The desert loves and the peace and quiet estimates, should necessarily here have a vacation. A dream of 1001 Nacht. We were allowed the new year in this beautiful resort experience and it was magical beautiful. You should definitely try the ' hausdüne' climb, barefoot-you understand. The food was delicious and we have the ' arab variations' dialed, the outstanding were. The decor and design of the hotel we really liked, due to the desert! read more

Again and again. Absolute erholungserlebnis. Pure luxury in the middle of a dünenmeers of sand.
Only drawback, you are far away from all the possibilities outside of the resorts to eat. The dishes were a qualitatively high-quality but also very expensive. read more

A dream hotel in the middle of the dunes. The rooms are as thousand and one night. However we had after the description of catalog something else imagined. For example it was said in the catalog, the rooms have direct access to the garden. The fact was, that in front of the 'terrace'( too small, too cramped. Too dark) a narrow way entlangführte, on which all the hotel to the pool could, in addition, that this very bad was maintained,
Loose stepping, sticking out cable etc.
Otherwise the impression gives, you can directly from the room the dunes are, this ... is not at all to, the hotel is like a fortress built with very lots of stairs and high walls all around. A real deserts feeling has only in the crazy expensive villas. For people with mobility the hotel is absolutely not recommendable, in many rooms you can only over staircases arrive, in our access was also the light of the stairs broken.
Room and particularly the bathroom are exceptionally beautiful, we would but nevertheless not go over there any more. read more

In july we stayed as a stop of our honeymoon on the Maldives there. Certainly very hot at this time, but as i have the hotel especially the spectacular dunes landscape in good memory was, we have it reckoned. It was worth it! Facilities, food and service at top level. Definitely a trip by Jeep in the dunes of the 'rub al-khali' companies. read more

Great hotel for a short stay, at in the pool with a view of the desert stretch. More than two Nights are probably boring.
Rooms: on a terrace I would afterwards and instead prefer a much cheaper room with a balcony or garden access book. Because of the heat we have the terrace about 15 minutes used and instead go to the pool gone. The rooms - no matter wether with a terrace, balcony or garden - all had the same size and facilities.
Staff: friendly, but poor English at the room service, Housekeeping and restaurant staff. Could client-oriented his: ... we had a activity and for us responsible 'Ranger' turned later than very nice out, but the first impression was not so great. English was great, but he has neither with names presented, nor us with a smile welcomes; instead he has our data for a sheet and then it was right to do. In addition I must say, that my husband and I the two only participants were.
Driving directions from Dubai, amount Marina: 3,5 hours. In the last piece to the hotel is really wild-feeling. read more

A very nice hotel middle in the desert, however you will find here the for Abu Dhabi typical problem. The hotel was 3 years ago to a very high standard and since little was in maintenance invested and the structural condition is deteriorating in accordance with. Particular emphasis should be on the friendliness and attention of the hotel staff. All together a still great and impressive hotel. read more

Simply a great hotel in unique location to the decelerate. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner al Waha was excellent. In our opinion, was the choice and quality in many parts better, than in the Laxsjön-See Palace. We have the oases-tour and can highly recommend them. It is, of course, that the prices for beverages or a snack in between, because of the location of the hotel, upscale are. 10% service charge and 6% sales tax are automatically added. On the way to the hotel we can Laxsjön-See-national -Automuseum recommend. Entry 50 AED. We would come back at ... any time. read more

Before we Maldives flew we had a short stop of 3 days. Once i wanted to the desert experience! The hotel is really terrific! We had the deluxe room with a terrace. It was nice! Just like on the website and it looked really as! The breakfast buffet- without words. So much choice i had never experienced. Not a soul can eat so much and i could not at all decide, which i try everything like! Brilliant!
3 days were definitely way too short! Value for money is okay really read more

The location of the hotel is unique. In the middle of the desert, we saw a sternenklaren sky, silence and once at 5 o'clock early fog as in England. We made a Dünenbesteigung ( about 20 minutes) directly in front of the hotel, spent beautiful hour by the pool (good service).
The room inclusive bathroom was very clean, spacious, well equipped and had a magnificent Wüstenblick. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. In the evening surprised us buffet restaurant fresh Oysters and strawberries. Also here was the choice and quality of the finest quality.
For the excursions in ... the nearby Oasis liked to the beautifully restored fort in Attab and enjoyed the grilled Kamelfleisch at Liwa- hotel in Mezairah. read more

We already knew, that this hotel is in the middle of the 'no' and were very curious, how we probably will. Where 'nothing' this fascinating landscape of course not do it justice. As you otherwise hour long looks on the sea, you can see here in the desert. You should however be aware, that we really only sand in the area is. No restaurant, no choice bars, no choice shops. Nothing.
we prefer on vacation more hotels direct beach area, were not disappointed. The hotel is like a small Wüstenstadt and with very a lot attention to detail equipped. Also ... our room, as well as the massive terrace were just to be comfortable. The bathroom has any comfort, tub and shower are large designed, that has already been mentioned in this forum small Hippos really it would have been fun.
we had half board and we were with the service and the offer in the restaurant ( breakfast and dinner each as a buffet) very pleased. The restaurant with roof garden, as well as the by the pool we also tried out-both highly recommended. There are always things, you better make could, but this would really Complaining to a very high standard.
Two excursions we had booked. A jeep safari and a ride by camel. The jeep afar is nothing for senible stomachs, but otherwise very have fun. It is on the camel a lot tranquil, what with the silence of the desert in a very interesting experience was. Definitely we had beautiful sunsets- beautiful as the other. read more

We loved it. After we arrived, early in the morning, our room was not ready. The manager of the hotel, Thomas, adopted, without my help and gave us an upgrade. Without words, great service. The head so that staff, always attentive, polite, friendly and in a landscape which looks for their. The largest contiguous sandy desert in the world. For the kids, 14/12 years old, a great pool, leisure opportunities on the workout zone with Wii, billiards, library, excursions, recommended the dune bashing, with the jeeps into the desert and across the dunes (about 40 euros for two hours) great ... action, great scenery. Sunset a dream. Sand antelopes and Kamelspinnen! In Short. A dream vacation, there is nothing for those tourists, shop, entertainment sprinkling you will find at a desert rather not, or? read more

Great hotel at the end of the world, great desert view and starry sky! If you want to get away from it all is right at home here. Unfortunately, the service by the pool was a catastrophe and the flexibility of the staff left a lot to be desired. An extra bed for our daughter was only after very intensive efforts to obtain, even though it was booked in advance. Everyone should organize the way in advance, because the Hotel only with their own shuttle service completely overexpensive helps. read more

The hotel is located in the middle of the desert and it is no problem with a car to reach. Abu Dhabi you need about two hours drive away.
The rooms of the hotel are amazing, perfect, very clean, with attention to detail. We had a room on the upper floors (highly recommended) with a view of the Liwawüste. A NESPRESSO coffee machine, tea maker, a large balcony with two chairs and a bench there was a very large bathroom with rain shower and large round bathtub.
The service of the hotel is almost perfect. All the staff were very ... friendly and made our holiday a unvergessenem experience. Already at check-in, we saw the friendliness of the desk staff. The check-in and check-out was smooth and very quick.
The food was fantastic, in the evening we could choose between various types of fish and meat, freshly roasted and then were brought to the tables. Also the selection of desserts was very high and beautifully presented.
The hotel is more than recommendable! read more
