The hotel offers a spacious and completely secure area. So one doesn't feel only in the hotel sure, but also at the beach, because the trader must not in the neighboring private beach area (except the few metres into the sea). The hotel consists of separate bungalows and one doesn't feel cramped. The entrance area looks very inviting. The rooms are huge with 2 kingsize beds and the balcony was also very large. Safety deposit box is available and can conveniently for 2 Dollar on the day are available for hire (we always put our valuables into the safe and ... we will recommend everyone!). At the beach, as well as by the pool there are enough chairs. The restaurant hibiscus offers varied food and it is always fresh fruits ready. In the morning you can make your omelette or fried eggs freshly prepared. Especially tasty were the pancakes with maple syrup. Per stay you can also visit a à-la-carte food (italian and caribbean). We can really recommend! Cell phones can home be left because the wake-up service worked perfectly. 2 weeks without a mobile phone is a befreiendes feeling. Cons? Hmm yes at night it is quite loud since gladly sportiche activities nearby and the dogs bark the half night long. But the hotel nothing. So pack ear plugs or very tired to bed. Then still another drawback for the unfortunately mülligen beach. Plastic is everywhere (except in the separate area). The sea is however already clean and would not hesitate to walk barefoot to enter. I was most the negative reviews here bother us! We would have the hotel never and luckily we super last minute gotten without nachzuchecken. Through the negativwertungen were in my opinion more russians in the hotel but very personable were.     Large with 2 kingsize beds and balcony. There was a tv but we didn't use it. Only the bathroom was somewhat worn out with spots but nevertheless clean.

    Fresh and varied food. For breakfast, there is rolls, cereals, fruit, cold cuts (jam, as well as sausage and cheese), eggs, pancakes, sausages and a lot of solid. Afternoons and evenings: varied food for example spaghetti with different sauces, cockerels sweet sour (definitely try), rice, potatoes, beef in brown sauce, casseroles, fish and so on but also salad and delicious desserts are at the buffet available. In the 2 à la carte restaurant there are Italian or caribbean. Absolutely use!

    The staff is always very friendly and willing to help %blank%. Unfortunately are the english knowledge not particulary good and one must much rewrite. The wake up service every time worked very well. Rooms were cleaned each day. We had no complaints.

    Beach could be reached after about 300 meters (way superwised). We were at night as well nor in the town have a drink and never felt uncomfortable. Only the valuables were took in the safe. Excursions on the best Erika book and cash on the popular bank and only pay cash! Unfortunately takes the transfer from the Punta Cana International Airport good 2,5 hours.

A hotel, which also worst enemies neither for a one time vacation for a business trip would recommend. The only positive, the condition the parks, by the poor state of the rooms, by loud locals oncoprotein impossibility sleep, the absolute monotonousness of the menu and the poor tv reception (almost exclusively spanish channels and the very bad image) completely repealed. An excellent hotel, just be aware that there only stars has. Whoever is booking the hotel you should definitely the airport in santo dominco choose as you drive just about 40 minutes by bus to the hotel. We have unfortunately not looked and Punta Cana landed, they were then 3 hours bus drive and that is after 10 hours flies very strenuous. The rooms are huge, 2 king size beds and a big balcony. The furniture have already gotten a bit old. It is every day cleaned properly and 2 times per week sheets. The food in the main restaurant ... ( hibiscus) is not bad there is something for everyone there, which i pleased the there is a smoking and a non-smoking area gave. Entertainment it should actually are only seen i never someone, the quality of the pool was insufficient. The beach and the sea are fantastic ☺ a tranquil bay and turquoise water and a light fine sandy beach, amazing! On sunday are very many locals at the beach, that doesn't bother not really. The dominican are a very nice open and friendly people. The best one is charged in beso ( 50 Euro about 4800 besos). So i would definitely again after Boca Chica, even if you much negative hears and reads, i can only say it is not everything. We were often in the evening on the gilthead or as i always say in the ' bordsteinschwalbengasse' at the bar piano Plaza there is free wi-fi and the best Piña Colada. And if you between 20 and 21 o'clock go there happy hour, a drink pay and 2 earned. For single men there are also chicas, 70 your for the lady of your choice and 1000 besos ( 20 Euro) for the room (1. hour ) ☺ Important: if you go on excursions want bay not in the hotel is way too expensive! Better for Erika on the dorade it is german and very nice and much cheaper, for example, a day trip to the island Saona with speed boat and catamaran, eating and drinking for 40 Euro per person in the hotel we had per person 140 Dollar paid! I am already looking forward to next year, Boca Chica i am coming again! read more

Had a nice holiday, only sunshine a day time now and then times bit of rain, but steep. The hotel complex very nice arranged and clean, the separated section was all right behind where the native swimmers itself romp around/local/one must good watching that you're not a plastic fork cups and plates. If you swim, go to you had to once sneak through, it will then just the traders as the vultures oh well. Water was nice and warm and clean as in the bathtub really great. The whole day music. Beautifully loud. Like in paradise, if the waste problem ... in control, unfortunately therefore. read more

First we were disappointed over the reviews about the hotel, but after we even saw, we were pleasantly surprised. If jemant something to moan about then he finds what. We had at home a beautiful room requested and direct. (block 18,305) to the meal finds to each something. The eiheimischen at the weekend didn't bother us. Who painless, each noon and each evening spaghetti with pieces of chicken like, is in good hands here. As an alternative there was rice with tough beef. At the pool and the beach you could every day just hamburgers without any taste or Hot Dog food. Near opening of the restaurant you had to be punctual. If you came later, had bad maps. Either were not mugs since, or the coffee was all. Also cutlery was not set. The empty table-ware was only after asking cleared. The staff stood meanwhile in a corner and drank beer. It was not only ... once, it was the entire vacation and the three times a day. The grounds are very well-maintained, she is very green. Also the houses are from the outside very clean. However the rooms are a catastrophe: tv partly have broken housing and are mostly without function. There was only sometimes a german channels ( Deutsche Welle). In the bathroom you could not hang, since the hook demolished were. Some bathrooms were of mold infested. A hair dryer to also there his, but it was only the holder available. In a house were new hairdryer, fridge and tv available. This rooms were renovated and only for a travel company reserved. To the animation is still to say, the at the pool and the beach the musikanlagen so loud untwisted have. My music from mp3 player i could not more hear. The two hotel facilities left and right from our hotel beach attempted our music outdo. Because of the noise was a entertainment only through mutual shout at possible. A relaxation is in this hotel not possible and therefore not recommendable. read more

We have general good two weeks in the hotel experienced! The natives are very friendly, outgoing and helpful, even if you don't speak spanish. From the guests has nobody off behaved. The quality of the german guests was a bit annoyed, because you could get to where you travels, the majority of it but not for necessary was. Front desk was o -30 very friendly, the young staff but very arrogant, especially whilst checking out - not very clever if you guests again welcome. Staff (cleaning, gastro ) very pleasant, especially Maria in the restaurant exemplary and professional. Staff at ... the information are outrageously pushy your 3% with a wiederbuchung to receive. We are not quickly from the reserve to lure but these three people who always after the breakfast, lunch as dinner try a intercept are extremely rude! One had proper talkenden keep you permanently after 3 days rid. The rooms are really reasonable and quite large. In the bathroom you could really a bit of the mountings etc. Make, apart from that the cleaning lady very much trouble! Some over the beach vendors ausgerecht, but if it to the existence that you sold, then i can understand and after 3 days you have all they nerves not more sunday Definitely time in Erika pop in and possibly a trip, sauna is a must - in case you are not a boozer & chain smokers is, you have to on the hinfahrt close our eyes, i found it rather embarrassing and sometimes even antisocial how much tobacco processing over the sea hineingeschüttet have been. Erika s office is right at the start the duarte close to from the hotel. In general a very nice country with very nice people. read more

The hotel complex is located in a well maintained condition. Many gardeners are traveling around the foliage to sweep and lawn care. The hotel is in caribbean style, not a concrete block as it in Europa part of the case. To cleanliness there is nothing to complain about. We had all inclusive and were very satisfied. At the weekend is the hotel increasingly from locals guests visited. It is however not disturbing at all. We had a great great vacation in a three stars hotel which, in our opinion 1 star deserve more. read more

    Unfortunately, we are in Punta Cana landed and had a long bus ride. Better is definitely the airport santo domingo. The beach is across a bridge to reach. The center from Boca Chica is in 5 minutes walking distance. Really a great location of the hotel. Trips always with Erika book. It is very friendly. We did and had a great day with our guide. Also clearly more cheaply than in the hotel

Positive: nice and warm, beach and water clean, for children and schlechtschwimmer very suitable, eating and drinking ok (vegetables and fresh salads), beautiful and well-kept, extensive area, Negative: 2 weeks internet costs 120 Dollar, computer without skype (7 Dollar f. 30 minutes ), that isn't on at all! Obnoxious beach vendors, daily felt 50 massage, loud and multiple music from outside the hotel Recommendation for the managers: A bar without music to the crickets and the sound of the leaves to hear! A bar without music which makes it possible, is to converse and the tropical night with the cool ... drink! read more

The hotel as such is probably older, but the renovation of the outdoor areas is our empfindens to very nice. The buildings are from the outside attractive renovated, the furniture is a bit dated but in every aspect ok. The food is the quality was good, only the 'european' offer leaves a lot to be desired. The preris /performance -proportion is in any case ok. read more

    The entertainment made the guests itself. Every day was water polo or volleyball in the pool played. The entertainers made for more or less loud music.     The hotel consists of several blocks with 2-3 floors, has 2 pools and is located in a beautiful garden area, the whole day maintained. The types of people were very mixed. Yes, they are loud, colorful and are perhaps not our requirements for order and cleanliness, but here we are now time in the dominican republic! Weekday the hotel was almost empty, as was the colorful hustle and bustle at the weekend, if the dominicans came, a beautiful variety.
