Families run hotel with 28 rooms. Entrance hall does not exist lounge resembles a ice-cream parlor, unfortunately very uncomfortable ( rainy day). We had einlòra room on the 3rd floor. Very nice large enough(25 meters² ) balcony and great view. Definitely 4 stars. Cleanliness very good. We had the half board. Guests from deutschlandengland were mainly present read more

    Food of a good standard technically not sure ( for example peach melba with chocolate syrup, calves liver not clean and so on) falls but not professional not so on. Beautiful selection of wines. Short meal times from to o'clock. Besides that there is nothing to moan about. The terrace the lake is very nice but the bar and the lounge( ice cream parlor ) unfortunately not can say. The cleanliness of the general positive picture of the hotel

From a building developed, the probably not too long ago completely unbuilt and renovated. We had the half board selected ( breakfast ( very good and umfangereicht with total self-service - coffee yourself, eggs cook etc.). The dinner was for a ' gourmet -hotel' advertised hotel absolutely unacceptable-see under gastronomy! Guest structure: age 50 to 60 years and far beyond. 10 per cent Italian; 10 per cent English; rest too many German. read more

    Pillows flat and not körpergerecht. Too many red led, technology overload. Too many clean, although a thick dust balls in the bathroom after a week still in the same spot.

    The hotel has a restaurant area for breakfast and dinner. Free table. If seven evenings only 2 appetizers and 1 main course be described as good can, then it is with the kitchen not.     Serving staff quiet until indifferent, partly. aufgestzt friendly. Foreign languages skills very rudimentary (applies to both speak German as English and fanzösisch -receiving criticism amongst others sets the understanding mostly completely). Also the owner himself was alerting and undeniable complaint completely kritikresistent. To strengthening its helpless and little sound frechen response, the guest opposite even the 'imminent index'. At least he apologized after a stern instruction point for this behavior. At the more than mediokren küchenleistungen nothing changed.

    In to town on the night quiet street located at the lake. Parking lot in approximately 80 meters distance to the hotel. A window parking ( belonged to the arrangement half board) was however despite demand not assigned. Because the hotel not fully booked, had the private car only once be moved by, because the used parking obviously feast occupied.

Super location with direct lake and very, very good breakfast buffet. Parking space and parking are available, however not right on the hotel,( approximately one minute walking away) Great value for money. read more

    We had a good room. So the room was OK for Italian standards. We personally are mostly in 4a five star hotels in South Tyrol and we prefer rather the more modern style. Therefore, I would like to the room not too negative, since the value for money really was okay. There was a mini bar, kettle, so that you can brew tea or coffee prepare could. Safe, telephone and hair dryer were available. The hair dryer is certainly a bit hard to get used to and if you longer hair, you should perhaps its own hair dryer take, as you apart from that very long for the hair drying need.

    We had only breakfast, but I have to say, the breakfast buffet is really, very recommendable. There was a wide selection of various rolls, bread. Muesli selection, good sausage and cheese. Tea selection and so onSo I put on the breakfast always very large value and I can this hotel really only very highly recommend. Great it is even if in the morning, right on the lakeside terrace. Simply a pleasure. The bar is also to be mentioned, as there is great value for money receives. So a slat macchiato costs about 1.90 euro. In malcesine for a smaller portion 3 euros paid. The atmosphere is totally pleasant in this hotel and for Italian standards really good.

    The service is really very good. The reception was very friendly and always make an effort to answer our questions. Unfortunately, our cleaning of the rooms not so good funktioinert. That is to say sometimes was our room only at 15 o'clock cleaned. But I think that was also rather on the lady, because on the first floor one saw that the Zimmerkraft, the everything faster in grasp had. Unfortunately I thought our room superficially cleaned this means there was spider webs in the corners, and the has annoyed me. However everything was other in the hotel really very clean.

    There was no pool, however therefor there was a direct lake which simply magnificent is. There is a sun terrace, but very well used and if you bad luck found one a couch possibility. We had a big balcony (Garda rooms in the 2 floor) large terrace with a sun lounger. We were always on our own terrace put. Which was good, we had no guests the loungers already in the early. Very pleasant audience

    Directly in malcesine. The hotel lies however very quiet. There is a one-way street in front of the hotel past, from the you didn't hear, if you have a room toward the Garda Bay( direct lake, just perfect) The purchase/ and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can Itself in this hotel really good relaxation.

Nice hotel in a location 1. In a few minutes you walk into the centre of a charming town. The most beautiful thing was the terrace, from which one has a staircase in the sea. The Nice, friendly staff and the first-class breakfast buffet are the departure hard time. We felt absolutely comfortable. read more

Super Hotel in gorgeous location, price/performance ratio absolutely okay. The food and the friendliness of the staff leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace overlooking the lake. Good parking in the hotel's own underground car park, or private parking lot. The meter is on hand with advice and act to the side. Silent location and nevertheless in the middle in malcesine. read more

We have visited in the last few years six hotels in malcesine, but the hotel has, in our view, in every respect no competition and the amount of room rate is entirely justified. Starting with the beautiful, quiet location (most hotels in malcesine are above the through road, on the day and night not quiet), Badeterrasse, nice rooms (definitely book at the lake) with air-conditioning, bathrobes and slippers, perfect breakfast (excellent cheese, ham-, salami, bread and Dolcisorten.), nice dinner menu at €15, recommended, especially on the day of arrival. But it's still extra to the upside, is the willingness ... to help of the family Mazzoldi. During our last stay we had at the Friday evening in the mountains a blowout. From AA to workshop impound, with bus back to the hotel. Has Mrs Mazzoldi the matter. On the morning Saturday has been to find, new tires Monday/not Tuesday, it has driven the entire Reifenhändler around Lake Garda rum by phone, to a matching Reifensatz and collect workshop was to provide, so that we the car was still on the same day. The Pointe but only: for we have rewarded this willingness to help them, that we at the attempt, in the evening a bottle without corkscrew to open, the front wall of our room have splashed with red total. When we on the next morning, our day of departure and Sunday in addition, said, is, without a draw or a party-a painter. A unique great. read more

Most of the hotels around Lake Garda are equipped with no direct access to the water (usually one must on or cross street). Not so at the hotel Venezia: the terrace of the house-half couch terrace, half to the restaurant sector-is located on piles right above the lake. There is a jetty with beach and a flight of stairs from the jetty to get into the sea, so that one the absolutely perfect, has a direct Lake access. The double rooms have a small balcony to the sea side, single-and the garden road (but is quiet, as it is a ... one-way street away from the large Seeumrandung is). I had a double room for single use, that was reasonably priced was a bit steep, but the extra charge was worth it. The bathroom was large enough and very well equipped. I can absolutely recommend half board (I do not usually like). But the food was excellent, very nicely prepared and concerning the price absolutely acceptable. The restaurants are very expensive in malcesine. Breakfast-in particular for Italian conditions-was excellent! Large buffet with fruit, cereal, various breads and rolls, cold cuts and Kaäse, as well as salmon and sliced vegetables. It was missing at nothing. In the afternoon there is a room for the hotel tourists 'tea-time ' with coffee, tea and homemade pastries. very pleasant and tasty. The tea-time is locked. The hotel has a locked garage. There are parking spaces in malcesine, this is extremely valuable. The sister hotel, about a kilometer away two, Wellness and massage offers, the Venezia book and also with the accounts can pay. The hotel management has provided a shuttle, that I be there in time for the (very good!) massage and picked up. All in all a great stay, not cheap, but absolutely recommendable. I have felt myself very well and will be happy to return! read more
