What this hotel when saved us was our room. It was renovated and had a beautiful bath. Our balcony was to the pool and it was very quiet. To eat and cleanliness in the dining room no ambiance, I just want to say in a youth hostel it is pleasant. Evenings to eat there were canned beer ( Euroshopper. The food as in a nursing home on the trolley down. The salad buffet was every evening the same three salads. read more

In July 2012 we have this hotel as a starting point for our Tuscany explorations booked. Prior to we were 5 days on Lake Garda and then' unfortunately' to this hotel dangers. After our Anlunft fell us in the lobby the strong musty odor on. Our room - on the street side, the traffic is-was only Pigsty. Here only a couple example: Hair and under the bed, besides coins (probably Italian lire, we did not tested) and end caps of bottles. Dirty bed sheets. Mold in the bathroom joints. Strongly dirty carpet. Urinverschmutzte toilet-glasses. Lebindiger scorpion in the bathroom. HCLFHL. ... Musty odor - the shelves in the closet were with a thick Schmutzschicht covered-no dust, but festgepappter dirt. Rats by the pool. Dirty loungers by the pool. - breakfast could only pool seating in the blazing sun with bird poo ornate seating and tables are taken. On our complaint we got to repeated call a different room. With exception of the scorpion there was no improvement to see. After one night we were the next day left. At the front desk was not ready, our complaint in writing to quit. Unfortunately for the wide journey Thomas Cock after our complaint the whole price for the journey - the 1 night we of course-be refunded. That speaks for itself. We can of the reservation in this hotel only advise against. read more

We stayed here 10 days with half board in September 2011 spent. We stayed at the main building in the fourth floor. The lobby area is very nicely furnished with several occasions to sit. Daily were up-to-date Italian Newspapers from. Everything was very clean. in our Travel have anytime again bus tour groups checked in. So it especially older guests (60+)in the house. Mainly arrived guests from Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and France. Also people on business trip could we breakfast anytime again form. parking is a bit difficult, there were only a few places available were. And you had ... to know, that it was only in the blue markers park. For the day in the hotel a permit for 3 euros buy. From 18 hours until 8 hours parking was free. read more

    We inhabited a room with a balcony to the inner courtyard (view on the terrace and pool). The room was clean and nice furnished, but not too big. A fridge was also available as well as Safety deposit box, telephone, TV (with pool of broadcasting corporations). We missed solely a small Sitting area. There were two tables each with a chair. On the balcony there were two beach chairs from which we wonderful the sunset able to watch. in the room there was also a air conditioning, which we issued at night but, because it too loud was.

    There is a restaurant with terrace. The opening hours are 7-10 hours( breakfast) and 20-21 hours( dinner). The breakfast buffet was not very varied. There was a maximum of 2 types of sausage and a variety of cheese. In addition small Warmed up rolls, Croissants and toast-yourself toast. There were different marmelade, Muesli/cereal, boiled eggs, fresh cakes, fruit from the box, juice, Quark and yoghurt. The best but the coffee machine to its coffee did itself had, but the selection of coffee America to latte macchiato had. We were not disappointed of this buffet, not good because we had expected more ☺ breakfast was always outside on the terrace. An hour for the dinner seemed a bit not spacious enough and usually it took a lot longer, since we every day 4 courses were given. In the order we had to get used to. You have to order a water, you got a half Peru time-l bottle on the table. If you in the evening got was not empty the rooms number. Draufgeklebt and you at the next evening empty. The same was true with wine. We had a good laugh, as the neighboring table beer ordered and canned beer (mark euro Hopper) served got ☺ first course we got all evening a'greeting from the kitchen', for example in the form of a slice of toast with sardines and tomatoes or pizza on the terrace. For the second course you could choose between a soup and a pasta dish. We chose each evening the pasta and not even get the same sauce. The third course you could choose between two dishes. To the dessert a car was pushed and you had the choice between a anytime again changing 'Torta', baked Apple/pear( cold), Prunes and fruit basket. it was never about with the huge port ions, but we were very, very full. The food was very tasty only for our taste a little too much Oil prepared (what the Italians in the guests but do not communicate to cigarette butts). Every evening there was also a salad buffet. Why Legend things such as Green salad, Carrots pens, red patches were always there. But there were also au gratin potatoes, bread salad, bruchetta and so on

    the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only spoke of the head waiter (or just 3) a foreign languages. The rest of the service staff spoke only Italian. A service staff member seemed a bit angry and remote, but after we brought you to laugh, there was always a extra large dessert for the men ☺ the staff at the front desk there were good dining and drinking options friendly and very helpful in other languages very good English. Our room was daily cleaned and were without notice bed sheets and towels regularly exchanged.

    the hotel lies in the town center town of Montecatini Terme very close the 'shopping area' and the start of the small railroad for the tour of the town. The thermal bath and the so-called Rack railway, the Montecatini Alto, the higher part runs, were after a 10 einminütigem walk easy to reach. Also to the train station it is only 15 minutes footpath. Opposite from the hotel there is a playground with an inflatable bouncy castle. In our Travel found the Miss Italia elections in Montecatini instead. So the town was very nice decorated.

Sorry for the long journey-the hotel is ancient, the beds at best only act as a trampoline-breakfast was more than adequate-rooms facing the street are extremely noisy-after two nights (5 nights) left! read more
