We had wonderful days in vals experienced! The hotel staff is really very friendly and we felt completely comfortable. In vals is it except for the very expensive spa not a lot-but it does nothing, also with a little, you could wonderfully have fun ☺ Tip: the tüfelsstei buffet is super, massive selection and you can even put together, the what one to eat would like, it will be in a huge hot stone fried. And for swiss standards very cheap ☺ The swimming pool is 24 hours open-and this is also not everywhere sunday Praise! read more

    We have free a better room type can be. Our room was in the new building of the hotel and for a three stars hotel very nice. Was equipped the room with a small television, plenty of storage space, a closet, desk, double bed and a large bathroom. The room was, as already mentioned, very clean.

    There was for each something. We had a dinner at the à-la-carte restaurant and a really nice night. The quality of the meals was very good. The quantity was more than enough and the prices reasonable. Only point of criticism was, that the filet accompanying sauce in of the kitchen forgot and then only, as we practically finished was placed on the table. Nevertheless, we would by itself not at all notice, since the meat it was good... In the morning we had the breakfast, which in the room price was included in the room rate. There was everything, what one for breakfast and much of it was homemade (cakes, bread...).

    We traveled with the public transportation. With the course one reaches ilanz, it is still about 30 minutes by bus after vals. The hotel is situated in the immediate proximity to bus stop. There are restaurants in the hotel, as well as in vals. In the immediate vicinity you can hiking, winter sports or the day with wellness spend.

As always a relaxing short break between the end of the year. The food was as always absolutely great, the breakfast buffet a hammer. The hospitality of the family situation to is hard to beat. What to be desired leaves, is the service in the bar. I think, that you get more could be. We were often the only in the bar, the before or after the meal was a small aperitif or ' schlummi' enjoyed. This is certainly because of the fact, that one for the bar feels responsible. The hotel we can including genießerhalbpension absolutely recommend. From 12:00 A. M. you can then hot seppe or various salads enjoy. From 4:00 P. M. coffee and cake and from 6:00 P. M. there was a 4 course Gourmets menu. The drinks are during the day included. Even if you gladly in the nearby located thermal bath to bathe would like is an experience. In the small village vals, Shops, butcher's shop, bakery, dairy and several Restaurants. Since we unfortunately only one night in the hotel were, we can not meaningful review when you leave. We were of the pool loved it, the really 24 hours (!) open is. After the very good dinner ( we had the half board) we had the pool just for us:-) the breakfast buffet there are until 12 o'clock (!), what light sleeper very accommodating! The chef showed us even the entire buffet and told us, that the bread and jam even made! Breakfast was really great, only thing that was a bit fish you could miss. All together the ... hotel we can really recommend it, the welcome from the head during the check in included Aperitif, the breakfast included leadership and the check out. Everything exceedingly friendly and welcoming. We have ignored, that the room once again a painting necessary and the bathroom no longer is the newest. We would gladly come again! read more

The young owner Evi and Bruno situation to give themselves large trouble the guests the stay as beautiful as possible to make. Here large value on the culinary. Also with large crush of the chefs the dishes prepared with a lot of care and with the necessary herbs and spices refined. The original taste of the court but not affected. The each dish recommended drinks are carefully selected. The many hiking trails in the surrounding heights, the picture book weather at this quaint landscape made the one-week stay a wonderful experience. After the extensive hikes you could in the hotel ... swimming pool, in the three different saunas and gym relax. read more

We've for 10 years regularly into the cleanliness of hotel rovanada in vals, mostly in the winter. The reception was, as always very, very warm. For the first time we have the love-suite. The furnishings and ambiance we really liked. Also the view from the spacious balcony was wonderful. The service was, as always very friendly and the cooks left nothing to be desired. We are definitely coming again and recommend the hotel with a clear conscience further. read more

A likeable, nice hotel. Good service. The food basically good, I liked the pizza not so tasty. Less is more. The furnishing in the room was very clean, but also rather a bit dated. Do the quality but no crash, at best the eye. read more

A good choice for a stay in vals. Has its own wellness area and is nearby to the thermal bath. Definitely to reduced entries ask. Very good breakfast buffet. Atmosphere in the restaurants is from the 80. Prices for mid season rather expensive. read more

Very nice, well located 3 *-hotel with warm hospitality. The dinner was excellent, the wine list had a good selection and a very good value for money), our room ( a mountain light ) was very big, clean, with a balcony ( view in the mountains). The breakfast buffet was huge (you can even take scrambled eggs make ), cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, Wähen, Brownies, coffee, tea simply everything that you need. On Sunday we were allowed the Maiensäss (belongs to the hotel Rovanada) together with Bruno visit and then just a small snack ( gorgeous area above the reservoir's ... next to of the kids Chapel ). Many thanks for the leadership by Maiensäss and your great hospitality, we will come back soon. read more

Very friendly staff, nice front desk. Various spa services, must be reserved in advance. Large, rich breakfast buffet. Restaurants with excellent kitchen, nice service. The sanitary installations in our room (Classic) will soon need of refurbishment. We will be back! read more
