The frontdesk was very friendly. Our room was on the 3. floor and it was spacious, bright and very clean. This also applies to the bathrooms/toilet. Our stay (Smart Box gourmetausflug ) included a dinner in the restaurant chalet a breakfast. The service was friendly and attentive, the dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffet offered enough choice. read more

    The room was very spacious and also very clean. Of the furniture it was before well arranged. A balcony was available, also a nespresso coffee machine. The tv-device is rather small, there was no minibar, we have but also not miss it. The bathroom and the toilet were also very clean. General and also in the night, it was very quiet in the house, although the hotel was very busy.

The guest live in a construction site. It is a small feat of the building materials in the hallway to wind, in the room are everywhere practitioners. For example if you in the room rauchenkostet the 200 chf, or if the water heater something else as water warm we with 80 chf in invoice. But the best part was the practitioners in the bathroom: if you in the showers the bathroom floods, we charge at least 100 chf. In the morning i the front desk called and asked, if it would be possible to find out, whether at the driveway ... to Grindelwald schneekettenplicht is. Answer: no-and was hung up on us. A hotel i voluntarily never again visit will. read more

Hotel room with carpet. Although nonsmoker room selected room is smokers room. In case of a complaint you got as an excuse the former it is now a non-smoking room. Bathroom is renovated, relatively new furniture, walls painted white, but the stench was still in the room available. Disaster. Furthermore there was an ashtray in the wardrobe. Room otherwise relatively clean. Bedding not changed even if for example a visible stain on the bedspread is. Breakfast is nothing from the other world. Rather 08,15 carelessly set up. Very on tourists with misosuppe etc. Japanese, chinese. Eastern countries Breakfast room ... rather smelly not renovated with' carpet' o nightmare and in 2012 read more

    Reasonable size for single. For couple too small. Closet for clothes only for single use. Safe with key! Code would be adequate in 2012. Furniture ok and relatively new. Bathroom very new, nevertheless no light on the mirror, for women a catastrophe. One schminkt almost in peril! And in 2012. No mini bar however coffee in powder with water boilers. Telephone not used. Carpet in the room the very musty and certainly not with the renovation was never replaced. Room as a non-smoker advertised but surely a smoker's room, since nikotinstinkend and ashtray in the room.

A very nice hotel, the rooms are modernly furnished. The comfortable restaurant was perfect, the food was perfect, the half board variety of food very varied. The possibilities for excursions was perfect, one had no long way to Interlaken West and only 15 minutes to Interlaken OST Jungfrau railway. The cleanliness was very good. We had to go to the second time our skiing vacation in the city oberland enjoyed, in each case tour operators booked. We recommend overall the leisure activities on offer were good half board-food good. Breakfast buffet selection of the usual 3 star standard, we also tasted good. We are everywhere friendly served by. we had a clean, new equipped and commodious rooms. Solely for longer stays you would be a little bigger closet be. the hotel lies centrally located in the town of Interlaken. Once daily there is a free ski bus (beginning February a convenient bus) to winter ... sports region and back. Apart from that you can winter sports region with bus and train (1-2 times transfer) in half hour tact rEACH. we recommend the house and would gladly stay here again. read more

Terms are bed and breakfats or I believe room only. The building is traditional in style but modern. There is a lift to all floors, and guests have a card system for night time access to the lobby.     Rooms here are very clean and well decorated. My room had small balcony and views of the mountains. Safe and colour TV, my room had bath with shower over and was comfortable heated and very quiet. There is a minibar in the room. Hairdryer and direct dial phone were provided. The room was modern in style and of a good size

    The hoiel oly preovdes a continental style breakfats, but everything is fresh and well presented and the coffee is lovely. My wife loved the fresh bread too. Personal attention is there to assist and anser questions etc. as well

    The family who run the hotel are wlcoming and friendly. They speak English well, and nothing is too much trouble. I have stayed here 4 times now and am always welcomed back. Tourist advice is readily given (and honest!) and there is plenty of literature around.

    Just a few minutes walk from Interlaken West station and the lake, the hotel is in a quiet square close to shops and restaurants and a pleasnt walk the length of the main street to Ost station for the mountain wailways.

    Rooms fine, beds comfortable, no minibar, which would have been handy as the weather was very warm. If its National Swiss day expect a noisy night, all depends where your room is situated though.
