Very nice hotel with good location, easy access to the Dolmuş right in front of the hotel, spa, pool, travel time newly tiled, room always clean and tidy, with broken in the room was the same day, The hotel we have now already the 2. time visited and are definitely coming again. read more

    The rooms were for a one time vacation large enough. The balcony however is a bit small side. The sit on the balcony to 2. one got already problems with the door to the balcony. (therefore only 5 suns) The furnishing of the rooms was good, apart from you only have a cover for both beds had, but was on demand rectified immediately. Toilet and bath were absolutely okay and clean.

    All of the staff in the hotel were always friendly. It was the rare exception, if a no or only little speak german has. Very we would like to highlight the service staff member mine, which always courteous and polite towards the guests was. Thank you very much for and keep it up, then you certainly all holiday makers in their heart close, as we! When a doctor must one to the fact adjust itself, that you in a room comes, which is totally smoky is, although in Turkey similar like in Germany are non-smoking. Not even in the bars of the hotel is the smoking allowed, but the doctor room the air cut! (and we are even smokers)

    The way to the beach is around 5 minutes away on foot, a bit cumbersome for older people. Directly in front of the hotel one can in the mall good place to go shopping. The traders is act allowed, unless, they have fixed prices directly at the product.

    Room big enough (3 beds seem standard), minibar filled with water, air conditioning also gleichz. Heating, balcony with small table and 2 chairs, bathroom with shower tub, soap and shampoo available. Also the bathroom big enough, one wants not dance!

    Have stayed in many turkish 4-5 stars hotels, but such a rich and delicious buffet to all meals we had rarely seen. Local dishes, but for westerners prepared. Drink orders were quickly fulfilled, tables immediately cleaned and prepared again. There is free tischauswahl, but some long term insist on 'your' table and must therefore already around 18,23 in front of the dining room in a queue...! Only embarrassing...

Unfortunately, is the quality of the hotel many excursion very beintrechtigt, as well as to the many cats in the property, the from the guests and the hotel staff with food leftovers fed. Also at the beach bar too many wild dogs, a plage. Around the bazaars garbage in any form, streets with holes covered, in the dark no walk recommended. We had a week booked all inclusive. If you weren't satisfied here was, which we not understand. This hotel was the best, the we at a favorite package at this season have ever had. The food was plentiful, for any taste should something found. The selection was also very varied, recommendable is also a visit to the fish restaurant, we ate very well. It is a very fine hotel and we were nun 2 time there and would definitely come back. Toni and max simply only geil i hope on 2014 again. Rooms were cleaned daily. The pool was degrees renovated. read more

    As already described we got in 2. start a top room with a balcony with a partial ocean view. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The 4000. Block, in which we lived, was a difference such as day and night to 3000. Block.

    The dining room was tidy visited, the staff had all hands fully to do. Suverän mastered the waiters the rush of hungry and thirsty tourists. You always had a friendly smile or a saying in stock. All spoke very good german, they enjoyed but also, if one its beverages even on turkish ordered. The food was sensational good and plentiful, even shortly before dinner service there was still enough choice. Especially the fresh fish was a delight.

    We met an extremely friendly reception staff and in the restaurant. After we 1 night in a musty room (3202) nächtigten, us by a friendly staff right on the next day a dream room (4610) assigned. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day, which was neat.

    Unfortunately, there was in february just a scaled down program, Boccia with Toni but fun. The evening entertainment was also rather a matter of taste, the comedy show was unfortunately not the hotel-level!     The hotel is on a great location, 250 meters away from the beautiful sand beach, however the way to the beach for older people unfortunately somewhat difficult, because he was very bergisch is. Nice, friendly staff, also without ' tutoring ', rooms could a bit bigger, especially the wardrobe. The pool was just renovated, but in the winter not a problem. As it is not just at the beach is to you a couple of minutes run over to the beach to come. We really liked it, all considered. If you want something something to do, can the Dolmuş take, so that one can get almost everywhere %blank%. Liked a great deal us the service and treatment in the wellness and spa center, which in the hotel is. But again big thank you ... at Ertan, Felix Hassan, esren, neby and all other, i forgot to mention. read more

We were a week in the house good, the staff has very hard. At the bar we had with our barman have fun. The rooms were nice, and we had good mattresses. In the spa area we were very well informed and treated. Food was always good and plentiful! As a suggestion: topic evenings or menu in larger intervals. The beach is a couple of minutes ( maximum 5 minutes) good for the digestion. In good weather was the beach bar also open. We are grateful for the great vacation. read more

Very beautiful hotel, great great animation team hotel eros, Toni Montana, Maximilian and faith the us work and funny by our vacation brought. Hotel beautifully decorated and staff except for very few exceptions very pleasant, many corners for comfortable stay in the evenings. Great varied delicious food, a great indoor pool for the month in winter but unfortunately from 23 to all bars closing time (if not specially disco take place) and in all areas of the hotel the light was constituted and you have not even at a charge still somewhere something to drink and unfortunately we were not ... at all with the cleanliness our room satisfied. Unfortunately actually at a beautiful hotel. read more

The hotel is very beautiful. Food tastefully. Wellness area great. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. What annoying is, are the streuenden cats at the tables and also partly in the dining room. The guests feed the cats despite signs. read more

I am currently still in the Diamond Beach and spend here a great vacation. The hotel, the food, the staff simply everything marvelously. In the midday sun is on the sunbeds at the pool buzzes with activity. Logical that you in the winter only the indoor pool can be used. The way to the beach is also okay. Nice hotel, unfortunately in some unfavorable location. Around trash and construction, the 'bazaar' the directly at the hotel adjacent to it is only for people, so something like. The hotel itself is ziermlich clean, in of the lobby and sometimes in the rooms the new building is free wi-fi.     Enough big rooms with three beds, the quite new and not worn out, mini-balcony, tv and air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is quite small (old building) and unfortunately with only a bath tub as showering possibility mistake (bad for the elderly). The bathroom was somewhat older but nevertheless clean and functional. The bathroom was also cleaned daily. We had room to the backyard, what we already with the reservation was clear, since we were with our mother arrived, the a double room to use free of charge,, which is probably the worse location. However, as we from kitchen and disco spared were, us the peace and quiet in the room and the 'small sea view' for the location compensated.

    The hotel has a main restaurant, as well as 2 small à-la-carte restaurants we did not use however, since the food in the main restaurant no wishes offenließ. The selection of dishes is huge, at least 2-3 meat dishes, fish, fresh salad and also fresh fruits in wide choice. The food is absolutely delicious prepared and fresh. It is not understandable for us, that one in spite of the large offer still knockers find. It can only the fast-food-generation action. We have stayed lots of hotels we traveled and found the offer the food very good. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant is not to complain about.

    The staff is very friendly and obliging and speaks exceptionally good german. The waiters in the dining room are very attentive and nice. The food was immediately after the asks for asked and it is also asked refilled. Especially ' our waiter Mehmet' has immediately after a few days our drinks on the table as soon as us in the dining room saw. The cleaning of the rooms is also very good. Towels were changed daily even if you don't put them on the floor. Also the bed linen was changed several times weekly. As is gone around with complaints, cannot be judged, since we had no.

    There are several entertainment offers as water aerobics, darts, gymnastics. The evening entertainment is a matter of taste, you must not participate in it.     The path to the hotels own beach is for older people in the winter a bit cumbersome ( in the summer a hotel shuttle ) the beach was at this time of year not very inviting (natural beach), the beachside café was closed. In about 500 meters away in the direction side, begins the beach promenade, the long walks. This promenade goes with small outages almost to side. A walk which was worth it. The transfer to the airport takes about 45 minutes, before the hotel the Dolmuş to side or, Manavgat drive can. Directly in front of the hotel there is also a larger bazaar with the usual turkish fakes.

Hello We are from the 26-01-2013 to 02-02-2013 as a couple 43-50 years been in this hotel. The at this time of the year many european seniors in Turkey the winter time, it is known, therefore can i some negative statements on the average age in the hotel not understand. But the relaxing effect 't hurt at all, if holidays it is indeed clearly louder! The hotel is clean, the food is good! The outside area is very limited, nothing for families with children there the pool area not very big is! The area was during our stay rather a ... construction inviting but it's nice, that outside in front of the hotel something will the sight was not very nice! read more

The hotel is beautiful. We were there for a week and it is not boring. The only thing which we noticed that it in the lobby made. Also down in the seat area was often a of to feel. Otherwise very clean and pleasant staff. read more

    The size of the rooms was very generous. The rooms could have been a bit be cleaner however for sleeping the rooms are very spacious. It gave also german programs such as (RTL, satellite. 1, per 7, ZDF, ARD, VOX) all had a good reception.

You can't expect too much. The employees are friendly and spoke relatively good german. The hotel itself is in good condition. The food is unimaginative, but fresh and it tastes very good. The all-inclusive offer is ok. From the hotel you should however not out, the outside facilities are not acceptable and the beach is a catastrophe. All together for a cheap vacation ok. read more
