No matter how long i think, i find it nothing negative in the sense. This was a vacation, simply only enjoy for relaxing was! And we have to the last minutes done. This hotel i can highly recommend. All of the staff gave a special effort us in every aspect feel comfortable to leave, what we also every day enjoyed. :-) read more

    It was a wonderful room, where it nothing to complain about had. :-) Except. , the air conditioning not as work properly and with a little longer stay in the room the eyes started to burn and the tears in sheets down ran.

    The service was just brilliant. Many thanks to the many helper behind the backdrop, you have a great job! If one had times a problem, then the in a flash solved. The rooms were always stand cleaned. The laundry has been in the other day our fresh clothes back brought. What else could you want?

    The only negative, were the many children. What however not a problem of the hotel, but much more the parents. There were several parents, their children so deformed had, that these children just rude and inconsiderate to other rude and inconsiderate behavior. And the worst thing was the parents completely was indifferent, whether their children are reasonably behavior or not. The bottom line for me, i will only outside of school holidays come

    The location of the hotel was gorgeous. The view on the sea was wonderful. Also the garden was lovingly maintained and there were still lots of interesting plants to visit. Also one felt with a lot of love the whole complex fostered and and well maintained. :-)

The hotel is wonderful decorated. There is a great variety of plants amongst others lemon, fig and olive trees. The garden was very well-kept. The care and maintenance finds for the guests completely unnoticed instead. The pool areas are also in top condition. The types of people were the age of the mixed. It were many families with smaller children and lots of swiss people and german in the hotel. read more

    We had a deluxe bungalow with a view of the sea - just amazing. There were 2 tvs (a handful of german channels), desk with a computer (including internet), kettle (coffee and tea), air conditioning, telephone, safe, fridge, jacuzzi tub, couch and table and chairs and the terrace was huge. The building was modern and in top condition. Additional covers and cushions are necessary in the closet ready.

    We booked half board in the booked in the main restaurant the buffet used. There was also à la carte restaurant. The breakfast was extremely varied, so that for each compatriot something was there. Fried eggs, omelets, crepes/pancakes and sandwiches were always freshly (after request) prepared. In addition there was in the morning freshly squeezed orange juice and various smoothies. Coffee and tea one has to arrive quickly and to order delivered to the table. The evening buffet had in our week daily another motto for example greek, cretan, asian, fish, italian, and so on. Luckily there was always a greek corner, in which you delicious olives and olivenpasten get could. The salad bar was varied and tasty. For children was the kids buffet always something for everyone (spaghetti, pizza, and so on.). There was also a art wellness buffet, that from a lot of vegetables and fettreduzierten food was. The dessert buffet was also unbelievably varied: sweet cakes, schokoladiges, greek, creme brulee, fruit, ice cream, cheese - something for everyone.

    Friendly monitoring and bags to the room at check in. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. The room was every day so clean as we moved and the ladies the cleaning staff had always a smile and a freundliched word on their lips. In the restaurant one was friendly welcomed, served very quickly and the empty plates were conscientious and quickly cleared. The communication in english or german language was completely problem-free.

    The facilities /we didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer. But the relaxpool and the beach. The chairs at the pool were very comfortable and (as well as the umbrellas ) in very good condition. The fine sandy beach thanks to small müllbehältnisse clean and also during the day checked.     In the summer raves in Malia surely the party mood, from the in the hotel itself but certainly nothing easier, as the party a little walk. At the end of october but it was already completely quiet. Only a couple restaurant, souvenir shops and supermarkets were still open. The old town is worth seeing. From Malia one is fast in Heraklion, knoosos or at the lassithi plateau. Also to Agios Nikolaos it was with the car not far.

We had 12 days room with a view of the sea booked and were completely satisfied, both with the accommodation ( great room with small terrace, directly at the relax -pool and marvelous view of the see. The way to the hotel's own beach about 1 minute. The loungers, the sun screens and towels at the beach were free of charge. The sandy beach well-kept. Animation reserved. Great well maintained fitness room; low-key animation. Breakfast and dinner rich, varied and very good. Staff are very friendly! For us exactly the, what we had imagined: pure relaxation in a nice environment ... with very good infrastructure ( sea, pool, sport.) read more

Definitely worth a trip. Unfortunately are end of October not all bars been open, since not much more tourist in the hotel were. Very polite staff. The hotel is beautiful in the cretan style. The pool areas are also very beautifully designed. read more

Our kids were 6 and 2 years. From the 14. To 26 October on site. The 2 animators were already left. The kids club was a person (no professional children's entertainer) to 23 October maintained. If you are not the time at the kids club was, we had on some days 'bad luck', because the ' entertainer ' sometimes with a child on the way was. There was no information to leave where you the entertainment for kids find could. Furthermore was the kids club closed so that you no chance had its children the premises to use for Z: ...B. Board game, paint. Regarding evening agenda-animation: in the two weeks was one evening live music offered. The pool in spa was ice-cold also the other pools. In short: facilitities are very nice and our room ( suite with a view of the sea) was nice spacious. The food is a question of taste, we would have preferred to have had more quality as quantity desired. Waiter and room maids were very nice. Some façades were erected around the mortar to renew. Since think you have, why this work does not after the 31 October carried out will, because the hotel then closed is? Considering that we peak season-price paid us as a family, we felt that, maximum 50% performance. We were to second time-and it is a great holiday became. Our son (2.5 years) was from the kiddie pool and the sandy beaches with fine sand totally impressed. Small tip: in the hotel shop there are large inflatable sharks for 11 Euro. A of which needs with us every day go swimming-) The vacation in this hotel it was very relaxed. All are very friendly. The food is very good, varied and the dessert. You get not enough of which. Half board would be enough, we couldn't our son, gladly regularly food-) so you can 18 ... €via adults for lunch buffet pay - what first very much sounds, but the really paid off ( alone because of the great dessert because). Full board would be possible with 32 €per day/person, but the one really does not need. The pools are many, sing large enough, and water was always clean and pleasant. The 2 beaches were never busy, so you could in any case to find a chair. The sand is very fine, children dig very gladly and you can beautiful building castles. Room in the economy class are small but the furnishing is clean and modern. Bath with a bath, all great. I miss no only point of criticism a. We will stay again, without question. All in all a wonderful vacation with minimal downsides. Very friendly staff, a great complex and direct access to the beach speak for themselves. Unfortunately the food was occasionally only luke warm, which the enthusiasm somewhat reduced. Also the all inclusive-guests partly drinks of other quality served as the half board-guests, that was a little irritating. But nevertheless a great facilities, the fully recommendable is. Great hotel with very well maintained outdoor area and excellent food. Very friendly and sprachkundiges staff. Especially good of the dinner the changing theme evenings like. The breakfast buffet was also very sumptuous and diverse. Only the place Malia did not please us. read more

That we as guests and family very appreciated were, we realized already with the late arrival (10:45 P. M.). We were very warmly welcomed and a employee brought us even the luggages to the room. Furthermore we could still at the buffet self catering. There were all employee/inside very friendly, even with our cleaning of the rooms we could suggested conversation lead. The hotel complex is simply beautiful. We have our most beautiful vacation and the whole family could energy and joie de vivre in the bevorstehenen, long winter gas. Wonderful located hotel in the style of a village laid out. Very quiet room, various pools ( children, relaxing and animation). Amazing food. Is very recommendable the ' Hummerabend ' (against reasonable extra charge) in the restaurant ' Ayeri '. You can eat there from the waiter ( Georgios) also some good tip for Inselbesichtigungen etc. read more

    We did get a suite with plenty of space to enjoy. This has plenty of privacy. High technical standard, bar/fridge, computer, wi-fi, 2 times tv, air conditioning separately for living and sleeping areas. Coffee maker in the room, was also very regularly replenished. Enough glasses in the bar, the also regularly cleaned.

    Per : good and varied. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: even in 5 star hotels are the buffets actually a kind of cafeteria. But there is also cooks, what food fresh on request prepare, whereby this usually somewhat early were gone.

    Very quiet. The complex is directly at the beach, because of the size of the area is the way to the sea but nevertheless a couple of minutes last, which however not a problem there is the complex traffic-free is.

At our day of departure 29 October ended the season. The variety the food was not given. We had in one week twice greek buffet ( with identity. Dishes). It had something from the. Altogether it is a very nice hotel complex. read more

Everything was good in this hotel, except for the evening entertainment the same 0 and the lazy waiter evenings at the bar the statement received the All inclusive guests not much drinks to bring. read more

Because we outside of the season bays was the entertainment not more large available. Other hotels nearby offered there already more. The food was international-unfortunately too much, one searched for almost the greek food. Otherwise, we were absolutely satisfied - beautiful rooms, beach, the garden. It is a large area thus one has probably in the high season good other options. Nightlife are right outside at the hotel - tourist mile. The spa offer of the hotel is very relaxing and affordable. read more

The hotel complex and the whole hotel invite you to a relaxing vacation a. Every day stood something else on the menu. The À-La-carte restaurant directly at the cliffs to the sea was unique and the food there also excellent. Also the staff the biggest trouble so that you a nice holiday has. Nevertheless the hotel was booked, you have no matter what time of day it is still free chairs on the beach or by the pool found. The place Malia is not so nice, very touristy, but with such a hotel you do not need a place, as ... you can also by the beautiful hotel walking. The rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately we had on the first night room 578, which't expect anyone to accept that should, the a bungalow with a view of the sea booked and as a couple is. But from the 2. day went the vacation in another room then it's really going on. We would come back immediately! read more
