We are with great scepticism arrived and were about the friendliness and helpfulness the front desk because apartmentwechsel very pleased, also any other question was competent and always friendly answered. The apartment was renovated, the mattresses new, clean, and everything else there also. No hair dryer is available, you can from the description see. The food was good, we have everyday something found, there was always fish, 2 meat dishes, pasta, rice, french fries, vegetables, salads, desserts, always ice that tasted good, every evening fruit. Breakfast completely normal, the coffee dispensing machine were always intact, the we have already experienced ... differently. It is true, cutlery you had to yourself, but this came, not a problem. The head waiters were very speedy with the drinks, the used dishes were immediately cleared away and they were also friendly and with this heavy workload. If you want a 3 star hotel bay, no 4 stars! We are definitely coming again! read more

The structural facilitities are very nice: all apartments are less than dreigeschossig and the semi-circle around the pool with a view of the very nearby sea. However the condition the apartments much to be desired: dripping water faucet, ailing kitchenette (especially stove and cupboards), toilet with ' abflusshemmung' (often had the toilet brush for rinsing used), windundichte windows ( pfeifgeräusche in part. Heavy island storms), klapernde doors. Cleanliness: basically, wednesday and friday the rooms not cleaned. Towels are mainly on demand (if you for example on the floor) were changed. The rooms do not have a hair dryer (!) One ... must it to borrow (?!) And immediately after use return (not only at the end of the vacation)! Wlan gives it only against a fee, during our stay was the free access in the area the front desk quietly put. read more

We were satisfied with the total package this facilities. It is a three-star facilities, which they will. I can't understand, why this hotel in certain respects rather bad evaluated. We are also planning to place received, that some people, for everything and that upset and also accordingly behavior. For us the value for money correct, and we would use it with quiet conscience. read more

The hotel a so-called aparthotel, so no large concrete hotel, as you actually anywhere on Lanzarote finds. We stayed in the back (so no ' urlaubsblick') used. The apartment was very sparse and was, overall without charm, however, everything available was. Except for a hair dryer. But we had a renovated apartment caught, wants to be called, the bathroom, the especially in previous reviews kristisiert was, was alright. The guests (mostly 60 +) came for the most part Germany, Spain, great britain and Poland. There was fortunately no russians. (if you ever en large a hotel experienced, know, that this ... fact is worth mentioning.) The hotel offers half-board for, we had booked. Details below. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But we had no great concerns or complaints. read more

    When i our room entered, i thought, we would have the grässlichste the entire hotel get, because it only had windows to the rear to a course at the street. Although the 3. floor, it had the appearance of a souterrains. Our 'terrace' was therefore in the hallway. As already described above, you can the furnishing only as a purely functional describe. No picture, no flowers, no homely. There was a television, with which one ARD, ZDF and some private channels to receive could. Mini bar and air conditioning system were missing, as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom. Have a coffee maker or a kettle in the kitchenette, i would have liked, but none. It works the fridge, but especially at night unpleasant noise.

    The hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner in buffet form offered. The waiters seemed to be a little overwhelmed. So did well, its table even languages, by a kind of place mats made of paper, and cutlery etc. Holte. For me was the not a problem, because i therefore no pearl from the Krone. The tables there is a little tight, so that a passage sometimes a bit difficult. For breakfast there were always different sorts of bread/rolls, sausage, cheese, two sorts of jam (both tasteless), cereal, canned fruit, cake, fried eggs and yogurt. Tea and coffee you had to even from a vending machine, which sometimes queues led. From the benefit of the juice is absolutely disadvice, as this is no benefit. Evening you could from different salads select. There was always fish and meat dishes from very different quality. I had problems with the vegetables: a box opened without spices. General was the food rather bland seasoned. Perhaps the kitchen on the many pensioners set. Also i missed typically canarian food. The prices for the beverages are alright. (0,4 liter beer : 2,30 Euro, if i remember correctly). The beverages you can unfortunately not on the room book let, but paying for it every evening when leaving the restaurant at the cash register. There is also a bar, which we didn't visited.

    The staff is very friendly and hard-working. At the front desk was fluent in speak german. Also the waiters understand german, if it is in their area (drinks) refers. The cleaning staff speak predominantly only spanish. But with hands and feet you can understand... Officially the apartments every two days cleaned (towels), which we but more frequently happened, and although it is very tidy.

    The pool forms the center the hotel. Most of the beach chairs all around were already from the morning 'manned'. You cannot hotel towels by the pool use and this also not to the beach take. We have the pool not used.

    The hotel complex is located on a small hillside on the quayside and this from the beach separately. At the beach (relatively dark sand) there were beach chairs and umbrellas for a fee (an umbrella and two beach chairs = 8 Euro). If you the beach hike along, you can meet often back on stones, amid which curlews and other limikolen crowding. During the day and in the evening stops the hustle in limits, because the costa mar is located on the eastern outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. That planes were approaching the airport happen, hardly bothered me. At the seafront are a type of übungsgeräte as in a 'gym', the it public available are. Direct at the hotel there is a small shopping center with the usual souvenir stores, a spar market, restaurants and, of course, probably erotikclub. There are regular buses, the almost all places on the island go.

The hotel consists of ten different blocks around the pool and the front desk and dining room are built. The complex is right at the sea and is just a street separate. Walk may be three to four minutes. At the front desk could free wi-fi be used, but unfortunately very slow. The guest structure in this hotel is very different. It spent people from Germany, England, Spain, etc. Your holiday. read more

    We had a unit with two bedrooms and a living room booked. Room all in all okay. Spaciousness very good. The furniture on the other hand could be renewed. Room in block i was beautiful! Newly renovated and new equipment! By eingangstüre also again safe! Since only tourists in this block were, this could enter.

    The staff on the whole hotel was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms were cleaned except two days the week. The rooms were at this days wet herausgewischt so that we zero problems with dirt and grime had. Towels were daily changed. The waiters in the dining room have empty table-ware was cleared immediately and were always friendly to the guests. They were immediately for questions available. Only drawback was, the table itself setting had!

    As already described above is the hotel direct at the sea with a beautiful and großflächigem sandy beach. At nice walk along. The transfer time from the airport to the hotel took about 10 minutes A big spar market, as well as other smaller markets, bars and restaurants is located at the hotel. Other larger shopping with shops and local you will find after about 10 minutes if one of the promenade follows. And the in both directions!

    The size the apartments was okay. The condition the furniture could be better: old and worn. The furniture on the balcony could even after its own cleaning didn't use it! The bathroom had mold, a provisional toilet flush in the wall, a rusty shower head and a shabby bath. The bedroom was rather small, had ancient mattresses, depending on the location noisy squeaky, there were these blood-smeared and also otherwise very unclean. The bedding was partly holes and stained.

    We had booked half board and took this in the so-called dining room: in a train station, it was comfortable! We found every day stuck together tables and chairs outside. The table clothes were often stained. Food was often lukewarm to cold and really inferior quality. Also ate some guests just from the buffet and there were then the plates so fully, as if there were no tomorrow. The büfettheke was often dirty and the floor in the restaurant dirty.

    Unterbesetztes and genervtes staff in the restaurant and the front desk. Their knowledge of foreign languages was okay. The cleaning of the rooms you could save. It looked then just as before: unclean until dirty. The chairs on the balcony was so dirty, despite personal purification not more to use.

    On a busy street and promenade lead to the beach. Restaurants and shopping possibilities were within walking distance. With the car we were in 15 minutes at the airport. Night life was not used, excursions with our rental car. Parking directly in front the hotel. Nice promenade to walk almost on the doorstep!

The hotel makes a clean impression, the pool is not the biggest, but to the beach it is only a few meters. Especially i was however from the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk impressed. Every question was answered in a satisfactory manner, no request was refused. The dishes in the restaurant were varied, so that everyone to his taste could. The apartment had a living room with integrated kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom were well equipped. A small, separate drying room was outstanding for the deposited the hiking equipment. In short: we were around with our accommodation satisfied. read more

A hotel, which is outdated. The location we found very good, there away from the hustle and bustle and still everything available. Rooms were very spacious with large terrace. For the food, especially for breakfast, you had to some drawbacks. Since we had booked last-minute, was the value for money. read more

We were already times 3 years in this hotel it was the negative after the political crisis 2 times per week was not the apartment cleaned, no fresh towels, christmas there as a buffet hardly any other as the normal evenings except the gänsekeulen, before 3 years we got tourist the food in 2 passages served at the table, then we learned from the holiday maker, with a burglar at night at 3 o'clock in the apartment and from the handbag 70 Euro mit took what 100% surely not the 1st happened because the whole hotel area is not with ... cameras and from the from turquise monitored and the night shift at the front desk sleep not even the travel guide of the family has face. The cleaning crew again has badly deseamed corners and stairs never the kitchen the stove was dirty and old. A renovation is urgently necessary. We will this hotel in the present condition not any longer visit everyone german guest says even the bar has nothing to offer is also dingy have house wine for 10 Euro ordered this was with water watered down read more

Of a three-star hotel we would have expected more! The apartments are in very bad condition. Dirty cushions, broken fridge, broken lights, tiles fall 'bathroom' from the walls, cracks in the sink and on the toilet, dripping water tap and much more! Also the food left much to be desired. No variation for breakfast and little choice, not to mention the taste of the dinner. Unfriendly, maybe unmotivated staff acknowledge bad impression this hotel. Most is however the safety the room to complain about. It is for thieves not a problem located in the middle day in the apartments break ... in. Despite closed balcony door it is easily possible, without tool, the door from the castle to be highlighted. As we it on the own body discovered! Also the called spanish polizsisten found, with also very surprised, more safety feast. The police were very friendly and helpful, what you from the hotel staff and even from the hotel manager can not say! If you a relaxing and relaxing vacation plan, book please do not in this hotel. read more

Hotel is directly at the beach, this was very extensive. Room a bit dated but everything there and well equipped, very comfortable beds, relaxing quiet Nights. - food unfortunately very disappointing, carelessly displayed and hardly variety, no fresh fruits like melons etc. It seemed to me, as if everything from the supermarket next door have been bought \u2639 Excursions and travel by the hotel were very helpful. Staff are very friendly, could all well German speak. In conclusion a very peaceful hotel. Perfect for relaxing beach vacation. But we were allowed on the big enough terrace view of the sea enjoy. Because we evenings arrived, designed it is a little difficult the assigned apartment to find. The signage is very habituation needy for us and was not easy to understand. The pool is enough, sufficient chairs and umbrellas are available. read more

The service staff wore in addition on the we didn't have, loud geschirrklappern, with the trolley through the course to push running business - we found impossible. During dinner were guests often ignored and had to wait very long, that your order was taken. The possibility in the open food-there was unfortunately not. The food was a three-star hotel accordingly-very rarely there was typical canarian kitchen, but every evening fries. We enjoyed the pub in the area used.

    The pool is big enough and very clean. Animation is not offered, we did not want that also. If you afterwards longs, selects a club complex. We have some excursions in order the island a little exploration. In the lobby stands Wi-Fi free of charge available - however there was earlier a modem faster - against an extra charge you can quickly wi-fi book (24 hours - 3 Euro, 7 days - 15 Euro).

    The beach is only a few meters away from the hotel and cleaned daily. Unfortunately are neither toilets yet places to change available. 2 loungers and 1 umbrella cost on the day 8 Euro, from o'clock was the use free of charge. Apart from that the place is rather calm, a few pub and shops are within walking reachable. Evenings the waterfront to Puerto del Carmen walk-or the good choice of buses use ( stop on the doorstep).

    We had only the promenade to cross and were the long, wide beach. Until Puerto del Carmen it was about 20 minutes walk. Close to (15 minutes) is the airport. Occasional hardly audible noise. There are shops on the doorstep. There are maintenance possibilities locally and in Puerto del Carmen. Ausflugsmöglichkeiter very much was offered. The best thing was to explore the island with a rental car. A supplier directly opposite the front desk. Good and cheap.

Food ( half board) was ok but also nothing special. There are excellent pub with fresh fish nearby:-)

    Directly at the beach, 20 meters up to a spar market. Restaurant is also right on the hotel, whereby 500 meters to the left better pub are. Walking to Puerto del Carmen ( center) about 20 minutes. Bus station on the doorstep, also a very good bike rent.
