Good hotel in very well maintained condition in which we a beautiful week for shopping. Unfortunately the bar is a smoker room. Even if you no militant non-smoker is you lose to a visit. The nonsmokers can their drink ' only in the hotelhalle take. The smoke smell is sometimes in the restaurant and the staircase to all floors. In our case to the 3. floor. Also the staff the bar only a sorry. The spa is very nice and generously arranged. Here there was hardly a wish open. Many showers and beach chairs are available. read more

We booked our package with the lowest room type ( gamskar ) booked and were very satisfied. The room was huge and clean. Enough closets were also available. The bathroom had two people at the same time place. Something we were surprised when we arrived at the hall a guest with a mastiff (!) Saw. Luckily you don't know who or what a in the room used.

We are always gladly eat out. In hotels this category but it is now usual, that mirror and scrambled eggs for breakfast freshly prepared are. Unfortunately, there were only from the buffet with the well-known problems in the warming. The lunch snack is really only a small snack. Something cakes, soup and salads with fleischstreifen or similar unfortunately only low couchgarnituren before with corresponding low tables to eat available. My verbessungsvorschlag right tables to offer the manager only rethorisch accept. You can of course also a table in the restaurant reserve. Since the lunch but in another room offered i assume, that was actually frowned upon. With the hint the (root -) hotel guests this would to, was my verbessungsvorschlag than einzelmeinung qualified. During dinner were often simple small plastic bowls (disposable?) Used, what the food but a bit the atmosphere adopted.

The service was consistently friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms were prompt and thorough. For breakfast was however often a problem with the nachlegen of the buffets. However, this is in my opinion on not enough staff the fact. Often were only 2 waiters during the breakfast there. Especially during the first half of the breakfast. We have not a problem so that, during dinner the wine itself refill (even if we in other hotels but 'reprimanded' are), but here the wine at the table placed, should have been a bit more attention to the glasses to be directed.

The large pool is in a very good well maintained condition. Everything is clean. Also here there were many pool chairs available. There was even an own separate relaxation room. Of the sauna area must again be praised. Very bright, friendly with a lot of natural light. At this point a praise goes to Walter for the sauna scents- 'big show'.

The location is very central and nevertheless very quiet. Some shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Because the hotel a pick-up service from the train station offers also very good by train to reach.
