We stayed in room 10 at the top of the house. The size of the room was adequate. A lovely big bed, two small bedside tables, overlooking the courtyard and the houses. There is a hair dryer available. There is a flatscreen TV with many TV channels. There are enough possibilities to hang jackets. What is missing is but a walk in wardrobe. There is no opportunity unpack our clothes. Since we only stayed one night it didn't bother us, but I think if you were staying for longer it is a bit of an inconvenience. At the Badeinnentür was a large mirror. The bathroom is clean. From us to a place where it should have been a bit more thorough cleaning, but in England you generally not as serious. But everywhere is new. There is a nice corner shower and even a towel rack. I am very picky about the cleanliness and I would book it again.

below the hotel there is a breakfast room with 5 tables (see pictures) super cute and views of the beautifully decorated courtyard. A huge large leather couch walk along the wall. Breakfast was delicious! The best thing we ate on our trip. There are typical English breakfast, scrambled eggs, Baked beans, toast, baked tomatoes, bacon and sausages. You can, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt. There are tea or coffee and orange juice. As I said all super delicious and fresh!

The staff is very friendly and will help you with questions, however, we have been after we explicitly asked do not say that parking across the street can be expensive. But so what. Foreign language skills were not tested. Room cleaning was perfect.

The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from Brighton pier and hence the sea. There are many shopping possibilities in the surrounding area, for example, Tesco right at the intersection. Parking is very limited. Right on the side of the road from the hotel and there is parking tickets (very expensive 1h about 2Pfund) across the street parking is only for residents only allowed with permission. There is quick o.k., which in Brighton 79Pfund costs or if you paid in the first 14 days there are still 35Pfund.
