Who German standards for this hotel is be disappointed. I need no hotel, which shined, where everything is perfect. Therefore I feel well at the arenas blancas and will also next year the 9. time my vacation stay there. read more

Naturally this is four star hotel not with our hotel standards comparisons. I must reviews agree, that some areas and parts of the room broken or run-down are. The leisure activities were great. Which we however cannot confirm is, that it here around the hour noisy. It was from about 3:00 P. M. a entertainment program starting with music ( silent). We had our room to the pool and could peace our midday nap. Evenings around 21:00 then began the evening entertainment, which 11:00 P. M. is stopped. From then was peace. There are very lots of ... Russians and Canadians in the hotel, they did but, as all other also, normal behavior. At the adjacent Hotel Solymar for us it was way too loud. Only young people, the night to the day. read more

It is a hotel! It is only on Massentouristen set, the more people the more better. It is the party hotel for Varadero! With 50% Canadians and 40% Russians! Not for German tourist suitable. Rooms are very large but very shabby and dirty! The cleaning lady understands not much of your job read more

This hotel is absolutely not recommendable. The food is very bad (lunch and dinner). We were therefore almost every evening eat out. Relaxation is not really possible, as the entertainment (with large boxes) directly to all poolRoom is addressed (often until 00:00 o'clock). There is either pool-room/ room with a sea view or room to the street. If you decide for the pool room you couldn't sleep, get a room to the street you get the gasoline odor from. The hotel is full bawling Canadians or Russians the often until late at night no end. With complaints one was ... on his own and you hardly help( room changing etc.). read more

An older hotel, which normally should be closed and completely renovated. We were greeted by tour operator on site put up here, because the actually booked hotel (Palma real) was not OK.
in the hotel at the time lots of young Canadians, the party went on, which night sometimes also very loud. The bad reviews here, i can me definitely not subscribe! Of course you must this vacation as a beach vacation see, since outside the hotel definitely is nothing going on and fast the poverty of the country becomes visible. For us it was a succesful vacation-you are not allowed all standards compare -the beverages at the beach and at the pool bars in plastic cups, the food at the beach not really recommendable-but top in the main restaurant actually always something for everyone-mostly ... fresh grilled prawns, fresh fish and, and, and. The hotel is located on a of the most beautiful beaches in the we have ever seen. In it were more than enough available, but unfortunately just 15 umbrellas for about 300 guests. Beach cloths to get was hit and miss. The five star neighboring hotel solymar can fully use (restaurants, bars, pool and activities). Thus one has eight different restaurants available. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we only had about difficulties to the reception. The room were large, sufficiently furnished, but as in almost every hotel shelves and shelves in the closet, so that one or more ... from the suit-case live less must. The town Varadero had imagined we us loud. Nightlife or shopping possibilities were only very limited in our opinion available. What you should definitely make on each is a trip to havana and the surrounding area. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The grounds and the beach are amazing. beautiful in the hotel are all very friendly and has one a problem this is a helped. It is some of the staff, the also spoke German. The food is typical of the country and from reaching. The most beautiful were the many small streets ... bars with the live music, such as, for example, Calle 62.
