More frustrating 4-day trip, the in no way the price of around 450/ night was. As just everything right: incorrect
- a 30 cent -supermarket-yoghurt, beautifully served on a stylish plate in the à la carte gourmet
Breakfast room
- to request for dark bread /rolls with a selection of bread for breakfast only bright rolls and
Cakes stand by only a few toasted sesame corners, those was only lukewarm.
- on the soil hingeworfene newspapers in the suite
- benütztes dishes, the saturday until monday-lunch not from the suite is
- an absolutely unfriendly doorman/porter, the greets and unfriendly ... from the laundry looks

Absolute no-go's in our opinion in a star hotel!

The hotel complex is preferably only separately from the promenade directly at the beach. Many restaurants and shops are in a few minutes easily reachable on foot. Half board is thus in my opinion not necessary, because the not very varied breakfast buffet no canarian specialities were contained. Here would be at least a small canarian corner makes sense. The à la carte restaurant is no real alternative, since the selection very small is, the service very long time, you simply cannot after desire and mood again can choose. Here would be for suitengäste a buffet-de-luxe certainly sensible. Since the ... booked junior suite with a view of the sea didn't like (very partial ocean view ), we could for only 11 € a night an upgrade to a standard suite with a view of the sea use. That was a large accommodated. The audience is mostly around 70, english, german or russian. It creates a certain seniorspot atmosphere. Is reflected in the evening entertainment designed. A little pleasing displays the prices of the mini bar, for example Cola 0,3 liter about 3 €, in the supermarket 0.5 liter 1 €! A no-go are the waits at peak before the büfettsaal for breakfast. Unbearable are in my opinion the tolerated pool chair reservations in particular on the terrace direct to the sea %blank%. The arrogance of the guests despite announcement of the management unfortunately not regulated. Very good housekeeping, suite a good size and very well furnished (2 flat-screen tvs, free safe, bidet, big balcony etc.). The area impressed overall very commercial, who the target Tenerife-south may, is in the hotel in good hands. read more

This hotel is in our opinion with 5 stars plentiful overrated. Here lies one on the glory of the past.
The check in has a review eternity lasted. It was very important immediately to know, whether we really every day fresh bedding to have would like. We had booked a suite and for 2 weeks with half board than package around €8,000 paid. But the performance was rather moderate. Big food variety in the main restaurant, unfortunately the dishes always only lukewarm and/or overcooked. Very industrious service, but arrogant head waiter. Our mattresses (suite) were old and uncomfortable, also ... the loungers on our terrace. Evenings we were mediocre entertainment program offered. The sport center you have to search and if you finally know where it is, you feast, that the opening hours limited. A the manager of the hotel gave us conversation invited, after he heard how unsatisfied we are. Unfortunately has he any criticism is strangled and assured us, that you with 98% customer satisfaction no changes must. In the hotel there is only one king and it is quite definitely not the guest. Therefore no recommendation for the building, although it is perfectly located and the hotel really very nice and tidy is. read more

The dinner was partly not my idea of a 5 star hotel.
Meat roast the kitchen crew do not. Either too dry or hard and always half cold. Never before have i such a bad to not at all spicy mojo eaten. The canarian potatoes oversalted. Good and tasty was the meat stew. So i like to amicably done.
I like to eat hearty, so well you cannot have everything.
Breakfast was very good and rich. The room had a walk-in closet. Bathroom had a tub and separate shower. Everything was great. Terrace huge. Little expensive but otherwise everything was ... good. read more

The hotel let us simply not more going on!
The staff's hospitality,
Absolute cleanliness in the entire complex,
On circa 30 degrees heated saltwater pool,
The regular guests, which we again and again meeting,

Guests from the benelux countries, british, luxembourg, some french, all very pleasant \u263a
The whole hotel area is beautiful, the beautiful garden with its variety of plants is a feast for the eyes
The variety of in the evening is always new challenges, which we eat only of the treats?
The sausage and cheese for ... breakfast could be changed more often. We would have gladly spanish sausage on the plate, no ' supermarktwurst', a la mortadella.
The wine list in the 5 star hotel should not supermarktweine included.-(
German love Latte Macchiato, let the relevant glasses available.
Super comfortable the new beach chairs with thick cushions.
The manager was very customer service oriented, the shows in his staff. Thanks for that, the does not exist often.
A small drawback-the gartenblickzimmer booked have no separate shower, it is only in the bannewanne integrated. For older guests, this a problem, as we have heard. This rooms are still not replenished. read more

A great hotel, with unbelievably good service, the loungers in excellent condition, the food for English for certain very good, for us as German too one-sided and too few varied, the bread rolls are a catastrophe, the juices for breakfast but outstanding.
We are very much looking forward to go back, book only overnight stay with breakfast. read more

Great for older couples without children!
The friendly, welcoming staff are the best in the hotel, you deserve the 5 stars, which other areas, as the pool area or the entertainment does not deserve.
The indicated in the catalog there was a disco luckily not!
A little music or animation at the pool, which urgently be renovated, would be nice. The waterfall is the time noise-technically very annoying. The loungers are only comfortable, if you even beach chair will take place. Pool chairs were mostly already in the early morning reserved, often still not use it.
Chairs on the beach ... unfortunately with 20 Euro way too expensive. At the sea can one usually ' only in the morning or in the late evening well swim, since there were too many waves, the sand in the trunk and bustle, very unpleasant.
The dishes were outstanding, especially in the restaurant, where you when booking a suite breakfast. The staff especially in this area is excellent! Unfortunately for our stay a construction site in front, which was a bit noisy.
We are thankful from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful superior suite, which we as upgrade instead of the suite, to the wedding got, the view was breathtaking. Every day fresh fruits and beautiful flower decorations to the front desk, even a mirror was extra not hung up! The bathroom is large and very comfortable!
The hotel overall, in the art nouveau style and a bit hard to get used to, but clean.
Thanks also to the great chef, the daily a special lactose free dessert with a lot of love and taste prepared, as well as the assistance of the very friendly staff in the restaurants.
The main restaurant has a lovely outdoor terrace, or balcony, which in smokers and nonsmokers divided is, unfortunately somewhat little hotel's restaurant was satisfying
Under the restaurant is the bar with the showterrasse. The performances, were good and entertaining.
For children there is nothing.
After that you can a walk along the promenade make, most bars close but early, which of course had the advantage, that you at night no noise.
The practical is, that one the beach and the promenade with a hauseigegen lift can reach, great service!
The plants was very neat and versatile.
For excursions best a rental car, the advantageous already in Germany should book. For the drive to Teide or masca. Should a verkehrssicheres vehicle be respected.
water aerobics or similar does not exist, should once per week sport in the indoor area pass, but not really.
The hotel is, for children, not convenient.
If you are looking for party is absolutely wrong!
Lots of regular guests, mainly over 60 will appreciate here the peace and quiet.
On the day of departure we were a double room for late check-out made available, as our suite already again was booked. The was very attentive. The rooms are also right large and clean, but surely not all a good location.
All in all it was a nice holiday, which we our parents gladly would book.
Guests came mainly from Germany, but also numerous from Eastern Europe (a bit noisy), no spanish.
We have the staff to the heart, the hotel unfortunately not, would but nevertheless return. Also honest, the friendly people are worth a trip!

The hotel are really very nice. Here the guest is king.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Wishes are taken immediately.
The food is varied and tasty. The only thing, that sometimes perhaps didn't bother me a bit, were the sheets from the flower, by the slight breeze unfortunately partly in the pool flew. The hotel is very clean, especially in the rooms is every day on highest cleanliness respected. The laundry was changed several times.
The complex is also very clean and is only so for relaxing. It is only a couple of minutes to the beach.

We were 1 week in this hotel, have nothing better or more beautiful can find. Our room was huge and very clean, had a wonderful terrace with us with a table and 2 chairs and 2 new loungers were also available. The whole room was totally newly renovated it was simply great. The whole hotel was very pleasant, very quiet and of a high standard. read more

Extensive, rich breakfast buffet. Very good, friendly, helpful service in all areas ( here we would like to our special thanks to the staff the front desk pronounce ). Very comfortable loungers by the pool with class towel-service. Excellent connections to the long beach promenade. Overall, the hotel is simply top.
With over TUI booked transfer-service 'holiday-taxi' should urgently the information management work: outward journey was disorganized and with a lot of legwork and research together. On the way back we got after several unsuccessful telephone calls only after Involvement the employee at the reception of the hotel on the ... eve of the departure a information. By the TUI travel guide we did (except for the instruction after telephone request, so that everything in the hotel in the documents it should be noted) nothing heard and seen (and the information was then also still wrong, as there is no pickup through holiday-taxi was advertised, but only our time departure). read more
