The room was a total catastrophe almost 250 Euro per night. You could hardly in the room move, the bags you could only on the table the so-called seating area set. The bathroom didn't deserve its name, one could it only just entering. Hardly storage possibilities. The beds stood apart, although we the room as a married couple booked. The mattresses hard and were on a wood slab or similar. Very many unhappy guests, but due to the vierschanzentournee nothing found. We are after two days left, although we a week with friends booked. We have in the hotel 1 week spend the staff were very nice and helpful, you were prompt service wether at the front desk or breakfast. We had a great large room, dbadezimmer with jacuzzi view of the wetterstein and balcony. It is an old hotel what the decor respectively facilities can be seen, but no fault is all functional and a good nights sleep you had also wei it was quiet. It was a really great stay but there are still start problem.
At the air ventilation in the bathroom was longer had not been cleaned which one with ... the enters sah, as well as at only bodies in the room. Had the haukepping team too few time or professionally blinkered.
The breakfast wasr very extensive, but the sausage was almost always directly too few change. For 4 stars plus, as more variety purely. As well as the egg dishes scrambled egg fried eggs, as well as sausage could friesch to ready and not warming.
The restaurant we did not visit the selection was the hit couple salads and 2 or 3 pasta which not straight recommendable is for such a house.
We had the stay conveniently located in the access to and for the price it was great, but when usual price would it be better. read more

We have only one night spent in the hotel and had a good price with hotel reservation service. For this reason has the value for money for the hotel fit.
There was the check in reasonable, the staff were very friendly.
Evenings we have not in the hotel eaten and the breakfast was very good. It wasn't missing anything and everything was fresh and well presented.

It is a very nice hotel but not the 4 star standard.
The check in was a disaster. Had over 1 hour on the room key wait. So should a vacation not begin!
The rooms are super nice and functional. Separate beds. Also the bathroom is excellent.
Breakfast is sufficient and varied. But the tablecloths were dirty and upside down. For 4 stars not happen. Also the restaurant-staff are not really accommodating.
Bus runs right and the corner lot-almost from the hotel. read more

Entrance in the pedestrian area with transit and no stopping area. There is a good reachable side entrance with Haltemöglichkeit in the small inner courtyard. Apart from that this square the hotel boss reserved, which its black Lamborghini however always across on the wall of the house parked.
You suggested, the luggage on the main entrance quickly to unload and wife guard to leave, while the car in ... the neighboring parking garage is driven. On my question for a luggage cart the reply came: 'we didn't' ( Grand Hotel goes differently!) A help with the luggage was not offered, although the room in the side building ( directly behind the Parkland of Seiteneingagns LAG)
The room as such had a decent size and decor.
Of the 2 lamps was missing a fully, with the other missing the pear. Why should something from the tourists guests be complained about? The vanity mirror in the bath was still the fat finger of previous guests. Also we noticed in the into the room immediately from the leadership hanging fenstervorhang (see picture) to the eye. Why us? ( Grand Hotel goes differently!)
After complaint the lack of light bulb was this mistake fixed, the hanging fenstervorhang but again overlooked. In the hallways was dirty and cloth scattered throughout the Bildernischen (see photo) and the floor, instead of in the usual when they slammed.
The next morning after the breakfast the bathroom was wiped dry, the beds were however not made,

Apart from that beautiful historical complex with Mediterranean inside area, natural pool, lovely sauna with a view of the massif. Room with a fridge ( merely 4 drinks without price list ) safe ( from wood ) for a fee. Public garage next door for 5, -€ day ticket.
Breakfast excellent with a good choice and quality. Coffee service is (on the instruction of the hotel management) only getting cups. With the usual, annoying waiting times from 'supply'
We had Groupon Gutschein ( instead of 391, -€ for 179-€ ) 2 persons 2 nights. Reservation was only after several attempts be pledged. The' usual price from 391, -€) was certainly different tools

We booked two nights for 4 persons with your deal. On arrival we were not happy welcomed in a friendly manner. One occurred oneself nearly unwanted before. Very family-friendly hotel with story. We had a completely normal double room booked and specified, that we had a baby. Unbidden the housekeeping a baby crib set up. the hotel is typical Bavarian furnished. Many beautiful Woodwork and well-coordinated furniture. The complex the hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are large and stylishly equipped.
