The very well maintained and spotless hotel has more than 500 rooms. The guests come from Germany, France, Holland; but also many locals use the building, especially at the weekend. Offered only breakfast, but also half-board, and all-inclusive. Throughout the lobby is free internet access possible. read more

    We have a double room on the 5. floor with a view on the pool and to the sea occupied. The room is functional and functional furnished with enough room for suitcases. The large closet with many coat-hangers, otherwise also enough storage space. The covered balcony is with a table and two chairs. The room has mini bar, and digital safety deposit box (safe deposit box included). In the bathroom you will find a magnifying mirror and hair dryer. All in all the room simply, but properly furnished and in a very good condition, this is also true for the beds and mattresses too. In cleanliness there is absolutely nothing to fault. The tiled floor was every day mopped.

    We can only the buffet-restaurant rate, since we the a la carte restaurants not visited. Breakfast, and dinner were varied and more than enough. For breakfast were plentifully 'sweet parts', fresh croissants and breads were offered, yogurt and cereals in different variations and fresh fruits. Beside different jams, there were various sorts of cheese, the breakfast meats was well arranged. Different warm dishes, eggs in all kinds as naturally as fresh juice. A small highlight there is also a glass beautiful dry sektes! In the evening was varied cooked, mostly international dishes, but also numerous native salads and always two or three natione main courses, so really for any taste always something for everyone. A corner is open daily for pasta lovers reserved, sauce on request freshly prepared. Another cook grills alternately meat and/or fish for the guest. In the dessert counter each quantity delicious small cakes, an ice bar, and of course fresh fruits. The buffet is very neat and clean and is constantly monitored and refilled. Some warm dishes could have been a bit hotter, as well as the pre-heated plates, the occasional cold. Very pleasant we noticed the reasonable drink prices. A freshly tapped beer for about 3 ���, wine (0.375 liter) cost 6 €.

    The staff is constantly very friendly and always tried hard. English is always possible, many also spoke german. Smaller complaints are partly immediately-what not always is to be expected! - has been done, even in the late evening still immediately a house technician, our short-circuit to eliminate! The cleaning of the rooms was reliable.

    The hotel owns an optimal situation: its own private beach, distance to the city centre about 1.5 kilometer, very well over the lovely promenade to reach. In the immediate area there is a small supermarket, a public payphone, and a small shopping street with numerous souvenirangeboten. The shuttle from the airport enfidha takes about 40 minutes.

We spent the turn of the year spent in the hotel and the time generally enjoyed. The suite was large and well maintained, the service accordingly. The main restaurant was not appealing (replication atmosphere). For a 5 star hotel were the breakfast etc. Buffets disappointing (3-sterne-niveau). The other restaurants were interesting but also nothing special. In no case should the hotel booked all inclusive are. This is not all-inclusive as all-inclusive guest one is a requestor. Everywhere there were reduced tickets (bar, restaurants ) for all inclusive-guests. The indoor pool is during the day closed! What is this? The staff ... speaks perfect english and often german and is very friendly and helpful. My tip - not on new year's eve to this hotel, there then kindergarten atmosphere! The tunisians travel all quantities of children, the lobby rage. As conclusion - great hotel, please not all-inclusive! read more

    Great upscale restaurants, except the main restaurant 'mosaique'. By the low, high-speed ceiling an atmosphere like a waiting room. Too few waiters, too much watcher in the black suit, the bellhops. Organization in need of improvement. Food variety, for any taste. Good quality. Coffee & tea only with gechlortem water, horrible! Hygiene? Bad enteritis had. (doctor antibiotics).

We were very satisfied and have a favorite relaxing vacation enjoyed. See our review. Fom the restaurants, the culinary offer and the possibilities for recreation we were convinced us. Only 2 details the benefit a bit troubled: The speaker sounds of the pool area with music, already in the morning from 7 o'clock until after 22 o'clock, the much in the rooms was to be heard, because the speakers were partly. The only all inclusive restaurant looks like a bunker in the you at felt 15 °C eats. The food that is unacceptable. No choice, too much meereskost and simply not enjoyable! We had to doctor because of magenentzündung have! All inclusive high inferior drinks and worse service! Beach bar 'wave' all inclusive snacks, very unhygienic! Waiting times for beverages 15 to 30 minutes partially gat not served. We ordered the card and were after 30 minutes waiting time and left, was probably not interested. I can't understand, why some this hotel so bad. The whole hotel, no matter wether rooms, beach or restaurant, it simply can't be better. The criticisms in gastronomy really put us off. What a nonsense! The food is great, always warm, always enough and tastes. Of course it is not german food, but it should be every clear. The waiters were also great. My daughter 2 years did not sit long and got every time a buck. The waiters they have simply to the hands and with their busy, so we in peace could eat. Than once their dummy down ..., came immediately the waiter and a cup with hot water, for cleaning. To cleanliness i can only say: simply top! We go again next year %blank%! read more

In the middle of town and immediately at the beach. There is no better business hotel in this town! Very good and various restaurant in the, both, as well as in the immediate area. A great hotel directly at a very nice, great child-friendly, white, fine sandy beach. During 10 days we really enjoyed ourselves and the very nice, representative hotel, the good and varied food the beautiful pool- and gardens in full courses. The hotel features a spacious terrace with fantastic sea view. After the dinner we could the day here comfortable and relaxed bar. The guests were very elegant, clean and very pleasant. The weather was excellent and the sea wonderfully warm to the long swim. read more

I can't understand, why some this hotel so bad. Better not. Everything was right! The criticism in, gastronomie' are really put us off. What is this? Food was just super! Always enough there, always warm, always fresh and diverse. The waiters kind and above all not annoying. I thought it was good, that they cannot immediately on the table came, around us the plates away increase. As my 2-year old daughter at the table a bock got, came the waiter it has to the hand and with their busy. Than once their dummy fell down, was the waiter with a ... cup of hot water around him to clean. Hello, what else could you want? Beautiful construction, great terrace with a nice view, heated pool with salt water big hotel and top equipped spa area. The service outside of the restaurant was poor. Long waiting periods, tables dirty, definitely not five stars. As all inclusive is the building not recommendable. You feel often as a guest second class, and not all service staff can handle. read more

    There was nothing to complain about, neither size, at cleanliness and interior. Was great the air conditioning, the one could adjust and to the lowest level at night was to be heard. I don't know, why some tourists always with a lupe irgenwelchen flaws and also find, it was a broken tile or similar. I on vacation not any time. And you should not every time a 5 star hotel with the in Germany compare. It is just Tunisia.

    Here one must make reductions. The waiters were hard, but not always the fastest. If you then some tip had given, did you on the next day the wishes of the lips.     We only met nice staff. We could speak in german or english communicate well. One must show evenly a little look. I can not complete staff demand, that each all languages. The rooms were even without giving any tip well cleaned and in case of any problems helped you immediately.

    At the pools there is nothing to complain about. Very nice the soda, hot tubs and jacuzzi, everything in the middle in the pool. The chairs at the beach were top, including cushions with nackenstütze. The entertainment is very reserved, also in the evening. So if you want their peace and quiet, is right at home here.

The hotel impressed on arrival by the size and construction. The on the first glance somewhat habituation-needy architecture but only from the street was so bulky.     We had a 'family accomodation', which in the Mövenpick two double rooms with connecting door are. The rooms are big enough, are equipped with a very nice bathroom, comfortable beds, a flat screen tv, coffee maker, minibar, safe and balcony. Next to it there was a great air conditioning, the very carefully calibrated and really perfect runs. The room can within a very short time to choosed-and this without, that a hurricane around the ears blows. We had in the room no damage. As mentioned above, would be for people with sensitive sleep however with a room on the south side of the right wing a room change because of the pushy and very noisy evening entertainment the neighboring hotels very recommendable. Also in the room there would be wireless internet access. But this is not free (circa 25 Euro per week) and with us in the room was the singalstärke rather weak. I am therefore in the evening now and then into the lobby establishments.

    The Mövenpick has a buffet restaurant, three specialty restaurants (two in some all-inclusive included), two restaurants/bars, as well as several bars (partly/temporarily in all-inclusive included). Gastronoisch we had (in the buffet restaurant) really expected more. So one the correctly understands : the food was mostly delicious and it is actually a complain of a high standard. But for a hotel this category and chain we would have expected more. The variety of dishes was not really big, the lunch was mostly a kratives recycling of the dinner from the night before (truthfully i think that actually really good - is much better, as the leftovers just wegzuschmeissen ). Two show cooking stations there was always freshly prepared courses. Maybe a bit boring food but also the clientele payable, so was international, was that simply a compromise had to be found. Explicitly mention we want the back-and sweets. We are a swiss this relatively spoilled, in terms of bread and patisserie are not many in. But the croissants (nature, choco, vanilla) were absolutely top class (and the at the sea with the climate). The sweets were also very tasty and in comparison to many other hotels they tasted also, what optically promised. So: top. The buffet-restaurant was clean enough, we can about the lack or poor clearing of the tables, the other big mention here, not understand. The service was very friendly and has the desired always brought. Only at spoons (!) Seems to be a shortage to exist. As in most hotels the buffet-restaurant was a large hall with a corresponding impact on atmosphere and volume. For us it was however never a problem. We had booked all inclusive and could beside the buffet restaurant over lunch in one of the restaurants, and in the evening in two of the three specialty restaurants. We booked this over lunch regularly and in the evening once. The lunch snack bar was delicious (sandwiches, pizza, salads, etc.) And the dishes always freshly prepared. The view was great. In the evening we were once with the japanese ( sendai ). It is so full of teppanyaki spoken, then but soon becomes clear: if you go all-inclusive, the gets no teppanyaki (we had still lucky - many thanks the friendly waiters). Teppanyaki was as at home, immaculate with a good show and delicious food. To the other two specialty restaurants we can't say anything apart from we in the 'La Villa' practically never more than 10 people have seen. The beach restaurant (levant grill & jacuzzi) is in the front part is not 'all inclusive' and was very poorly attended (apart from the weekends, to which the poleberry shopping center the offer actively use). We have but nevertheless in one of the jacuzzis set. Felt somewhat decadent but nevertheless great-especially thanks to the nice view on beach and sea. The aga coffee we were times over noon. A selection of coffee were included (and it was really delicious). The mood nice and the wasserpfeiffe costs 9 tnd - about € 4.5). To 'all-inclusive' : this is actually our only really big point of criticism. If you booked (partly as' ultra all-inclusive ' advertised), then one expects all-inclusive. At the check-in but you first five minutes informed everything not included is-and that is a bunch of. As this is also timedependent is i had to me as first the hotel plan with these data expand to know, what one when where actually free is. This is not really satisfactory. In the ferienalltag one has however fast to the restrictions accustomed, which also was not so serious as communicated pointed out. Minibar, for example, is not included in the price and only two bottles of water are as a service in the room given free of charge. But spread the staff at the beach bar 1.5 liter bottles on request.     The staff are apart from a few exceptions very friendly and very quality-and service oriented. We can therefore the appropriate criticism from other reports in this area not understand. The people knew a relatively fast and tried any problems quickly and for all sides to solve. Who french (or even arabic) is of course an advantage, but with english gets ahead one problem-free. Most speak in varying quality german. So or the staff were always endeavored, the guest the wishes to fulfill. Our room was always perfect and clean.     It is at the Mövenpick not a club hotel, however rather a upscale offer with (apparently large) spa. Accordingly few entertainment is offered. There is no entertainers, the to something ask, loud music or the like does not give it also. Several times the week however small classes. We were with the children the masaik -crafts. But there is also spoke -, Bauchtanz- or cooking classes. Since we both of our children on the way were we of course also the kids club (vik-very important kids) used. This club is in front of the northern wing located and very well furnished (kitchen, hobby room, game room, tv, game consoles, beds, and relaxation room). The service was good, the children have painted, tinkered and once also crepes cooked. It was always enough food there (when we were there it was always at least three to four, with it usually only between 4 and 10 children had). However one notices strong, that you're not in a family hotel as in Turkey is. The children not in the hotel everyday life involved, but you get the impression, that you were rather in front of the hotel guests away. Excursions out of the kids club has never offered. For parents with small children: it will also babies care where the high number of supervisors is good. To what extent the infants like left undecided. On our first visit were three supervisors in the bedroom with four infants busy, which all lustily ululated and screaming.     The hotel is located in sousse short north on the beach promenade right next to the sea. The next hotel south is a huge box with a extremely pushy entertainment between 20 and 23 hours-it's very loud. If you sleep bad or sensitive children, should such a room quickly evacuate leave (was for us no so large problem, other families but were quickly and easily different rooms distributed). From the airport enfidha it was a about 80- one minute transfer, whereby the dependent on the number of hit by a car hotels depends. The transfer time is so or so as a part of. Shopping opportunities around the hotel, a small mall (primarily clothes and shoes) and some supermarkets (everything, what else could possibly need). Otherwise we can't make statements, since we were out. Excursions can right at the hotel be booked. Since we only by the pool and beach were can we also nothing more to add. To the room belongs a small balcony, the bathroom offer a bath tub, towels are changed on a daily basis, the closet is spacious, the beds comfortable. The air conditioning is perfect, the lighting good. Especially I liked it, that sliding doors to the balcony in an inconvenient closure and hebelmechanik was.

My wife is English and my son lives in China and I myself Russian mitarbeiet and agree with those very satisfied. However every time if I vacation I am and the hotel a large part of the russians visited, the level. The people are unfriendly and arrogant, laugh go in basement. You never hear a thanks or friendly words to the staff. Let alone that they for the food refined behavior. Love people as long as you read this should. Changes please.     The pool is nice and something for the eye. The beach is beautiful. The guys at the chairs make a good job and were friendly. The loungers are partly slightly sparkig but very comfortable The noise the jet ski's annoying but there are worse things. Internet costs 25,00 Euro week.
