The hotel offers a refined framework and made the stay at a meeting with the pleasant, through and through positive experience. The animal friendliness and the reception my dog with hundeguetzli was furthermore the quadruped very appreciated. read more

Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff who made a real effort to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend the restaurant. Was upgraded to one of the new rooms which was spectacular, really luxurious. I will definitely return here. Loved it! It was snowing heavily when I was there so didn't get full advantage of the lakeside views, but it still looked beautiful. read more

Quality of the hotel was excellent. Our room was located in the new building so the room wasn't old. A massive open plan bathroom, comfortable bed (the usual two singles with pillow top) and a view over Lake Lucerne. Restaurant is pricey however they cook top notch food so still worth your while. A short 15min bus ride from the front of the hotel will take you into the city center as the hotel is a little dislocated from the city. read more

Very friendly and flexible staff, the very to my well-being was. The food is magnificent (star chef), but unfortunately also relatively expensive. The general premises and rooms are very classy and modern. Also the hotel is in a very nice location (directly on the lake of lucerne with a private boat landing). A little gimmick there was also an ice skating rink on the hotel area. read more

The views and the peace and quiet is simply a one-off! The hotel radiates peace and the rooms are simple great. We could prima relax and recharge your batteries. The town is wonderful, and for jogging is the hermitage great location. The offer hermitage on ice was wonderful and gave the stay a unique flavour. read more

We have a great weekend the 'haus am see' spent. We are happy to in the summer again-have fantastic are... The dinner was a dream - package ' wine & dine ' is very recommendable. The 'short break' was simply great. The staff very friendly, the room with a large bathroom with bathtub. The view through floor-to-ceiling window directly on the lake and the mountains! Hammer! Simply to further recommend it. read more
