    I had a single room, the big enough was. Partly renovated. Bathroom was fairly new and well kept. The door must be broken into time have been, was temporarily repaired. Sufficient traffic/ ablageraum. The room keys (cards) are getting used to. I had a room with views of the backyard, but very quiet. Cleaning was okay. Room on the final day around 11:00 be removed. Rack behind the front desk possible.

Internet there are only in the lobby but often also. Front desk is helpless and is also not further, and offers only to wait. Rooms are simply furnished. Bad and cheap mattresses ( very soft). Toilet and bath separated in the room. Electricity and light only worked if key card in the reader be plugged in. That means if you not in the room there is no electricity. Very bad in case you device on the electricity. No fire alarm in the rooms. Security is also very low. For the price is advisable a better hotel. read more

    This time, we had (4. stay) a huge room. Well equipped, tv a bit small. Bathroom big - somewhat little storage space. Everything but very clean and tidy. Sleep well. What is missing is a small water heater with coffee and tea to cook your own (is almost everywhere now usual). Small refrigerator would be also good.

    Breakfast is served next door in mariahilferbräu. Good quality and quantity the buffets, friendly staff, clean and tidy. You can also good eat out or only to drink after a long busy day again. The always friendly staff really makes an effort. Good choice local and other tasty dishes. Prices are ok. It didn't bother us that you for breakfast 'except haus' must.

    Location very good. 5 minutes to to Westbahnhof. 4 stations with the metro the city. Few stops with the tram to Schloss Schönbrunn. Mariahilferstraße is a purchase mile from Westbahnhof. Numerous eating options go. 10 minutes on foot the raimund theatre. From the Westbahnhof drives every half hour a bus to the airport.

Hotel lies quite central, only a couple of minutes on foot to the Westbahnhof. Although there was no private restaurant there, I found the solution with the restaurant Mariahilfer Brau very good. You could also a typical Viennese bar enjoy. There was a big breakfast buffet ( for only 8 Euro) and also the food ( as far as consumed) was good. I booked single room was to the inner courtyard and was therefore very quiet location. The interior was for a city trip perfectly adequate; the bathroom very big. Minus: 1. there was no mini bar, why one at ... the automat in the lobby with drinks had to stock. These were relatively very expensive. 2. there was only in the lobby wireless. read more

    We had a room on the 1st floor with a view of the backyard, evenings it was quiet. The room was nice and big, bath with a bath and toilet separately. Safe in the closet, a small crt tv was on the desk. The furnishing was not the most modern, but completely reasonable. Mini bar there was no, however was in the lobby in the elevator a drink/ snacks machine.

    In the hotel there is no restaurant. The hotel we have booked with breakfast included, this is served in the adjacent ' mariahilferbräu ' in before a buffet serves. For us was the selection completely fine, I didn't miss anything. Except my actimel ;-) You can the breakfast as not hotel-guest Euro 8, occupy. Otherwise had once evenings eaten, this was also delicious.

    From the hotel it is a good 5 minutes to the next underground station 'Westbahnhof', Tram drives more near ran. City center is 4 subway stops away, the Schloss Schönbrunn it is a 10-minute If you by train journeys, optimal. We are by car and drove it's not just slightly, there a parking space to find... You can also a parking space in the backyard at the hotel book, however would recommend, that you already made, because there are not too many available. The hotel lies directly in the mariahilferstraße and this is very busy. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes, pub, ice cream parlor, etc. In the immediate area.

This hotel is for a city break perfect. It is centrally located and a very good traffic connection. It is from the airport and from the train easy to reach. We had a great, large room, whose window to a inner courtyard go, wodoruch it was very quiet and we could sleep well. The staff are very nice and helpful. For breakfast you can go to the just a few meters away Mariahilfer Brau. There, there are everything your heart desires! read more

We were the 1st time for a few days in tourotel mariahilf. We were greeted very warm welcome from the front desk is received and very good. We have a few Times said, that this front desk its work is just perfect exercise! Our double room was very spacious, especially also the bathroom. A table and 2 chairs in the room were still in addition a plus point, as well as a window in the bathroom is very pleasant. Our room faced the courtyard, it was very quiet. We were able to leave our car in the courtyard there is ... a appropriate fee. The breakfast in separate restaurant 2 houses next door is very versatile, a crazy-selection! We have then evenings often sat, is a great restaurant with free internet and large cheaper menu! The location of the hotel is amongst others also public transport.-technically optimal. The Mariahilfstraße seems one of the longest shopping streets in Wien to be, the hotel lies a couple of minutes of the train station. Also evenings you can on foot a restaurant find, it has tons of them in walking distance. The price for the room seems rather cheap. We would in any case again! read more

The size was for a single room still okay, but there were repelled, stained youth room furniture, the dust long as thick as a finger on the bathroom door, there is no store, but only curtains before the windows, mold in the bathroom (yuck! 100%), the parquet slipped through large gaps in every step back and forth and scratched and stained. The so-called ' Queen size bed' was a simple 1 M-with stained scha Jean-Marc bracke. On our complaint, that these rooms is in any case a four stars standard affirmed, we got the instruction, is a older hotel and in the room it is not working. Everything worked well (light and more simple small TV), but that's about it. From a four star hotel you'd expect but also a modern, taste full furnishing of the rooms and not only Functionality!

I nächtigte already several times in tourotel in Vienna and the hotel can only recommend. The staff are friendly, nice and accommodating. The rooms spacious and clean. The location is brilliant, the public transport as tram and the subway beach chairs directly in front of the house. In only 5 minutes you are on the Western train station. For a city trip exactly the right hotel. read more

The hotel matched in no choice point the requirements of a four star hotel. In the bathroom there are disgusting black mold places (see pictures), which is no mistake, but obviously in rooms occurs. After we had complained about it, we were shown two other rooms, but both too mold in the bathroom. And all rooms have a cheap wood door to pan neighboring rooms, some every sound of the neighbors listen as he would be in the same room. The keyholes this doors are simply with toilet paper been during stuffs (see pictures). All of that would even for ... a hotel with 3 star unacceptable, let alone for a 4 stars. The prices but as with the best four star hotels. This hotel is part of the unspeakable ten, what ever met. Hands off. read more

We had the hotel about ideally and we were surprised such a mega cheap offer directly at mariahilferstrasse. We got a Weihnachtspackage ( mulled wine and cookies on arrival, small gift upon departure) and I have to say in comparison to other Viennese hotels in this price range I can't say anything bad. our room was huge, reminded me of a ballroom and a classic Double, the bathroom was with a shower and bathroom. We had the room with breakfast booked, the breakfast is served in the neighboring building but taken that doesn't matter turning to the matter in hand. ... Here in my opinion hardly wishes left open. In subject cleanliness I can't complain. read more

    Room was huge and clean. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms. Partly the bathrooms with a shower and bath tub equipped. Had already more expensive hotels in Vienna and had not nearly this size and furnishings. A small LCD TV is also in the room. Not large but sufficed for Fernsehschlafen ... but in Vienna, there are I think interesting things to see.

    the hotel itself has no restaurant so you have to park with the review also fairness and the what was offered and not something not existing. As above mentioned the breakfast in the neighboring building the Marienbräu taken. Here there is for me nothing to moan about and also the staff from the Marienbräu gave us the best service and chat, we decided also evenings to eat there and that was no mistake.

    My first impression the hotel ladies at reception was not a big deal, they were a little rude. After departure and arrival at home I had noticed that my charger yet in the hotel is, this I immediately by post forwarded, thus has the service for me still another sun extra deserves.

    We had the hotel about ideally and we were surprised such a mega cheap offer directly at mariahilferstrasse. We got a Weihnachtspackage ( mulled wine and cookies on arrival, small gift upon departure) and I have to say in comparison to other Viennese hotels in this price range I can't say anything bad. our room was huge, reminded me of a ballroom and a classic Double, the bathroom was with a shower and bathroom. We had the room with breakfast booked, the breakfast is served in the neighboring building but taken that doesn't matter turning to the matter in hand. Here in my opinion hardly wishes left open. In subject cleanliness I can't complain.

    the location I found almost perfect directly at mariahilferstrasse, subway and tram almost on the doorstep and plenty of options for shopping included. Westbahnhof No 10 minutes from the hotel

The hotel is located in a Gründerzeitbau to the outer hotel are very good. It is certainly not modern, but very well maintained and clean. So remember Schlüsselfächer at the front desk in past times. In former restaurant of the hotel is a decent pizzeria. read more

    We had a very large room to the street back. Thanks to triple glazing it was quiet. Particularly beautiful the cleanliness, the old parquet-a small TV nothing for people, the TV in... A large bathroom with a window - washbasin with tear-totally clean... We felt very much at ease.

    The hotel has no own gastronomy. However is the former restaurant of the hotel (once probably wienerwald), pizzeria good and the neighboring gelkegene breakfast restaurant, the until midnight warm kitchen offers, recommendable nonetheless. The furniture rather quaint than chic.

    The cleaning of the rooms, front desk etc. Are very friendly. Further service staff is the lack of its own kitchen not available - therefore 4 points. The service in neighboring Mariahilferstüberl, the breakfast restaurant, was very attentive and friendly

    Very good the transport connections to the city center, the westbahnhof train station is good to reach on foot. Should disturb you and wife however not, if at night street corners in hotel proximity women special services.
