The Areal is quite large and very well maintained.
Wifi is free of charge to use, but not always works.
The breakfast is for a 4 star hotel too small. No fried eggs... We were over easter there and it was on easter sunday nothing special! Is to be expected. There are three stars hotels put more into the stuff!
Despite garage there was too few parking. read more

We were just for a short recovery phase in the hotel. We were satisfied all around. Our room was in the main building, so that we a nice view on the park of the hotel had. The breakfast was excellent and it was for all tastes something. To the city center one goes about 10 minutes. Of riva is one relatively central, so you, as long as you by car on the way is, the east or west side of the lake quickly reached (malcesine or limone). The spa area has everything, what a beautiful wellness area heared. The beauty ... treatments are really recommendable. The parking spaces at the hotel are adequate and partly roofed. Otherwise there is a free underground car park. The outdoor swimming pool was in October not anymore in use, nevertheless were loungers provided. We would book this hotel again anytime. read more

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms spacious, the bathroom large and new, the breakfast buffet rich and diverse. Especially: everywhere it looks very clean! The bus station is just a few meters away! read more

Nice hotel to a couple of days to relax. The spa is very nice laid out. Large park with outdoor swimming pool. The food as a part of the half board was very good. We can definitely recommend the hotel. read more

Very nice vacation hotel, good breakfast buffet, good dinner with beautiful salad buffet. Good starting point for excursions. To> foot to the city center of riva approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Shops ( supermarkets) by car about 5 minutes. read more

Well, in fact, the Astoria Park Hotel safe time was very nice. Unfortunately it is ageing and would have urgently a complete overhaul necessary. Chipped corners here, scratched wood there, everywhere seems like the tooth the time. The wellness area is actually really beautiful, but also here some in need of renovation. The sauna has its best times for a long time behind itself and in the fitness area there is exactly one work out equipment, the 'because of broken not to use' ( Originalschild ) is. The staff are constantly nice and friendly. During dinner there were a week ... long every evening the same Lettuce and salads, I think that for a four-star hotel rather moderate. Dressing, there was none, just vinegar and oil were available ready. To end on a good note we were in the hotel parking the antenna from car stolen, then there was from the hotel not even an apology, only a 'oh'.
Must congratulate you the hotel to its photographer, the internet-pictures made.

Nice hotel, very friendly. We had only breakfast buffet, it was good with a lot of choices, for athletes ( muesli and fruit abundant). Only the coffee was not especially.
What we missed, was a kettle in the room, normally in a four star hotel not missing.
Further there is also a small criticism of the breakfast room-by its size was the Lautstärkenpegel very high, and the Metallfüße the armchair on the stone, the whole still increased.
The spa area was for the many hotel guests then nevertheless a bit too small, at all a rainy day, where you outside ... not much to do and almost everyone a wellness day inserts, too few loungers, and the Designerplastikliegen directly at the indoor pool are great great from, are however very, very uncomfortable.
Besides that there was nothing to complain about, everything was very well maintained and okay.
Also really great we found the lockable bicycle storage room, as we had our own mountain bikes with.
The hotel is recommendable. read more

We were to the third time on Lake Garda and the second time in riva.
Through this experiences ( we had always a four-star hotel), also the expectations.
So the Astoria -Park-Hotel although good, but in comparison with the other hotels ( Park Hotel Flora in riva and Hotel Ilma in Limone), it is up to third place. But that is also reflected in the lower room price again.
But now to the hotel.
The audience is very mixed, from young to old, of families and couples and in the nationality. To our travel period were Dutch, Italian, English, French ... and German in the hotel.
The hotel is modern designed, it is nice, but is sometimes a bit cold and cool effect sometimes on the staff from = a friendly smile is from the staff for breakfast or at the bar rarely catch.
Liked a lot us:
Clean rooms and clean hotel.

Free beach towels by the pool.
Beautiful large green park.
Beautiful wellness area with free bathrobe, towels and tea.
- free underground parking (was quite full, but I have always found a place)
- Wi-Fi free
Mini bar in the room as fridge use.
- breakfast is very good for Italian standards ( for my friend gave it to 6 of 7 days delicious Crepes with nutella)
Lunch is a offering a clear view map with about 4-5 dishes.
- location is also fine, around 8 to 10 minutes walk to the center and the great restaurants.
Not so good we liked:
- by the pool about 85 chairs ( is sufficiently) but only 15 sun screens so began really before breakfast the fight with the towels to the loungers with umbrella with our friends from England (-:
-so dear hotel management, what is a sun screen? Please go 1000 €Invest and there are no problems more by the pool and it the loungers not more in the park carried away
The pool bar is more like a snack, there are only büchsengtränke, ice treat, as well as sandwiches, as mentioned we have stayed other experienced with service, wine and cocktails by the pool.
The room, we had a superior, was relatively small and we lived out of the suitcase.
Handling of complaints, we showed twice at the beginning of the vacation a defective safe and after a week he was still not reasonable.
For tea time is TUI also coffee offered, but there is only tea.
Bicycles one can free of charge only for 3 hours check-out counters.
The balcony is OK, but only with 2 chairs equipped, a small table would have been nice.
- at the seating in the entire building spared, you reminded me of a cafeteria or cafeteria.
Altogether it is a nice hotel with a few small important, but the great park and pool leave great vacation feeling arise.

Nice hotel, we enjoyed stay and can definitely recommendable. Very nice was also the grounds and the great breakfast buffet. You could also extra Cappuccino or espresso for breakfast order. It would be beautifully if in the high season more sun screens available would be. read more

Big breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious sweet pastries. Very pleasant breakfast direct in green surroundings palm trees garden. Who pebble beach in riva full, can great under the palm trees by the hotel pool relaxation. Great also the parking garage in secure area of hotelzauns. read more

The only fault about this hotel is the pool in the open. It is necessary before breakfast the to reserve chairs as a large drawback on lying chairs is. Hotel nice, good food. read more

It is a lovely hotel but some employees may friendly his (a 'good morning' is not too much required)
The room was rather small and there were no klederhaken, this is although it is only a small something however very annoying.
The bikes from the hotel are free and quickly, even if still which on the doorstep are. These are probably only for the vips.
Breakfast was perfect, it wasn't missing anything.
Riva del garda is its location very vulnerable to bad weather but otherwise a great site with restaurants and shops. On foot from the hotel in 10 to ... 15 minutes, that was ok. read more

A very clean and modern hotel. Parking spaces in the garage in the underground car park available, here is the way to the hotel however around 300 to 400 Meters through the hotel-park (covered walkway). Some parking spaces are also directly in front of the hotel available. The quality of the meals is amazing. The dinner is a beauty. Breakfast is really reasonable. The rooms are beautiful and are kept very clean. Partly balcony direction street, what now however also not bother us. The location is not on the lake, but after around 400 to 500 Meters one the historic ... part and more 300 meters to the lake. A beautiful on foot and easily walk able. We were for the motorcycling and as a starting point was the location just top. We would definitely come again. read more

The hotel was good reached by car, the cuisine was excellent, also child-friendly meals were as naturally offered. Very comfortable was the breakfast on the terrace drives, the staff always make an effort, the tables quickly for the next guests to judge. Altogether the staff very friendly. Beautiful garden with a pool, also the spa area was very inviting. Only the room as a family room was a bit small limited however altogether a succesful vacation with many excursions. read more

We were positively surprised, in Astoria hotel ( higher category on Lake Garda), as Ersteigerungskunden
So friendly and helpful were treated. The breakfast just 'brilliant', the dinner'great'. The park with a pool, the spa area and also the rooms are beautiful decorated. Unforgettable days on Lake Garda.
A downer - friendly and helpful staff but distant by the size of the hotel and the
Hauptfremdsprache is English.

The panorama is truly breathtaking, if you on the lawn on its couch is appropriate.
