Hotel Beachcomber Trou aux Biches^{(5 stars)}

Large suites, super equipped, free wi-fi. Very clean, it was twice a day cleaned. Tropical junior suite on the ground floor have a great outdoor shower. Otherwise practical details as free coffee- and tea, pullout clothesline etc.. Safe available.

Two breakfast restaurants, evenings either buffet or after previous reservation - dinner ( predetermined menu, the all three days changed) in theme restaurants. Buffet more than enough, lots of different and really fresh dishes. Again and again changing, for example mauritisches buffet. Lots of fresh seafood and fish. For all, which the exotic was, there was for example a corner with freshly baked brick oven pizza and pasta. Mornings also more than enough, somewhat french style with for instance crepes and croissants.

Very nice, unobtrusive service in all hotel areas. French and English anyway, a lot of employees spoke also somewhat German.

Sports and spa area available, tennis courts. Nothing animation ( was very quite...) , you could however instructors can do (scheduled times of the exercise area). Great beach with very comfortable loungers. Pedal boats, canoes and small catamaran could be borrowed for free. Three times on the day free possibility, with a small hotel's own boat for snorkeling about 10 minutes to the reef out to leave. Definitely make!

Very big complex, the low building but spread out well. Between some buildings again and again small pools, a large main pool. Great beach - very long, white sand, coconut palms, turquoise water. Very nice, a pleasant service. Unobtrusive, always quick service in the restaurants, also apart from that very helpful staff. Recommendation: tropical junior suite with a great shower!

Small supermarket around 10 minutes away on foot. Also at the beach again and again 'flying dealers', but not pushy. Small boat trips could at the beach be booked. Taxi should definitely not over the front desk book - we had the impression, that clearly was more expensive, than if one on the road paused could have been. And on the road there is always taxis! Beautiful trip nearby: botanical garden ( about 15 minutes by taxi).

We had a tropical junior suite. On the ground floor located, large room, large bathroom with shower (is a hit, necessarily use). What we really appreciated was the coffee maker. The furnishing is very nice. Tv and telephone great. Safety deposit box is available. The seat to small pool very quiet and from the outside not large visible. The chair could a kissenaufsatz stand.

Dining: a highlight. A main restaurant with buffet and 5 à la carte restaurant. For the latter you had to reserve. We have booked half board and a large part of the offer was also in the à la carte restaurant without an extra charge available. We have very good and plentiful food. The presentation was outstanding. We can the buffet in the main restaurant not judge, since we never ate there.

The service was from a to z just indescribable good. Very friendly, attentive staff. Also in the middle of the night not a problem: we had to at 1 o'clock at night our room change, after the inhabitants on the 1. floor rooms had flooded and the water then in our room on the ground floor penetrated. We were with our luggage to our new room (golf cart). All employees could french and english; some also a little german, but we the latter not at all needed and not expected.

The sport offer not used. The facilities were available: snorkelling, water skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, etc. Were free. Also various land (Tennis) would have been feasible. The non-existing activities we grieve not to, because we have the peace and quiet looking for. Fantastic beach, clean and neat with enough sunbeds with sonnendächern. It had some beach salesmen (t-shirts, korallenketten, boreos, bags etc.) Because the beach is public. If you had no interest but they are just weitergezogen.

Huge, well-kept hotel area. The size but not since the units (bungalow with 3-4 rooms) only two-story and beautiful in the area with many plants are embedded. It was very quiet. The hotel is great neat and very clean. We have booked half board, what is very recommendable.

The location of the hotel, directly at the beach, is excellent. However, there is no town for strolling. Shopping around 15 minutes on foot, small supermarket. Trips are possible with the taxi or bus; or via the numerous providers.

The rooms are massive and furnished typical of the country. Everything, that you need \u263a The bathroom is a dream, with walk-in open shower and shower! A coffee maker with kaffeevorrat and a kettle with teas is available and is always refilled. The bed is also very big and comfortable. The mattress is of good quality. It leaves nothing to be desired!

There are 6 different restaurants on the complex. A buffet restaurant with various theme nights, an italian, an international, an indian, a thai and a pool restaurant. All places is the food excellent, cleanliness, service and ambience is very much emphasized. It is fun, the possibility to have, every evening someplace else eat out to may. The table must one to noon in the restaurant its choice reserve. The prices for the drinks are quite high. However the wine and cocktailqualität also very good. Water is affordable with converted 2,50 Euro per bottle. You have the possibility, its started weinflasche the next day weiterzutrinken. It will be with reservation of the table in the selected restaurant. You can also the beverages up to his room.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a very good english and french spoken. German is however not really understood, which we however not when disturbing have seen. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, the mini bar filled up, the towels were changed, if you wanted. You can also decide, when the bed linen should be changed - very pleasant. With complaints they reacted as soon as possible, at eliminating the inconvenience.

The fintessstudio, the tennis court and table tennis facilities are very well maintained and in good condition. Of the entertainment on the day you get hardly anything with... The musical entertainment in the evening was always very atmospheric and we liked. It is very pleasant, that you not only in the reception area, but also the private-room has. Nearby (10 minutes walk at the beach along ) of the hotel there are the possibility in a store, a post office is also met. The beach is bilderuchreif, the solid wooden pool chairs with extra thick cushions extremely comfortable. Every morning the beach hooked and is meticulously clean. A get any waiter service as used at the beach completes the luxury. There are enough chairs, umbrellas and showers available. The sea is crystal clear, however, is the separate pool area quite small. The hotel complex is in bungalow style built, very spacious and well laid out. The high number of rooms is through the distinct size the hotel not unpleasantly noticeable, since everything runs smoothly. Completely the hotel is in a luxurious, well-kept and always clean state. The breakfast buffet is varied, the dinner however still tasty, no matter in which restaurant you eat. Especially good the thai restaurant, where all 3 days the fixed menu is changed. There were all nationalities and very many brautpaare, the enjoy honeymoon.

Because the hotel on the north/west side the island is, it is in the early summer months, perfect. The west is windstiller and thus very pleasant. The hotel borders directly at a fantastic bilderbuchsandstrand! To the next town grand baie are it approximately 10 minutes by cab. At the beach you daily on sellers, the various trips. We have the experience, that these people can trust and saw a lot of the island seen. The cheapest is it, a taxi for one day to book the island 'private ' to explore.

great rooms, spacious and with beautiful Rattan chairs and a rattan lounger on the balcony. we had a tropical outdoor shower suite, it was awesome. Ants we had no in the room, however from time to time have a few huge large cockroaches, evenings, in bathroom confused. The quality of the beach was nice. However was the staff hard-working the bugs to keep in check, they sprayed insecticide around the unit. In a tropical country bugs just not always avoid. Is to be expected when you are such countries. Or you can stay at the best at home. the fridge you should really some good ventilated drag from its wood panelling, otherwise it does not cool well enough.

In the a la carte restaurants was never really busy. The majority of the guests in the buffet restaurant went out to eat. The meals were always very well and also the meat for a buffet above average. It was always vegetables, Rice, pasta, different salads, meat, pizza, a little Asian and wide selection of Desserts. Everything was always clean. in the breakfast we had always sufficient different types of bread to choose from, no matter what time it was. Delicious there were also the fresh Crepes and the different fruit juices.

The service we really nothing to moan about! The people here are tried and if you with a smile met, then go back again. Clearly, German is anyone here and there is nothing on German ausgechildert or described. We are not Germany. You can not always expect that everything on German is. But English everywhere spoken and therefore not a problem to communicate. Our room was always to our satisfaction cleaned. We never had to give instructions! It was also the staff always very, very friendly and helpful. the service in the reistaurants was perfect. Tables were always promptly tidy, the drink constant refilled. And if we had to do it yourself, we therefore things have improved-they now from the krone not pleased!

The animation in the evening is really very, very sleep-inducing. For such a big hotel I would slightly less lame Klaviergeklimpere to a bar and flötende musicians for 60 + at the other bar, wished. Then you don't have to wonder, that people either to one, or at the other bar and preferred by the TV in the room let salon. The hotel was 2010/2011 freshly renovated. In total, palm tree area, are small bungalow units with wonderful, spacious rooms, distributed. These are arranged in such a way, that of a other not the balcony/seat can see. Really really great and everything is very spacious. We had half board booked, which was also sufficient wrt. Everything was always very clean and is wonderful with a lot of water and wood. what sometimes somewhat annoying may be, the beach salesmen. But ignorance of the food were really good at. Since all beaches on Mauritius public are, you must also at the beach with holiday guests other hotels count and also with a few local or families, the pass. I never thought this again disturbing, on the contrary, it has the beach life a bit lively.

the hotel lies very good. Right adjoining at the village of trou aux biches. There are 2 small supermarkets, a small ice-cream shop, post office, ATM, souvenirs, car rental and other various shops. Quite central together at the end of the beach (on the left-hand side). The beach is also very spacious. Not very wide, but with huge coconut trees, the much shade donate. if you walk out of the hotel went out, to the left, you can catch a bus to about 5 kilometer after Grand Baie. A very touristic village with many shops and restaurants, located directly by the ocean.

We had a perfect Tropical Junior suite( approximately 70 meters²), with a very good assorted mini bar, the latest Mediaausstattung , foreign, as well as Innendusche , free coffeeand tea offer. the terrace is big enough and with couch, chairs and table. The fan has however annoying Noises and at night was actually not usable-if you like with closed windows and air conditioning sleep No problems have. Everything was absolutely new and very comfortable.

6 restaurants and various bars with gewohntem service and the best quality. the dishes were a high quality, with trouble prepared and in correspondingly suitable quantity serves. If you like very much eats, should rather the buffet restaurant hold. the atmosphere is through the varied designed complex also in the restaurants very nice. Tips are not expected and the prices are from reasonable to be more important.

For our taste the housekeeping was a bit too much the good. at any time of course you could to 'less' service would ask, what then is kept. Who gladly also the bed pitch or 4 times a day the towels would like to change, will exactly in good hands feel, like someone, the whole is different preferred. The language skills of the employees and residents are very versatile. who travel a lot we have no so accurate cleaning of the rooms experienced. any, we use taken additional service was perfectly Done( for example Reservations in the SPA, laundry service, Weddingplanner , technical questions and required Auxiliary). The leisure time offers were varied, especially the water sports are concerned. snorkeling, Tretboot, diving, Glass bottom boat, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing are included in the price. Also water aerobics in the pool is offered. The evening entertainment We partly as' a bit slow ', but pleasant. There were but also interesting and local things for everyone. If you like dancing or even party atmosphere, should maybe a bit outside of the hotel search, for example in Grand Baie. beach, pool, loungers and so on are in immaculate condition. The pushy salesmen limits or is in comparison to other Tourist Countries not available. It is also staff on security guaranteed.

the complex is still very new and it was in an existing palm trees garden integrated. Some plants, especially around the houses etc., will therefore surely develop, kragt the whole however never. the state of the hotel is perfect. in spite of the high number of villas and suites is privacy because of the size and the effort of the staff receive. the cleanliness is in all Areas perfect. In The buffet restaurant you have the possibility to the Creole kitchen to try out or but on usual recourse. Other 5 à la carte restaurant different kitchens offer versatile possibilities. the guest structure feels very European and is aged about 30 years pigeonhole. Everything made a loose, pleasant and refined impression.

Directly by the very clean beach is located the location for such a hotel perfect. The North the island is for the best weather on Mauritius it known. in comparison to other Areas there is in the summer rather little clouds and little to no rain. Around the hotel there are however not lots to do. options for shopping, Currency exchange, small shops etc.. are available, the next larger town, Grand Baie, is about 10 kilometers away and by taxi or bus (both right on the hotel) easy to reach. the airport with a CIRCA 90 minute drive in the South the island location. excursions you can at any time over the hotel organize or with the staff inform or at local organizers go back.

Simply everything was available. Spacious-the smallest 63 meters². air conditioning, flat screen terrace, Outdoor shower, outdoor swimming pool, safe, telephone, Media Hub, mini bar, kettle... New not worn.

6 restaurants: 1 main restaurant in buffet form, good selection and variety. quality good. 1 Thai restaurant: Reservation required- special half board menu, which against extra charge expands or may be amended. Very good taste with exquisite service. Le Caravelle (international) cannot match: tasty very good, service was not so attentive. Il corallo (Italian) is the same. Taste 'good' The Indian restaurant it was not so our thing been. the service there however also exquisit. The Seafood restaurant called 'Le deck' not convincing. For exorbitant extra charge we had a seafood platter with lobster ordered. The lobster was not fertiggegrillt . Our 2 visits (attempt) was with the half board- menu also not crowned with success. Service not beachcomber like... and Foodqualität very simple. For all restaurants but top cleanliness and correctness.

even if the staff didn't speak German-it is all of the eyes. super hard the night service on the front desk until the management.

Watersports outstanding: waterski, surfing, pedalo, Minikatamaran , Glass bottom boat, banana boat in the form of a sofa (very funny) everything. beautiful Floodlight- tennis court with 2 courts, fitness room with latest machines table tennis, Darts, Boule... No Archery. Wiki free of charge in the entire area, Mini club, teens Club... enough sunbeds with permanently fresh Handtuchauflagen , sunshades, and enough showers. Large main pool, Additional pools in the living areas secluded from Beach and private pools on the rooms.

massive complex with spacious suites, all the latest standard. Top maintained. 900 employee. Normal half board -it can but IA packages be booked. 40% Europeans, too many from France, Austria and Switzerland. 30% Russians and 30% Asians. Mixed ages from Honeymoonern to extremely-seniors. Also for children very suitable.

directly at the beach -wonderful lagoon, lying off Reef, Turquoise water - very clean. There are fish available. about an hour and a half from the airport Plaisance. normal options for shopping: supermarket ( Popos ')souvenirs and so on Boat trips in all directions-fantastic.
