We got kindly upgraded and were on the ground floor in a room with terraces share. 2 separate beds as double bed, beside it einreisebett and another wall nor a cot. The room was for this big enough (including table, 2 chairs, mirror with file and luggage rack). The green furniture was nice, as they 'native' worked. We stayed on the rainy day a 'hotel tour' and found on the 2. floor modern rooms, i didn't so nice was as the traditional decor. Below on the ground floor but was a couple of days an old broken bed on the hallway-shelved... The seaside is definitely the prettier. You could to the street a window would you make it better not look and always only outside by the pool/beach.

From november in building 1 restaurant open. Bar i didn't use. Beach restaurant was already too, beach bar still on, later made the. Drinks you can always get, eat on time 0,5-1,5 hours also always. The fits so really to just the lukewarm teewasser the beach... The tables after use always quite quickly with new tablecloths and set. The food changed quite good by, sometimes there was also always (pizza & pasta-good for kids, vegetables). Changing warm vegetables, meat, fish and side dishes. The tunisian courts were delicious.

The staff is very friendly. The many languages, the control, impressive. I would like to see greater french spoken, but all spoke german with us, so i almost not against the... The waiters give through the bank very much trouble. Reception desk very friendly, cleaning staff also-changes but often. Manchewaren thorough, other less. The hotel manager asked nacheinpaar days every guest after his well-being and is also a professional. Unfortunately i did not tell him, that i think it is very sad, that evening the fitness room is closed. Only then could i can do some exercise and (during the day, you're better in the sun), but there was to (as well as with 25 degrees quite cool indoor swimming pool, in which one however anyway no long could swim laps). We didn't use additional services, also no complaints.

Pool way too cold outside, inside for water aerobics ok, but for normal bathing to cold Entertainment except for very soft gymnastics didn't use (no sweat, no sore muscles, much-oh well...) Beach a dream! Not wide, but clean, fine sand, enough chairs with mats and umbrellas. The kids enjoyed the top of the dunes to play hölen the ungenutzen, stored are built ☺ For my small (blond, a knuffi ) but it was annoying and scary after some time, that almost all of the staff for each aufeinandertrffen touts have, they belustigen wanted, touched or even kissed have. It has eventually even behind me hidden, because it too much was. The the people unfortunately not quite noticed, that the too much the otherwise so nice child friendliness was. She wanted only left alone are...

Us dreinen (mother with two kids 3 & 5 all inclusive) liked it : hotel was not fully and so was the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. The rooms were 'eigentlich' clean (no clinical purity, but once a bobble is no doom), in the dining room it was hygienic-only the chair coverings are quite stained. For breakfast was something there for everyone - i liked the large muesli and tea offer & fruit good (only the teewasser was not hot enough), lunch and dinner was also very varied, but for my taste a bit oily. Super: coucous! Crêpes in the afternoon for the kids very popular Nationalities : a few german families from by & bw, all nice, a few frenchmen, also nice, some british oldies (essen-pool-essen) and some russian families (decent). Weather: sunny and warm, sometimes a bit windy, clouds were vorbeigepustet, so really good beach and liegestuhlwetter without sonnenschirmbedarf, 1 day drizzle and humid,

Beach location on the fine sandy beach was ideal. Pool much colder than the sea. Shuttle to and from airport enfidha with 2 hours joined (1.5 it was), so check out 4 hours before departure at 4:30-a bit of a hassle. Except a included TUI trip to mehdia, the nice and easy to make was, we have the complex not leave. The children the beach at the most served.

We had a beautiful room, which on the roadside went. The was perfect as we had the whole day pure sun. The we didn't use the mini bar, on tv we had 4 german programs. Size and cleanliness were okay.

We only used the buffet. Good food, wide choice but unfortunately not always warm. Best were the dishes the directly prepared were. Drinks Cola, wine, beer. Not very lots of people we had always empty. Tips were gladly accepted, was but not a must.

The people in the hotel were all very friendly. Nearly all of them spoke our language. Room would be cleaned daily, daily fresh towels. A nice guests roses and sweetmeats on the table. When a lady was the door not more on, was after complaint taken care of immediately. It was the batteries on locking cylinder all. Was really within 5 minutes one repaired.

Pools looked really great, but we were freezing. Unfortunately, there was no heated pool. Sea was around this time also freezing cold. On the beach was always a slight breeze. You could the indoor swimming pool again, what weird wise not much used, but nicely warm was.

Room was for two people large. We had all-inclusive from the drinks already counts. The average age was between 30 and 85.

From the airport about 2 hours running time by bus. Airport in enfihda very nice. Distance from the hotel into town around 30 minutes away on foot. Clean beach

Good, but if on the first evening the showers after the the water runs the ants escape as an invasion, then had i once the cake on. The problem was immediately dealt with and after enough spray was the problem resolved. Necessary renovations somewhat in former times and not procrastinate. Otherwise relatively clean, also in the toilet and big.

All-inclusive food, could have been a bit loving will be prepared, and presented. The arabic cuisine offer so many würzmöglichkeiten. Otherwise is the quality of the dishes quite good and the quantity excellent. Our breakfast waiter was just great. But repeated itself after a short time. Why aren't more theme nights. Arabic, italian, spanish, 1000 and one night. Arabic with Bauchtanz, arabic music, waiters in costume and in arab style the restaurant decorated, makes already completely something else an evening where the couscous a bit further away the front presented

Really friendly. All. The hotel lives off of the service, the helpfulness and the humanity seineri staff. Doctor child services all great. Very nice directorate. I would hope, that from even something and in the launch and not always only wait before, until guests something say. For example water in the swimming pool warm up, if it becomes cooler. Renovations the einrichtungnen, or room 3-4 months earlier.

Pool too cold. Therefore no 6. the pool area very nice. Sufficient beach chairs and entertainment very good.

Hotel already somewhat older, all inclusive and in our case in the first week international guests. German, dutch, belgian, french, lots of swiss people, english, russians. Very pleasant. 2. week lots of pensioners as long term, the partly quite rude suffer.

Right on the super beautiful, clean beach, restaurants in ausreichendern number. No importunate verkäufer and in the hotel no rip-off, but super friendly, helpful staff. No matter wether room cleaning, reception, bar or waiters. And a wonderful animation team dasssich very good on my limitations by parkinsoneinstellen could. Quite many thanks the enchanting faliba, Mahmoud and the whole team. Mahmoud the promised cd with german schlaglern i did not forget. End of the year have you.

We had a family room the 2 rooms without door and a bathroom with a tub and toilet was. As mentioned everything very clean. You can from the room from telephone that is much cheaper than with the cell phone, because one pays utopian prices. In the lobby bar there was even free wi-fi if it times functions. That was not always the case. But you're on vacation and want to relax and not constantly on the computer or cell phone to hang.

The food here is very delicious. We were also already times in another hotel here in mahdia and it was terrible. So whom here it does not taste that is not to help! What i particularly liked a lot, it is also nationaltypically cooked. It was always very clean here in the restaurant and the waiters were very friendly and attentive, there you can also once a tips.

We were here for the 2. time in this hotel and i must say the service here is great. Each of the here in the hotel works is friendly, nice, willing to help and courteous. German almost everywhere spoken. As i have already mentioned our cleaning staff was a real gem. We had no complaints!

By the pool, as well as at the beach are enough chairs and sun screens. The entertainment team of cell phone (main entertainer) is not pushy at all. She were very nice and you could lots of fun with them. There are 2 pools but they are not heated, there is also a small indoor swimming pool and a larger pool inside the can be used free of charge if you use the wellness center has.

Over the size and the number of rooms here already many times written. I would like to express my evaluation in my opinion hand over. We had booked all inclusive and i think something else there is anyway not. We had a family room and it was in terms of size really adequate and large. The room was on arrival very clean and so it the entire vacation over. There were different nationalities and all age groups.

The only fault here is really, the the airport monastir from the german-speaking countries no longer flying, however therefor can the hotel nothing. We flew over Tunis and had 3 hours transfer. It was a beautiful freeway and so we saw at least a little something from the country. The hotel is located directly on a beautiful beach the always kept clean is. With the taxi you are also right in the city centre of mahdia and it costs 4-5 Dinar. Opposite the hotel is a pharmacy and a small supermarket, as well as several small souvenir shops.

The rooms are in terms of size ok been, bathroom and toilets were separated. There is a large wardrobe in the corridor available where a room-safe. However the light in the corridor a bit to be desired, so that you probably full closet a flashlight is required. The view of the pool and the sea are just amazing, you should in the winter months but mood 8., that the sun side as a request signal (north side), as from midday shade on the balcony and so the rooms not heat of the day.

During the winter months is just a restaurant open, but without any problems for the number of guests enough for us. The food tastes as in all southern countries a bit bland, but the buffets are varied and there is something for everyone there. The dessert buffet is very varied, the other meals but quite every time repeatedly. For one week it was not a problem, but the longer you remain all the more be tacked on it. The table for in the evening for the whole stay assigned, so the waiters as soon as you saw just drinks on the table have asked. During the day between lunch and dinner there were drinks and cakes/crêpes at the pool bar, in the evening the beverages in the lobby-bar.

The employees of the hotel and the entertainment team speak good german, belgian, english and of course language french. The staff is very friendly and tried to fulfill every request.

The pool was in spite of the still quite mild weather was rather cold, so that we preferred it in the more swimming to go. It was a lot warmer. There is also an indoor pool, but we did not once someone saw (also there was the water quite cold). The only pool, the einigesmaßen was heated, was the spa as indoor swimming pool, but only with reservations of pay spa treatments was. Beach chairs at the sea and at the pool were for the number of guests sufficiently available. As soon as one a couch chosen, you immediately got an edition and at the front desk one could free of charge borrow beach towels. During the day (except on tuesday) there are various animationsprogrammpunkte as Boule, archery, gymnastics, etc. The entertainers questions polite after, whether one to go through would like, but as soon as you understand is, that you didn't want to take part, you will also left alone. The entertainment program in the hotel disco was okay, but now not the a and o, the evening entertainment. Free internet access in the lobby and bar were available, but with some short aussetzern. For enamels to checken or little on the net to surf but it was sufficient.

Although the hotel is not the newest, but recently renovated has been and very clean. In november/december about 60% of the guests regular customers over 60, the since many years in this hotel 'winter '. Otherwise were also some young people, for 1-2 weeks the winters escape. The majority of the guests are german, but also many belgians and some french are met.

The shuttle from the airport enfidha is about 2 h to the hotel. Zone touristique, in the the hotel is located, is the main drag of mahdia and about 3 kilometers away from the center. A drive with the taxi is 3 Dinar + 1 Dinar tip (converted 2€), so that one fast in the center is. About 15 minutes on foot away is a metro-railway station, from the you in about 1 hour in hamamet and 1,5 hours in sousse is. Trains run approximately hourly. Shopping outside of the center are so-called shopping center, the about minutes walk there. Also a small supermarket and a pharmacy is available. The hotel has a direct access to extensive sand beach, at which one miles could walk. But was in the week for our stay a storm, so that a lot of seaweed was washed ashore, the not be removed! There was the beach partly very dirty (to the end it was once somewhat cleaned).

It is for us a hotel been, outside the hotel we found it unpleasant, rubbish everywhere and the blue plastic ban, because they garnishing every kaktusstrauch, ugly We have known and have therefore specifically this Riu hotel. The airport in Tunis is very far away and the transit difficult. The sales assistants are highly intrusive and pushed us back in our quiet, nice and clean hotel. Completely reasonable; room and key (therefore have no identity cards or programmable safe), it is annoying, always the key forward to have.

The main restaurant was very good, the italian theme restaurant is bad (well, Tunisia is not Italy), but the tunisian theme restaurant was very good/recommendable. You get a table/mealtime firm assigned, fits to target group of the hotel (my impression was : 55 years upwards).

The young restaurant bedienmänner are very on acquaintances with travelers eager, to men is rather careless to unfriendly. Room cleaning was good, cleaning staff friendly. My first room did not please me (ground floor, at the back), the change was quite difficult: this is in my opinion not Riu-standard, normally the smooth (especially after the hotel only slightly was occupied).

Pool area big and beautiful; the fitness room is well air conditioned, but relatively bad/poor equipped (only one machine for back, chest, legs; a stepper, two stationary bikes.)

Older hotel, but well maintained and clean. The rooms are extremely clairaudient. The non- meerblickbereich in straßenzugang left seen wing not recommendable, as across several generatorhäuser is possible with very loud, constant background noise (if you like with the balcony door open sleep, here ohropax need; probably also with closed door).

Proximity to the beach top, very good strandliegenausstattung (the chairs by the pool are all more or less broken, the cushions should there be renewed once). Windschotte would be really good. The beach is well-tended, however relatively small/cramped. At full studded hotel you're likely to get no chairs more. The area to look at is not worth, outside of the hotel (also the neighbouring beaches) were dirty/not well maintained. Little los, who especially wanted to sleep, is in the best way served.

Our room with a view of the sea was not large, but nice. The furnishing is for our standards still top alright. The toilet is separate, the shower in the tub, but everything was very clean and tidy, also the cleaning crew gave themselves with their figures always the largest trouble.

There were specialty restaurants, but we because of the varied food in the main restaurant not to use. There is really something for everyone, freshly caught tuna, pasta, meat, delicious desserts, fruit. Also the themed evenings are original.

In any other country we have friendly staff met we in this Riu el Mansour. The waiters, rezeptionisten and beach boys and animators are around the hour hard, you the stay unforgettable. Every request was taken care of immediately. Almost all speak french, english and german, curious about any new word, what you from the guests can learn. Especially our waiter mekki us the vacation with flowers and anecdotes from his home made. One noticed immediately the family character of the hotel, because everyone of the staff you treated, as wert you're always there.

There is a children's swimming pool, a planschepool and a swimming pool, everything very clean. Beach chairs we always immediately got. The beach is great great great.

The hotel consists of a main building and bungalows with a total of about 307 rooms. The complex is clean and very nicely laid out. There are speciality restaurants, a spa area, stores, pools, everything, which one for a one time vacation needs. The guests %blank% especially from France, England and Russia, whereas this rather the older generation are, what the whole however a certain peace. Welcome are disabled, which we in no other hotel hitherto could observe.

Until to the airport enfidha one drives about 2 hours. To the bazaar and the historic part of mahdia leads along the beautiful beach. Of course, there were also possibilities, to take a taxi. There are so many trips, for example the night in the desert. Because we however only a week had, we have the possibilities not used. The TUI offers inclusive a half-day into town mahdia at.

The room was very spacious. Facilities: double bed with two nachttischen, desk, two closets and luggage rack, air conditioning, balcony, fridge ( with ice instead of electricity ), tv ( we had three German channels: ARD, satellite. 1 and Eurosport), balcony ( with a table and two chairs), safe and telephone. As already described, there were about the cleaning absolutely nothing to complain about, there cleaned daily was.

Number of restaurants: 3 (1 dining room for breakfast and dinner, 1 tunisian specialties and 1 Italian specialties -restaurant) Number of bars: 1 pool bar and a bar in the main building with places to sit on the large terrace The kitchen style was unfortunately somewhat disappointing. There was all together every day the same dishes, only a few things there was a little variety. Local things there was also quite little, mainly there was typical dishes such as pizza, pasta, pancakes and so on. At the service there was but nothing to fault ( as already mentioned above)

The staff I as through and through friendly and accommodating experienced. Whoever spoke french, it becomes easy, but also with German and English you got along fine. As already described above, was our room cleaned daily and with fresh towels mistake. As well as beach towels were every morning made available and on request during the night cleaned. Dealing with complaints I cannot judge, since we didn't have any :-)

The entertainment program was extensive (beside typical things as volleyball and Boccia, also other things as water aerobics, archery etc. The entertainers were mostly very motivated, have a but also left alone, if one no desire had. Evenings was from o'clock a program shown, everyday something other ( thus more variety as for the food:-) ). Internet: wi-fi in the lobby and now and then some seconds in the room. At the beach and at the pool there were enough chairs and mats (and if not, came immediately a hotel staff to help). You don't at o'clock get up to to reserve chairs. The pool was not heated, as the sea water it was' cooling' very suitable...

We had a room in the main house with a view of the sea. The room was very spacious, even with two relatively large closets (I was previously not used ), bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a balcony. Our room would be cleaned daily, included new towels. I had general the impression, so that everything clean and tidy was, not only in the rooms, but also in the whole complex. The hotel had next to the large dining room, two specialty restaurant ( both of which we did not try, the Italian seemed during our travels also not in the business to be). Under the guests were mostly German, french, some russians and british. All together however relatively well-balanced. The age structure was from baby to the pensioner actually everything represented, only there were already more guests the upper alterstrukturen (but probably also with the travel issue...). We had booked all inclusive - breakfast ( to two times), lunch, coffee and dinner ( also two times). In the bars there were otherwise the usual drinks ( water, coffee, tea, Cola & co, as well as wine and some cocktails). Water on the rooms was also and on request filled for free.

The hotel is directly at the beach. From the main building to the beach it are perhaps five minutes, the one by the complex must, by the pool past ( unless, you book a bungalow, then you literally directly into the water). The next airport monastir is approximately 45 minutes out, the airport enfidha 1:45 hour. The next town, madhia, is about minutes per car / bus / taxi reachable. But you can probably also at the beach until then March (you to the 2 hours last, did not try :-) ). There are shops outside of the complex not really. Two ' shops' in about 100 meters distance right next to each other, with about the same offer, otherwise a 'supermarket' opposite. At entertainment possibilities we didn't have anything big in the area discovered ( however also not large searched). Excursions there are some, but will from the tour operator offered.
