Rooms and balcony in the main building large and up to the bath- Fixtures clean. Air conditioning worked well and You could adjust. Tv there were 1 german channels, but no entertainment. (channel called dw)

The large buffet is extensive, but it is almost always the same. And the dishes, those to be warm should, Was cold in the containers. One beer in einwegplastikbecher. Although i once an extra glass ordered, i got a Plastic cups

A lot of personnel and mostly friendly. Room cleaning was tidy. My friends Missing but 2 days the towels

The hotel complex was clean and the beach with chairs enough. Only sun protection is very limited and therefore we were forced, by 7:00 a. m. our chairs under a sun protection to reserve. The rooms in the main building are large and reasonably clean. Rooms at the garden, i have from other guests, they've been 3 times moved (partially. The ceiling down). The guests there were mostly italian, french and americans. German not very many. The buffet was large, but at the weekend we had to wait for a table, as also very many locals were present. The warm dishes were repeated and are also already cold used. The sausage for breakfast limited on gek. Ham and cold meat with olives. And that the whole 10 days. The specialty restaurants, you should definitely 2 days before reserve. It can also happen, that in the early a snoozing drunk on the beach bar sit and sleep or a Local lady with the clothes from the evening in the morning to 7:00 clock in of the lobby sits. As a beach vacation okay, but the evening entertainment was very monotonous.

Beach was great and clean. The einheimischenbars right next door. The prices for drinks definitely have with tax And so on. The table will be charged!

Our room, the we after the 2. complaint referred, was on the ground floor and was extremely big (about 40 square meter). In addition came still another separate trunk, a lockable shower with a toilet with a vestibule with wash basin and kleiderablagen. Apart from two beds was the room with a table, two chairs and a sideboard furnished. On another table a tv, the mini bar was on the floor. A small balcony with two chairs completed the furnishings. The room was according to our opinion before not too long time reconditions, the technical equipment (and a. the air conditioning) worked. The cleanliness with toilet and bathroom was not to criticize. The mini bar however in the two weeks our presence not refilled.

The hotel has various à la carte restaurants (for example mexican, italian, brazilian) and a buffet restaurant. For a meal in the à la carte restaurant you have to go to a day before the reserve table; the reservation was by a customer service made. The guest receives a confirmation of the elected restaurants, but we the experience made, that our reservation only in exceptional cases in the evening in the restaurant were informed that they did. They gave us but in any case rejected. In the à-la-carte restaurants were there during our time not more than two-thirds of the tables manned. The quality the food in the restaurants including the service was variable: very good, sometimes was both a lot to be desired, then one already times longer time waited. For the buffet-restaurant serves no reservation needed, there was each evening a changing theme under the the dishes were presented. Dishes typical of the country were always for offer. The entire selection was from our point of view the desired standard adequate.

The quality of service in the hotel was extremely fluctuating times was the service promptly, sometimes you have to wait long. Towels were obviously a scarce, times were missing you, even after asking they were then on the next day, they were changed, we until the next day new seen. In contrast, the towels changed regularly and missing never. The staff was very friendly-something knowledge in the german language were few people before. If you had desired, one was with english really good advised. The cleaning staff mostly spoke only spanish.

The hotel offered every day at the beach various activities in (including fitness classes, sports, child care, and also a spanish course). The animators spoke a bit of german. There were consistently enough chairs at the beach available, many but there was damage. Each evening had the hotel in the own venue different entertainment until about 2 o'clock.

The from the hotel offered rooms are very different in their condition. We have twice the room complained: the first room had a bathroom, in which the ceiling to fall threatened, the 2. room only a bed with very worn fixtures in the bathroom, only the 3. room was accordingly the hoteleinstufung with 3a 4 stars very tidy. Large and clean. The accommodation corresponded fully to our expectations. We were comfortable in the hotel.

The hotel is in Boca Chica, the strip in 5 minutes on foot reach; at night there is the dominican nightlife experience. In our room (Hamada garden) of life in the place as well as nothing can hear. A bus stop for excursions in the area, for example to santo domingo, is right next to the hotel.

The room was very big and spacious and with air-conditioning and refrigerator. There were also a coffee maker and a kettle in the room available. Coffee and tea were always refilled. In-room safe was available, but had at the front desk be paid.

There was a large restaurant where the breakfast, lunch and dinner were eaten. In addition there were 3 theme restaurants available, but since you had to 1 reserve the day before for food. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the staff was always eager to help, supply of drinks and food herbeizuschaffen. You never had to to be something queue. There was also at any time 3 chefs, with which one the cuisine to your hearts content could let be prepared.

The staff speaks english and some broken german and french. All information were very friendly granted. The rooms were always and cleaned daily with bottled water provided.

There was a kids' club available. At the beach was with the entertainers dancing, gymnastics and games organized. There were 2 larger pools, and a children's pool at the beach available, but with a pool a waterfall let's simulate. It were more than enough beach chairs by the pool and beach at any time available, so that you don't 'reserve' had.

The size of the room was more than enough, also the balcony. The hotel area was huge, but very well arranged. In the room would be cleaned daily and the towels were changed. We had two 'king size' beds, which we pushed together ( wasn't a problem, since both had wheels). We enjoyed all-inclusive and were very impressed. You could in the hotel a wi-fi internet access to buy (from hourly to by the day). We bought a 25 stundenzugang the 6 days was valid, to 25 American Dollar. In the hotel there were many americans and spanish. One saw also some french and german. At the weekends very many locals to the hotel and enjoyed the all-inclusive offer thoroughly.

Our room was in the 'main building', so were it just a few meters up to the sand beach. The capital city of santo domingo is approximately 40 minutes out with the taxi. The price is approximately 40 american $and one has only 4 hours stay. We drove with the public bus (air-conditioned) for about 1,40 Euro per person and distance in the historic part from santo domingo. The buses run about every 10 minutes from the main square in Boca Chica and drive at the hotel over. Evening in s. domingo you have to ' parada Boca Chica ' get around back to the hotel go to. This is a larger bus stop. The hotel is located 200 metres from the main shopping street. There you will find supermarkets, travel agencies, souvenir shops, textiles... In the evening the road locked and it, in a pedestrian precinct with restaurants...

They are large, partly a disaster. The renovated are good, the rest is a dump like a hostel. Partly with a terrace, mini bar, safe ($3 per day), coffee machine and telephone. Telephone however only for hotelgespräche (0 is the front desk for example). Condition, as mentioned, partly terrible, however everywhere not perfectly clean. With our old room ( room exchange) we had a yellow colored duschenwanne and a half functioning de shower. Lamps with two dirty, however, you can ignore that. There are however the small things which here not slam down, like for instance the halbwechs broken closet. Our mini bar door has come off. There are king-size beds or single beds. Many places to sit and air conditioning. New room: good, newly renovated Old room: horrible, looks like hotelputzfrauenabstellraum, grubby, small window, no balcony, bad, very loud location. Approximately 5 years used and not cleaned or just run down. Bay immediately around or don't let yourself a different room give, should you get one!

There are 4-5 bars and 4 restaurants. The beverages at the bars are good, nevertheless the food is in the morning and evenings not really good. You can't from many things choose, most tastes not really, sometimes is the food behind the casino (no window...) and it tasted anyway not really. You could eat lunch fries food or rice, pizza benny, meat is fatty and not tasty, ketchup and mayonnaise are good. In the à la carte restaurant one can reasonably good food, however there is half of the show (as in the Italian: pizza) not to order. General rather poor selection, no large buffet, however clean and hygienic. Kitchen style is rather spanish american, however there were rice and fries, one comes through. Evenings I recommend however the pizzeria in the main street choose-not expensive but delicious, there is also very large pizzas! The dinner in the hotel didn't really taste good. Price I don't know, I have all inclusive, tips are not obligatory and it is also not stupid askance if you none yield, you take it but friendly. All together however not good, is not the real so bad food with little choice in the hotel to have.

Staff are very friendly, speak spanish, of course, can but also mostly English. Some can also acceptable German. You should the ladies at the reception not overstrain, they are slow and forgetful. A child care does not exist, whether it doctor or a laundry service I don't know. With complaints is unsatisfactory handled, we arrived and found a dirty, full with germs, disgusting room before, without a balcony - which we however had ordered, they promised however, us a new room the next morning around 12 to (20 hours since the get up and sleep in a dirty room). Juan C. us however, after pressure from the tour operator a good new room with a view of the sea given. In any case with change of hotels threaten!

There are 2 rather small pools, there are some (not many ) sporting activities ( table tennis, aerobics, tennis) and you can evenings in the disco go. There are shops in the hotel 3.1 gift shop and 2 for urlaubssachen just like goggles, clothes, the pool is clean and the beach also. Loungers partly are broken but you can move and another get. The protection from the sun by in pavillionartigen canopies guaranteed or you can under the palm trees (with lounge chairs). There were showers by the pool/ beach also. Entertainment there is also in the theater.

The hotel itself is more or less clean. In the entrance and at the buffet nearby the beach (10 meters away) is smoking. The first of our rooms was totally dirty, the shower was yellow (floor), cabinets looked as out torn, on the floor there were a few holes, no balcony (, although ordered) and the location was also under all three stars. On the floor 4 (and other) was the fahrstuhltür if you it was very loud. Walls were thin and you heard the tv of the neighbors. Internet in the multimedia area, where you also to certain rates wi-fi buy can. 1 week costs 60 $. It is with a durchschnittsdownloadgeschwindigkeit of 680 kbps (0.68 megabyte/s) acceptable. You can surf even at the beach. German tv does not exist, only one channel, which but not really entertainment offers. It is called' Deutsche Welle'. The hotel is in my opinion not small, has many rooms, condition is satisfactory. Too many spanish, latinos and above all many locals, especially at weekends and vacation days. Pool, sea and more generally the complex is garbage free and plenty of security processed. Here comes the not paid purely. Average age I would say around 20-30, hardly any children. ( low season).

The location is good. Beach is right on your doorstep, not even 20 meters from the hotel way. The next airport is with the style of driving of the locals about 10 to 20 minutes way. Fits in the no people or barriers directions, the drivers are with us something fast in the town been ;-). The next town ( Boca Chica) is directly in front of the hotel. On one side of the gated, hotel's own beach and the main entrance side there is the city. I recommend food and shopping, there, there are better food ( pizza, the hotelitaliener not, even if it on the menu is) and the prices are negotiable. The days reassured out, should however better on it eighth, no bags and the trouser pockets too worn. Jewelry should also be avoided. Excursions you can book in the hotel, or Erika, which in a blue bungalow at the end the main street works. She speaks German and the excursions are cheaper, however the same excursions like in the hotel. Entertainment possibilities there are for example the disco in the hotel ( I have not tested) or the hotel theater ( also looked at). You can go shopping on the main street or in the hotel, in any case the most important thing. However are the prices in the town cheaper.

See above, everything great, clean the higher the floor the better the service.

There are 4 A la carte restaurants, with reservation ( in the morning the day where one wants to eat). Unfortunately we were not in the pleasure to taste. There are at least 4 bars. You can really quality the buffet talk. The alcoholic drinks ( if you like it) are partly very strong (traditional and) prepared. The buffet restaurant was always clean and clean. The offer internattionale kitchen ( daily changing motto). If the service like can gladly tip give, we did not regret it :-) :-) :-)

The staff are attentive and friendly and have always a smile ready. Spanish would be of advantage, but English is common. The cleaning of the rooms also runs smoothly and complete satisfaction. The hotel offers also a child care at. Animations in almost all conceivable directions are also offered. The handling of complaints is ( as long as not at the front desk reported) really quickly fixed. The front desk conceives, either he comes back or take it out.

Ample sports available including water sports. Shops available, but not really cheap. Protection from the sun please Germany with bring, in dom. Republic it is einfuhrwahre therefore very expensive. The beach, as well as the pool areas offer chair possibilities at.

The size of the room is completely enough for 2 to 4 persons. A smaller bathroom, but before the bathroom there is a vestibule with lots of space and a large mirror ( ideal for women). We had first room on the 4th floor, for young people the only drink and partying are good, but for normal tourist a bit of getting used to ( particularly the bath). But thanks to our travel guide we got than room on the 6th floor where the rooms were perfect and the view the name view of the sea the full and overall is. The cleanliness the hotel leaves no problems to. Who has desire 23 hours good and delicious food is quite right here. The staff is always friendly and have always a smile in stock. If you could speak spanish is an advantage, but also with little English knowledge could communicate.

The hotel's own beach is clean and tidy, but after a small tropical storm you should already 3a 4 days wait until the beach tidied up, however half so wildly there is a top well-kept pool area. The locals discover closer to you from o'clock into town ( village' Boca Chica') go. Who however wanted to go shopping you should Erika in Boca Chica visit, it gives you a trusted taxi driver then into town santo domingo drives. If you like what undertake should also Erika visit, she offers wonderful tours to pleasant prices at. Please do not with the travel guide book, the chic a even on tour even if it pours as from buckets. Erika against is fair and try the people at other days to bring, in case it still does not work, without problem money back.

Too few restaurantkapazität, gefragte food often temporary not at the buffet, kitchen with strong booking of the hotel totally overwhelmed

Especially at the front desk very unfriendly. As for me no room on arrival available was, i was and many other newcomers quite gruffly told, that for 3 nights in the quality airport must (only overnight stay with breakfast) all inclusive only with shuttle bus the hamaca. Other staff to some extent okay.

On a small number of loungers and lack of shade to some extent okay.

Beach is nice. Airport are in the proximity. Entertainment in the proximity is for single.
