Sardinienaufenthalt, a car.
