The hotel is only with English and Belgians occupied. The average age of the guests from 70 years or there are only groups of men from England locally the already at noon drunk on the balcony are. Our bed sheets was only after a complaint the 8 day changed. If you by the pool are you a towel borrow what 10€ extra costs. The rooms are all old not like the side specified. Only the suites are Been renovated. No matter what a room you, you get to the noise the highway not because the A7 exactly at the hotel ... long runs. To the port it is so about 30 minutes and to the beach about 15 minutes to the issue cleanliness I can only say take disinfectant with. Cleanliness directly nothing.
Breakfast is every day the same English but the dinner is great A parking space is exactly in front of the hotel and it was free. We were 2 weeks and have to say, that one at the end September unfortunately there is little sunshine. read more

Good and nice hotel, delicious food, room nicely decorated, street right on the hotel, however for us not so bad, staff are very friendly, pool top, with the half-board are unfortunately no drinks evenings included,
The prices general in Marbella are high.

A really great stay. We were on business and could not, therefore, all areas of the hotel use. However the service, the food, the pool and the rooms were great. In our guests time we relaxed very well and have a 'without children' hotel in the peak season very enjoyed!
The audience was mixed, also young people, a lot of French people... But never unpleasant or loud. read more

The hotel is like a omega around the swimming pool laid out.
East and west the rooms are, the north side is the lobby. The location is when Google Earth easy to see.
The hotel is normally very clean. We had the half board and you can here only consistently praise for the great kitchen ausssprechen.
Next to business people especially british (hard drinking and loud ) the hotel. The east building is renovated, the west wing is not yet. read more

We had the half board, what I think not at all different is postable.
A wonderful breakfast, with all what you can imagine, was even better the dinner - if something is missing, should the picture of the grimm fairytale time-there was nothing that wasn't there! Not to mention the presentation whose men beware - beer from a gefrostetem glass and excellent wines!
Cleanliness pristine.
Mostly English, spanish little french and some German, you have to on vacation also set, apart from that you should stay at home;-)
5 floors, great, modern room, mini bar, clean (you could eat ... from the ground ), bathroom also very clean without complaint and friendly cleaning staff read more

Very large hotel with massive pool, at the enough chairs %BLANK%.
There no children under 16 years old are permitted, quiet by the pool.
The rooms are tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet/ dinner buffet is of the best quality and massive choice. The waiters are fast and very attentive.
However every evening until 24 o'clock quite loud live music by the pool offered, which was not for everyone.
Only 8a 10 minutes walk to the pretty the beach and the lively, swanky port with its many restaurants and shops.
We have already been to this hotel three times and will ... gladly book it again! read more

The welcoming at the reception was friendly, although there is a large rush was. The check in lasts definitely too long. As far as possible go on wishes a, in our case only partly. We got it a room with double bed but unfortunately to the street. But it seems the upload a 2. sliding door had been installed to be. From the traffic is nothing more to be heard.
The furniture was appropriate, but nothing special. By my experience more 3-than 4-star comfort. The air conditioning is too loud and schwächet already end of June, what is in the ... summer of? The cleaning of the rooms is OK, but could be better.
I doubt the room really a was superior! In the bathroom there unfortunately only a tub, but as I never in the hotel bathing, prefer a shower cubicle. Tissues and in homeopathic doses. The Frottétücher are unfortunately very hard.
The breakfast and dinner as a buffet is as expected, it serves the purpose but doesn't deserve award. It has again at any time different dishes for selection and a few standards ( salad, fries.) remain. The serving staff are usually hardworking and very fast. The wine selection is good and the price wine is. The price for wine were in my opinion for a hotel in green surroundings area.
The service at the pool bar left to be desired. It seems the consistently male employees only eyes for younger women have. As a single man or as a couple it needs plenty of patience the attention of the staff to.
The location of the hotel conditionally in my opinion a rental car. Luckily liked it around the hotel a large number of free, public parking spaces.
On foot to the sea lasts about 10 minutes and the port 25 the underpass is nothing for the nervous people!
In spite of the Inadequacies we could our vacation on the Costa del Sol offers. We would the next time for us another hotel select. read more

Very nice and tidy hotel with a very extensive and fresh kitchen.
Unfortunately ( in any case in May) to 95% with British guests occupied, partly up in the night very like to party and loud.

before arrival i had booked my room (superior double room) through the H10 website. I rang up the Andulacia plaza h10 hotel requesting a room in their new wing and was guarenteed all of the superior rooms were in the new wing. When I arrived I was giving a standard room in the horrid old wing. I then complained and was reluctantly given a superior room in the new wing after 20 mins of complaining. read more

Very nice, well-kept hotel with unfortunately duration noise Jungesellen/end British-indoor Abschiedsgruppen. Everything is spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, only the somewhat balconies knocked need a renovation. The location right on the road was known to us, when the windows are closed, no problem. Good location for the discovery nicer sides in Andalusia than Marbella and suburb. Parking at the hotel are sufficiently available. Tip: rented car for the entire length of stay. The price/performance ratio in the place is outrageous (the scoop of ice cream for three euros, etc.). You should visit the small towns in the surrounding ... area, there are still genuine atmosphere it! read more

The hotel itself is very beautiful only the food is prepared without salt and other spices, everything was tasteless and is often cold. The staff seemed in August not the desire to have at their job. With the dessert course there were platters to clear on the table. It often took a long time until we could order drinks and food. At the bar in the evenings we often had to wait more than ten minutes before we could order was not much going on though. The is no good sign for a four star hotel. Here must still be ... improved. Apart from that, everything was good. in about six minutes is an open stop in front of the supermarket where you can buy drinks and then after ten minutes walk you can reach the Corte inglese and the marina of Puerto banus. Mass tourism of the Costa del Sol can to a grim experience! But the huge Andalucia Plaza is in this not the case! On the contrary, pleasant atmosphere, good and varied food and friendly staff!
The only Downer malaga-Marbella with the shuttle bus took two endless hours (59 kilometer) read more
