I was with my brother at the end of february/beginning march there. We had booked all inclusive. I would the hotel 10 suns! The hotel has way 5 stars and not as reported with 4 stars!
Very friendly staff, very in order the happiness of the guests hard, great facilities, no bed bunker as other facilities, very clean, the rooms are modern and technically right well equipped. Super good and rich food. The food freshly before the eyes of the guests prepared! Overall great service!
Great location: directly at the beach.

We where there for 10 day's just to relax and get away from the bad weather. Exelent food and very good service. Very clean rooms, the outside pool area was clean and the bar at the pool open with very well served drinks. The people from animation where doing a very good job keeping you busy in the evenings. And the valentine evening was a great success. Just a very good and relaxing holiday. We go back next year. read more

Nestled in the huge Melas resort in the back and the architecturally beautiful Defne Hotel is the Hemera with about 350 rooms, and angled built, directly at the beach promenade.
Rooms, bathrooms and doors need a general overhaul, the hotel should this winter already renovated, but postponed.
The guests were mostly german, some british and belgians, mostly from 50 and but also some young people. read more

The hotel Hemera resort and spa is actually a 'summer' -hotel and for disabled/elderly people badly suitably. We have already been a few times in this hotel, because it is clean, the food tasty and a very nice location. However, and that was us from other confirmed, one notices the austerity.
Why a 'summer' -hotel? The restaurant is a whole piece from the main building. The hallways there were unfortunately only covered. That means when rain and wind you get the 'weather' with. If one from the really beautiful spa area is (with wet hair, swimsuits, etc.), friet you ..., until you in the room arrived. Really unpleasant! And always! One is affected, because a reach of the restaurant unfortunately not different is possible!
We had hoped, that this animation team slow time as' unnecessary ' has been identified. Unfortunately not! This people behave, as in the nursery. Certainly, some older people might, if a young entertainer with them dancing. But, it is just ridiculous! Terrible! Perhaps times someone an animation in other hotels kudos!
The front desk was formerly great-there was also a mr k. the is way. The front desk is bad! In the Hemera you asked, on the day of departure the rooms until 12 o'clock to leave. Our bags were packed. The weather lovely. So we went on the beautiful promenade walk. Came at 11:35 o'clock to our room to again to the toilet to go and our things to get. The room card was closed. Staircase. Treppab sour to the front desk. There we were 15 minutes before the desired time departure! What was: yes, why, that is correct. Surely you have to at 12 o'clock go. It is however not 12 hours. Yes, that makes our system. What, the doors close, before the time around is? Yes, we do the room back on. No apology, nothing. The guest carer was there and looked just. On the eve of you still called and said, that sure everything was nice. We again to the room, suit-case gotten, still before 12 o'clock gone.
Such a behavior (completely wrong and without any apology) unfortunately in memory! A great shame! read more

We were from 09. until 16 february to the first, but definitely not for the last time guests in the hotel Hemera. We have the week really enjoyed and can this hotel definitely recommend.
Although we late in the evening arrived, we were at the front desk very friendly greeted. The check in was very speedy. I had our arrival and the request for a quiet room in an e-mail said. In a short time our luggage brought to the room and we were able to our double room (1 double and 1 single bed) with megabyte and large terrace ... (with 2 lounge chairs, table and 2 chairs) refer. The design of the rooms we would be very tastefully, fully functional and new title. Flat-screen tv with several german programs, mini bar (alcoholic free) with daily replenishment, free safe ( nummerncodierung, no key) and individual air-conditioning (in the winter as heating) are of course. The bathroom - large shower, toilet, wash basin, schminkspiegel, foehn-has lots of storage space.
The daily cleaning of the rooms was spotless. They changed the towels daily. The bed linen in the week 2 times changed.
Even if the Hemera already to the older hotels in side counts it was in good condition. The hotel complex, with a very nice pool and garden area, is just across the promenade from the sandy beach. Beach chairs, cushions and umbrellas are here, by the pool and in the whole complex - very nice old trees with shady places-is required. Everything looks very well kept. Even in the 'cold season' -we had surprisingly nice weather with a lot of sun and temperatures up to 19 °c-you could well outside, even if the pool (unfortunately not heated ) not be used can. For water lovers is a small indoor pool. For wellness fans there is obviously facilities (sauna, hamam). The hotel has a small shopping street with several stores (optician, jewelery, bags, clothing). Here are the prices of course higher than in side., but the orientation for the shoppingtour outward good.
Unfortunately, the Hemera due to its construction only limited for disabled - especially wheelchairs-suitable. In the very long drawn and winding main building, there is only one elevator, so that long ways for example from the rooms in the restaurant in the basement - in purchase must be taken. Also for handicapped can be problematic, as within of the building very lots of stairs to be overcome to have.
The meals were in the main restaurant as a buffet offered. The day started with a rich breakfast buffet - wide selection of bread, rolls, sweet and savoury pastries, cheese and sausage, different egg dishes, pancakes and waffles, jams and honey, muesli and cereals, fruits and hot vegetables, orange juice etc. The evening buffet was also very extensive. Especially the salad and starters buffet was with many typical turkish dishes simply fantastic. There was generally 4 until 5 hot meat and fish dishes and matching side dishes. Meat of good quality, fish also. Positive was, that the maitre de cuisine always in the restaurant was present and enjoy the guests after their ask about, and that he is dealing with spices and herbs even excellent masters, so every dinner a culinary delight was. In conclusion you could still at a very extensive dessert buffet-various gateaus, cakes, keksgebäck, puddings, schokocreme, fruits and ice cream delight. The lunch buffet can't be written, since we at this for reasons of weight a large elbow made. From lunch is also a patisserie open. Here there are likewise to the delicious cakes and tarts, sandwiches, and ice cream.
In addition there was still the possibility à la carte meals. The restaurant but it was only in certain days for example on valentine's day open and accordingly busy. Since the buffet really liked, we à la carte made no use.
The service in the restaurant was very good. The waiters were very attentive and fast, but not pushy. You never had the feeling, the the service dependent on tips is. This was, even if you a waiter right into your hand pressed, of this in the set up tip box transported. We did this directly received.
The selection and quality the offered not-and akoholischen drinks (soft drinks, beer, wine, sparkling wine, longdrinks, cocktails) was good. This could both during the day, as well as in the evening several bars (pool, beach, lobby and aquariumbar ) were consumed. You could the beverages at the bars yourself, was but also served. The bar staff was always very attentive and noticed very quick favourite drinks. Especially in the evenings the aquariumbar, where it also each 2. evening live music was, we had lots of fun with the guys behind the bar, so that we also here over our contribution to the entire team into the tip box threw.
The from the hotel offered freizzeitangebot including the present team was very just. During the day, according to a board amongst others water aerobics, qi gong, darts, Boccia are offered. But we didn't notice anything. There are 2 tennis courts (very bad) a miniature golf course with 6 courses (very shabby) and gym (various equipment not inspected). The entertainers were during the day hardly as such to be recognized and acted very discreet. First in the evening in the aquariumbar appeared they suddenly on and tried mood to spread. During our stay there were 3 times live music (very good). The entertainers were constantly endeavors each female guest on the dance floor to skew. It is not our thing, we have the boys really quick clear and were then left alone. Other guests had visibly their fun thereby. One evening there was a so-called turkish evening with dance exhibition a folklore group. Was very nice, however also nothing more. All in all, the evening entertainment was somewhat weak, which we but also to the small number of guests in the hotel push.
last but not least we would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for a very nice and relaxing week and we already look forward to our next stay in Barut Hemera. Unfortunately, we had to when checking out experienced, that the building in the next winter because of extensive renovations closed remains. A shame for us, as we always the winter and the Carneval in Germany get away from it all. However luckily there were still the Barut arum in side, the according to residents at least as good. Then we shall probably next year roaches wearing them. read more

As regular Turkey vacationer i can only say, this hotel is absolutely great!
Unlike other 4.5-5 star houses, one in the Barut Hemera not with pomp or pretension, but with friendliness, sensational service, cleanliness and a very pleasant, easy going atmosphere! One feels' arrived '., as in a 2. home in a fantastic area.! The dishes were excellent and varied. There is an à-la-carte restaurants, which we in the january only the international test could. It was worth it! Lovingly prepared 5 course (choice) and wonderful wine.!
Never have i such a perfect service experienced. Nobody need ... on organised to wait. Every wish from our eyes! Not free there are predominantly regular customers, to which i now also rank.! read more

The hotel has in the reason everything your heart desires. A very nice and clean pool area, a private beach section, convenient location for excursions, an altogether beautifully laid out complex, very friendly and attentive staff and a high feel good factor.
Despite january was the weather mostly good, seasonal the entertainment sufficient, the buffet sumptuous and very tasty - a thick praise goes to the kitchen -, the complex included beach always clean. The indoor swimming pool was a bit boring and in my opinion too small - is however matter of taste and no shortcoming.
The complete staff ... has always care a lot about the guests, one knew very quickly and feels there fast at home - praise to the team the bar, always quick and in a good mood. It is still such a magnitude, on the it almost informal promised.
We have several couple met, always come back to this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it.
Safe we also again and the warm season in this hotel enjoy. read more

Great hotel, very caring, friendly staff. The offered food was very varied and delicious. There was a huge selection of bread and bread rolls, salads, dressings, extra spices. Unfortunately the coffee not recommendable.
On new year's eve, there was a lot of creativity and love appointed 7-course gala dinner for elevated requirements with very nice table decoration with candlelight. read more
