Good hotel. We stayed here for a motel room decided. Had therefore a room to the rear to the street. Cleanliness went reasonable. The hotel has two pools and a small garden area. Safe in Zimmerkostenlos. Breakfast a day before booking in order to save money. Check in and check out without any problems. read more

On our tour of Australia we have 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel for our travel group the tour operator occasion.
The hotel Travelodge is very convenient in the town Darwin. On the other side of the street there is a supermarket ( Woolworth), where you can shop well. Banks, the ATM have, are in the immediate proximity. We have an ATM machine found, at the language 'German' could be adjusted, that's why we could us good at the beginning of the vacation with Australian Dollar setting.
The mall (= main pedestrian zone) is about 20 minutes on foot ... away. If you from the hotel and on the mall is, one comes to a protected bathing beach from Darwin.
In the town center ( around the mall) there is restaurants including fast food outlets.
About the location and construction of the hotel we recommend a view in Google-Earth.
We had a double room in the 1. Etage. To the exit and for breakfast we had a elevator use. The room was spacious and with 2 double beds-see set photos ( we arrived in the morning at 6:00 from the airport, therefore burn on the photos the bedside lamps). In the beds we slept well. Perhaps because of the location from Darwin in the tropics (it was humid), I 3-4 ants pp. From the room banished.
The room and the bathroom were clean. The room had an airco.
In all hotels in Australia there were on the rooms kettle and bags coffee - with both, as well as without caffeine-tea and milk.
For breakfast there was a delicious buffet with warm ( for example scrambled eggs, Sausages and ham, Pancake from a machine) and cold food (bread, sweet Spreads, yoghurt, fruit and so on). The offer was extensive and good in terms of taste.
The hotel had several swimming pools. read more

Itself the hotel makes a good impression. The rooms are clean and friendly and the hotel is in good location.
Problem: Partly very surly staff, power outage in our room, so that we in the dark things pack and move had to. Key cards are broken.
therefore I can with my experience not recommend ( especially there the staff not very friendly on the problem responded, except a superior). Would it but without this problem recommend. read more

We had a cheap Butgetzimmer booked and had for 2 people a 4 -bed-rooms, windowless. The room was very small, but with a fridge, tea -coffee-preparation, large tv, internet. The room was in need of refurbishment, lamps partly not. The bathroom was and worn. We would such a room not again book. read more

We have spent Dene rsten and last day of our trip in this hotel. The Cehck -works fast Dun good, provided that you speak english. The employees were at the reception not available. The double room standard is with two king Size beds, a TV has. I have rated the room with rather good, because the first room was very tidy, but in the second room was mold on the wall, what us for a night not has disturbed.
The bathroom in the first room looked not very inviting. It was small and the fixtures were fossil and the mirror ... had brown stains (such as rust?!). In the second room was clean and inviting for the bathroom, although it was just as small. It has but everything what you need, a shower, toilet and sink.
The restaurant wri have not tested, but it looked inviting.
There were shopping possibilities directly across the street on it (Woolworths). There also direct buses to load the Alliance directions. read more

The hotel is very centrally located but quiet in the heart of Darwin, shopping, restaurants etc. everything to reach to foot well. Free parking directly on the grounds of the hotel. The building is multi-storey, the different floors are ramps and on to achieve this. Marc found the room to a central, partly shaded pool.
Our room was very spacious-also the bathroom-with two king beds and also otherwise everything was available; however, it was very noisy.
Catering available, the rooms made a very good impression also, although we either dinner or breakfast in the hotel have eaten.
As a location ... for a city stay and/or visit one of the surrounding national parks and recommended. read more

After 20 hours of flying are hard against high enough that when we landed at 04.15 hours in Darwin already about 05.00 hours the room at no extra cost. For all other hotels in Australia we never before 4 a.m. on the room. Otherwise ideal for in Darwin to feel comfortable. For the price definitely highly recommended!!!! read more
