    We only had breakfast. There is nothing to complain about. If the breakfast room is full, comes it however to bottlenecks. Very positive, the buffet is not cleared away on time, but only if almost no guests are present.

    Good, but not very good. The steam room was missing, in the tepidarium was missing the humidity, the temperature was okay. The equipment should be changed once. The november broken treadmill was in march still broken, the 2. also not more long.

Room up to date and nice; cleanliness in the room: on the first glance ja lime etc. ;toilet seat oh my god once turn up heavy urinstein in the toilet seat really nice yellow; so the cleanliness not so nice and also like to mention: you get bathrobes the bund blue deducted are part of the blue for the coats not more to see Sauna and pool can only be recommended especially the service Breakfast was top!     Service in the spa: there's no better way you feel like a king Service in the breakfast room: great there's no better way Room service: not so well see above shower cubicle with thick kalkrändern! , toilet seat from bottom yellow-how can so happen in the star hotel, the cover is actually white! We have three people traveling constantly we had to get a towel nachordern and the several times a day to the towel finally there was! Service at the front desk: good approachable Evaluation because of the service only 4 suns, the room service could earn less, if you look at the 5 star hotel is, the rest clearly more!

Thanks to the free room upgrades the room was quite spacious and very modern (room 706, club level). Bathroom very simple and probably not renovated (joints were partly missing on the floor; the rod for the shower head was very loosely; floor tiles shook). If wlan is needed, this is fee required, as well as the sauna and a daily newspaper to the room. Unfortunately, i had to a dirty and labeled note from the shoeshine a previous in the room find. Cleanliness nothing special, however rather normal. In the breakfast room coffee with a dirty coffee spoons touches. The ... room warmed up at an outdoor temperature of only -2 degrees despite without heating strong on, so you during the night the windows open had, for the temperature to below 22 degrees, which in respect to the location of the hotel with noise comes. read more

    No coffee maker (nespresso or similar), only a kettle for instant coffee, the guests in a 5 star hotel definitely not to divine will, the room itself was modern and average clean with the exception of the bathroom. The phones were during the renovation obviously not replaced, these are schnurgebunden and ancient.

    Fitness room available, sauna against an extra charge, pool (unfortunately not very deep) and jacuzzi. To reach the spa very inconvenient. It is only to the 3. floor and then once across the whole hotel be walked, so the elevator reach, in the end, to the spa is. As the pool and jacuzzi in a pool are, the water temperature was identical. This was for swimming ok, for the jacuzzi tub, but definitely too cold.

The palace is for me, and after only two visits, in the meantime the address, if i, alone, or with my wife in Berlin am. Here you feel just so in good hands, the one forgets, in a hotel to be. It was just so, than if you in good friends centraly!. To especially the hotel staff, each individual, huge share. It will be the guest the wishes förlich from the eyes and promptly fulfilled. Should it once complaints give, these also immediately 'treatment'. Yes, in my opinion, you can say, the palace is almost absolutely perfect. We will definitely ... return! read more

Great location and ideal for a city trip. Kadewe within sight, theatre des westens 5 minutes on foot. Room very modern, clean and above all very quiet! Reasonable size, however is the bathroom very small side. To 2. hardly usably. We had however also the standard size room. Breakfast buffet at the sunday until 14:00 o'clock and very delicious, very recommendable! read more

Very centrally located city hotel ; altogether but the cleanliness over the last few years neglected, which however still acceptable. The benefits at the breakfast buffet leave more and more after, however also more than adequate. Apart from that we would gladly go again, hopefully then again with better quality. read more

A great hotel, it wasn't missing anything. Great room with very comfortable bed. Nice lighting effects thanks led multi-light bar possible. Very helpful staff, the a changes very accomodating showed. From the outside power of the 80. years construction nothing. After you however the entrance door entered, changes the first impression immediately. The breakfast was also plentiful and good tasting. Hotel sonnenberg, the sauna should be paid separately, what we in a 5 star hotel did not experience so far yet. read more

Great location on Europa center, underground station 100 meters next to the hotel, beautiful very clean fitness and spa area, breakfast not above average but well. Staff really friendly and helpful and competent, but, a long black hair on my bed, the toilet but very inconvenient in the corner mounted, tiles outside the shower rusty, or just old, the sewage in the washbasin was very, very slowly, dust on the telephone, room to the street unfortunately only with the window closed, but that is probably sunday Most disturbed me however the parking fees of 26,50 Euro the night, I ... regard that as a very, very high, since I happen to train station zoo ( around 500 to 600 meters away ) unfortunately too late a garage seen with parking amount of 8 €/ day. read more

On arrival we got a free upgrade, we were very happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great we found, that we on the day of departure the room first at 12:00 o'clock to leave and our car in the garage to at 17:00 o'clock to remain could do. Location is very good, right around the corner Ku'damm and various shops. read more

At the hotel true the value for money. The rooms are nicely equipped, quiet you can hear in the area simply nothing. Great location, centrally located. Just a great hotel in Berlin. We've been here and are coming again here. A dream of a breakfast. The bathroom was though for the first time bigger, then we also have a deluxe get. read more
