Very large area in the hotel double -Areal

In february 2009 we were already once in this hotel. The complex is very clean, neat and tidy. Meanwhile, in addition to the vip area at the edge of the Wyndham beach resorts some more sections than vip areas declared have been. At the beach sections are then somewhat more stable (and probably newer) beach chairs. The water in the hotel is not drinking water and should also to teeth deseam to not be used. To be in the bathroom small bottles available provided. There are some stores at different places of the area, amongst others also offers for massage ..., braids (geflochtene pigtails at a good price) and manicure directly at the beach. The garden really is exceptionally beautiful, very well maintained, very rich and with open land chickens are animals enriched (peacocks, 3 flamingos, ducks, iguana)-top marks. Unfortunately, the noise level by the partial around screaming animation team, loudspeaker announcements and music rather deteriorated. In 2009, there was at least a pool-area with pleasant peace, so that you from the noisy animation nothing heard. Unfortunately, it was in this area at least our stay the loudest. Depending on the area you can the noise level as noise and especially at the beach knew some guests with earplugs only further to help. Shame, shame, shame, it is a lot of too much ramba zamba organized! Wi-fi is offered, the verbindungszeiten were however not to use. The guests come mainly from Italy and France. read more

    For breakfast there was choco/hot chocolate, coffee, tea bags and a lot of juices, banana milk and so on. There were warm and cold dishes, such as eggs, pancakes, bread, various coating, several varieties, various cereals and grains, fruits, napfkuchensorten and many more. The buffets lunch and in the evening were depending on the restaurant was a bit different, but always very varied. Mostly were fish, poultry, rice, different vegetables, noodles, kartoffelzubereitungen and meat dishes with us. The dessert buffet was also delicious and offered from cakes, cakes, blätterteigstücken amongst others up to different fruits (melon, papaya, pineapple, citrus and so on.) Plenty of choice. There were often culinary theme nights, such as Mexico, China, Dominican Republic or Italy, which through appropriate decoration and colour plays was. Otherwise we would the kitchen as mixed european cuisine place. Of the three buffet restaurants are two directly at the sea. Sometimes we had to cutlery and napkins self service, since the staff not quite afterwards. The plates were not always clean.

    The staff was friendly and unobtrusive, it is especially spanish, italian and french are spoken, but in the dominican republic, i expected definitely not german speaking staff. English was not a problem and spanish goes too, of course. Housekeeping was okay, there were towels not every day fresh, which for us alright was.

    Like mentionned above, is the entertainment much, much too loud and pushy. A few people make with, but the whole beach is merciless sonicated. To us a reason, the hotel under these conditions, not to go there again, though it otherwise really very recommendable is. It will be offered different water sports possibilities (banana boat, segelkatamaran, kayaks, snorkelling and scuba diving trips). The water is very clean, the beach well-kept and the loungers in the rule sufficiently available and some have beach umbrellas. Some showers were at the beach also available. At the pools there were flat sections for children.

    Yes, by the new motorway connection is you in about 1 hour from the airport in Punta Cana in bayahibe. This will now however also mostly day trippers in this former still calmer corner wheeled. Likely this especially in the Saona-excursions, which are now much more tourists with more boats on the small island of crowding. The complex features two private beach bays, where you swim, and snorkeling. Bathing shoes are definitely recommendable! You should the hotel complex but also quiet time to leave and the streets outside to explore. Also here you will find some shops, currency exchange, and so on. And the local population has a little something from the tourists, even if it is only a really small tourist area is. There are some hotels along the caribbean sea with views of the offshore islands Saona and Catalina.

Great hotel, great beach, Karibik of the finest quality, great guests, fantastic entertainment, great food, the value for money has been exceeded, we had expected less and were positively surprised, we definitely go in the next winter again. For us the corner in bayahibe anyway the most beautiful stains in the dominican republic and no comparison to Punta Cana, the sea is the caribbean sea and the crystal clear water is much quiet on this page as in Punta Cana. The whole complex included the Viva beach is extremely nice and idyllic in the vegetation set in. Of course, there ... are more luxurious resorts in the dominican republic, which we some already visited, in Punta Cana, in Puerto Plata or in bayahibe. But for us was really dreamlike beach and the quiet water important and our teeanger children happy at a animation in the Viva, with any other hotel comparable is, of course, also made the vast number of italian gästes for always good mood and entertainment. Who not that much spend money and a genuine caribbean dream beach and a hotel really delicious food, so much italian can definitely not err, great entertainment and wonderful bungalows or nice small hotel buildings with a view of the garden, in the Viva domenicus or Viva domenicus palace for certain correct in good hands. We already look forward to the next year, in the Viva! read more

    The bedroom was ok but the bathroom is disgusting. Fixtures wobble, everything furred up and moldy... No 4 stars. We were only for 1 night in the hotel... Thank god... 2 weeks never and never...

    The buffet is like a battlefield... There are but the all-inclusive british fault. The volume on the food is analog cafeteria without flair... Unfortunately there is very lots of guests the already midday drunk are as all-inclusive all other restaurants you had to reserve a day before, which was very annoying and inconvenient.

    The beach is wonderful a little farther to the south still better. Taxi Punta Cana to the hotel for maximum 50 Dollar... Act is worthwhile.

We were the 5'. In the Hotel Beach the us always really enjoyed! Only this time we were very dissapointed since only french and italian animation has been made! We german were really ignored and with english or german you didn't get much understand want! In addition it this time was very loud with the entertainment no matter where you has one always the music or the microphone is! All in a the complex itself very nice the rooms would be for renovation but way too full with the guests. read more

Introdution: we had booked the beach, but by overbooking an upgrade to the palace. This was with some improvements accompanied, on the conclusion, i wish to elaborate. The hotel complex the beach with the very big, at the beach there are 604 rooms. In the palace there are a few few rooms. In the hotel wi-fi internet access is included, but it has its quirks. Sometimes no connection established, although one good reception. Wi-fi hot spots are, for example, on the front desk or at of the pool bar (la placita ) in front of the buffet restaurant la terraza ... or at of the pool bar of the palace. The palace works the internet also at the beach. The age structure is mixed, lots of italians, french & argentinian numerously represented, a few germans. read more

    The room the palace was good, large and clean. Mini bar was available, exactly like a flatscreen tv with Deutsche Welle as the only 'german' programme. Beds were large and comfortable.

    In addition to the hauptbüfettrestaurent in the palace there are 2 buffet-style restaurant for breakfast on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. Furthermore, without extra payment other theme restaurants used. The charts of the theme restaurants, in my opinion: 1. Viva Café (directly at the beach, delicious) 2. il palco & Viva Mexico 3. restaurant 25 (new, so are the processes still not perfect) 4. la roca (since we were here the only court had not tasted, meat was despite media order not well done, but well well done) Atlantis' & 'bambu were not visited by us Furthermore you have during dinner also in the palace buffet found something. Over tips the bartender, the cleaning lady, ' kaffeefrau' of course looking forward to it, as well as a few spanish words & you were also treated preferentially, but these were not a must.

    We were treated friendly from the staff. The buffet restaurant at the beach is a rather risieger hall. Therefore also a bit hectic. However the staff tried to keep the overview. The palace is the buffet less hectic and the food a little bit better. Foreign languages of the staff were available, at the front desk italian, french, partly english, no german, but of course spanish. From a 'joker' at the front desk i was crioulo offered. And i thought i would be with spanish adapted well... :-d Room cleaning in the palace was good.

    Gym was available, it was beach volleyball at the beach and also played sports offered, as well as Merengue by the pool Entertainment was but mostly in italian and english. (italian animation team). Music at the beach the palace was clearly audible at the beach, but not too intrusive. Furthermore, the music during the midday off. Beach towels (one per person) could at the beach be borrowed. The pool was not used by us.

    The Punta Cana International Airport is less than an hour away over the new highway. Depending on driving the driver is already times fast... :-d The hotel has directly at the beach and the beach sections at the beach and palace are definitely the most beautiful in Domenicus. The place bayahibe is in the immediate vicinity. But not too much. But are in the hotel some stores represented and also directly in front of the hotel there is a 'shopping'.

Not free i am ' repeat offender. The hotel has the last year was much improved. The rooms and also the bathrooms are after the renovation very nice. The presentation of the dishes, as well as their quality deserves now also a plus. Conclusion-for me a hotel for feeling good! read more

We were now 3 weeks at the end of november until mid december in this hotel and were very impressed Like friendly and competent all of the staff was. We would be ready in this hotel again our holiday. Food was varied and very good because it every day another subject to eat. read more

Great complex, especially in connection with the neighbouring beach hotel. The entertainment in the field of sport (for example aerobics) has deteriorated unfortunately and is not reliable. read more

Shortly before christmas were 2 wonderful weeks unfortunately already past. An outdated, very clean hotel. Gorgeous laid out garden area. Perfect position right on the beach. Always enough free sunbeds, shortly before christmas it was noticeably full. Staff very helpful and always very friendly. Very good choice of meals in the buffet restaurant and additionally selection of 4 à la carte restaurant. Tip Saona and the country and leutetouren definitely at Andy and Marcel book. The small shop is 150 meters away from the hotel. Was a bit cheaper, very funny and individual. Very good was also that it at ... the palace was mainly quiet. For the partystunden you can at the beach. When booking at the palace can one also into the beach to eat, breakfast etc. We will definitely come back to this hotel, however the next time for 3 weeks (instead of only 2). read more

Excellent price-performance ratio. Beach and sea are fantastic. The staff really friendly and willing to help. Not only then, when it give a tip. Very good excursion offers - in the hotel and outside (cheaper). Drawbacks for the food and mini club. read more

The complex was together with Viva beach directly on the beautiful caribbean beach. Our room (5442) lag on the 2. floor and is newly renovated. The state of the room was 1st quality, because the lady, the our room to clean had, was great. Thank you very much love bienvenida. Amazingly were many germans in the hotel. Including many 'regulars', which we from our previous stays (4) knew. The whole complex was very tidy and clean. Wifi free of charge available (if available) and in our room to receive. read more

    Our room was gorgeous. Bathroom with shower. The bathtub was during the renovation away. Wardrobe in the corridor. Two large beds (box spring), refrigerator, and safe in the closet. Flat on the wall, so that you from the bed from television could. Table and 4 chairs. Coffee maker, cups, coffee, tea and sugar available daily. With of the airconditioning no problems. Balcony with small table and 2 chairs. Cleanliness was great.

    The buffet-restaurant was clean. The dishes were decoratively and tastefully presented. The quality all offered food was excellent. With beef steaks one has always his difficulties. They are almost always tough, as the meat not hung is. The specialty restaurants are really recommendable. The selection of dishes is varied. If you something to moan about has, at home a private star chef. Now we come to the negative : the pool bar of the palace. Here you could only over its drinks decide, if you the offer at bottles in the shelf looked at. A night no Martini, or only quarter full and replenishment it not more. Something there was not. Such a thing may not happen. Also last the from of me. Since the renovation the bar 2 years ago is the caribbean flair lost. If the individual to rate would be, it would only 1 sun. The staff behind the bar can do anything about it. Here are the men in white shirts asked.

    The service the complete staff is good. Most service forces are friendly and extremely courteous. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse are at the front desk and customer service available. Otherwise rather low. But also that is not a problem, since you are always with ' hands and feet to communicate. Drinks were shortly after the order is served. Many got their drinks still itself.

    The complex was together with Viva beach directly on the beautiful caribbean beach. Our room (5442) lag on the 2. floor and is newly renovated. The state of the room was 1st quality, because the lady, the our room to clean had, was great. Thank you very much love bienvenida. Amazingly were many germans in the hotel. Including many 'regulars', which we from our previous stays (4) knew. The whole complex was very tidy and clean. Wifi free of charge available (if available) and in our room to receive.

    The palace and the beach are directly at the beach. The garden is beautiful and clean. It reminds one of a tropical garden. By the new highway is the shuttle only an hour. By the last hurricane was at the beach very sand was worn, so that at some spots in the entrance into the sea by corals more difficult. It was however not a problem dar, since the sand with the time again washed ashore.

    We had a renovated room with a view of the sea and balcony. Rooms are quite large and the bathroom had two people. Water was only for washing and not drinkable. We got every day two bottles of water for the brush your teeth. The mini bar once on arrival filled up. You can very nice in the evening on the balcony sit!

    Food was good, nothing special but it always tasted good. Especially the Viva Café was great. We had several times and it was sublime. With the mix drinks we had not so good experience. Most of the staff, the drinks didn't, a lot of alcohol. Had plenty of back. Stalin in the hotel bar at the front desk was the best bartender, great service and everything is good!

    Several swimming pools on the complex which we didn't make use of, were only at the beach. Pools looked good and were cleaned daily. The entertainment of the neighbouring hotel was sometimes so loud that you not with open window schlaften could. So sometimes until 2 o'clock early. With the balcony door closed it was sleep but good. Diving school was very good!

Negative first: - had three single rooms, in one was a moldy pillows, was however immediately exchanged - only one pepper shakers in the restaurant(without joke, take a can of ground pepper with) - you have 24 hours all-inclusive (eating and drinking!) And for the safe in the room you pay 2 Dollar on the day? Strange concept and very outdated. I believe that was it. Huge hotel area with the sister hotel Viva beach connected. Of peace to party everything available. If you stay here not the his finds is even debt. In the evening at the pool bar ... the palace very quiet( until the evening animation on italian starts) But with the bartender Hamilton(actually all) you a lot of fun. The staff i must really emphasize. They are all so friendly. Dani, Ian Carlos, Christina, and so on. You are great That begins already in the morning if the Joana or pink, with tea or coffee at the table. Always a smile and not fake. No they are sunday Lovely, as can no morgenmuffel are. The majority of of the guests speaks italian, french and spanish. So it with german and english a little bit difficult. But the learning already. For all nörgler: The could speak spanish, italian and french fluently. In part also english and now still german. How much foreign languages can you?! A Leipzig or complained about the bad food, drinks etc. Years ago, everything was better. He complained for example so for a long time with the bartender at the pool bar(where all barefoot on the way!) His beer in the glass and not plastic cup served to have wants. Every day another motto (in hotels as usual, that these weekly repeat) with appetizers for example: Great fried cold roastbeef, filmy smoothie serano ham, Fresh in front of the guest (at the buffet) prepared sushi and so on. Main courses always at least five to choose from. Large salad buffet. Only, with the theme restaurants was not so appealing. Excursions i would immediately again with Andy vandewe make. The palace hotel hotel onto the street, then to the left approximately 40 meters. Then excursions with Andy, Marcel and Pascal(perhaps the Tamara already with mood). There they spoke german. A very nice hotel complex with beautiful beaches and very nice swimming and diving possibilities. For cleanliness great importance is attached. The selection of dishes and side dishes was very big and were very tidy and neat presented. Us everything tried tasted very good. The service in the restaurant is not particulary good organized. The self-service with drinks wasn't a problem however. Also the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant and at the pool bars was very different. We experienced much better. For us it was however proved very nice and relaxing holiday. We can therefore recommend the hotel ... with a clear conscience. read more

In the November we were for the third time in this hotel and were pleased, that in the meantime the most rooms been renovated. The whole area is very well-kept and constantly improves. However you hear evenings from 11:00 P. M. the entertainment of the neighboring beach hotels. Depending upon wind direction it can be quite time disturb. Especially worth mentioning is the excellent diving school, friendly greetings to Jens and his crew! We can recommend this hotel without any reservations and are definitely coming again. read more

During our stay were these rooms fully renovated, what you on the barriers could tell, what but otherwise not noticed or bother us. The room was clean and we always had fresh water for brushing teeth, but our maid unfortunately no ' towel figures' folded. But it was very good to bear.     Super food, although the buffet-restaurant of selection and taste was very good, we have the a la carte restaurants also tried. Sensational was the Viva Café: right at the waterfront, in white decor and under a white tent. The food was excellent! In the buffet restaurant was also constantly refilled and cleaned. Stood here evenings always 4 cooks for direct service: pasta bar (each 2 sorts with 2 sauces), 2 times fresh grill (often fish and meat) and once freshly cut (for example whole turkey or pork loin dumpling) In the morning there was amongst others fresh omelets with various auszusuchenden fillings: also here only polished, i gladly eat. The burgers at the snack bar were really delicious!. Unfortunately were à-la-carte-restaurants closed due to renovations. I would have liked to have tried!

    Next to beautiful beach, partly with coral reef. Distance to the airport santo domingo unfortunately still 2 hours, until the new highway is finished. Right on the hotel are smaller shops and ausflugsorganisationen.
