Room: - the toilet paper was missing on one day, waiting time to call 20 minutes, until someone came and the desired brought. We were at the hotel next door where no elevator was, so we had to the luggages itself into the room wear. For a 4 star resort hotel should the room better equipped and clean, this was not the case. The tiled floor was getting quite old and the mattress hard as a board behind the bedside table was not cleaned. On demand with the staff we were told it was cleaned. Until the departure location the dirt still. For a hotel what 2008 has been completely renovated, I believe, the part where we were accommodated forget. read more

A vacation, the whole family happy. For cleanliness on the complex was paramount. Especially good was the towel service for the beach towel (could daily many times to be changed). Also the beach is great clean and gently sloping beach is particularly beautiful for children for playing and swimming. The water is just like the rest of the hotel clean and clear. Another plus point is, that the hotel Pelican to the DUNI royal resort, so it is possible in the entire Komplexzu feast and the great varied entertainment program to take advantage of it. Twice the week there is ... a possibility à la carte meals (1 times Bulgarian and 1 Italian). This is a beautiful variety to the buffet food. Our room was big enough and clean, was cleaned every day and with fresh towels equipped. The complex is very large, there are a variety of hotels all of which you can use, except the 5 stars Marina royal Palace. Unfortunately everything was already in decampment mood, our hotel, the pelican was the weekend closed (23-09-2012) so that hardly guests there. In the breakfast room you met on 10 to 15 guests. There are also themenrestaurantes, we were once in the Italian restaurant, the worst food which one could think of, it was guests the already after the first bite ... again went, it was pure ripp-off and bad! read more

    The rooms were big enough with a small older tv equipped, it was always cleaned, the cleaning lady has a good job... We had a beautiful big balcony with a view of the park.     After we at night at: hours in the hotel arrived, we are first broken to bed 'good'. Our room was in the main building and right next to a cooling system, the kitchen belonged. As soon as something was lying around or dirty, it was removed immediately. On the complex( proximity amphitheater) there was a doctor-station, the 24 hours open. I had to use it, since I strong toothache had, my pain relievers, which I had, had not helped. I could I think, that in the doctor's office only general treatment took place, no dentist as is, but the friendly mitarbeitein gave me 1 time strong pain killers with, but unfortunately not more. As a small tip for the complex - it would be very nice, if this doctor-station a small pharmacy open.     It is a great complex, where 4 other hotels in addition belong, you can all use, except for the Marina beach palace. The pelican is a bit quiet and just perfect, if you relaxation from the working life need. The pelican are 3 pools, a shallow pool, a playground, fitness studio with a sauna and the kids club.     The size of the room was surprisingly. We were 3 adults and we had a double bed and a bed setting in it. Here we asked the hotel us another place to sleep for the 3. Through the greasy, gewürzlose food and the highly sweetened desserts we didn't know, what we were going to eat. Although the selection was good, it was not. Bulgaria told us the food, and is not comparable with the standards and other countries. Unfortunately complained some other people with stomach intestine -problems. The other framework and the wide sandy beach was great! read more

The hotel pelican is in the hotel complex duni royal resort. The hotel is very clean and the drinks and food variety is good standard. The guests in the hotel pelican are very international. During our vacation we met English, russians, Poland, romanians, Dutch and many more. Contrary to experiences with the other nationalities from recent travel this time we were positively surprised. read more

    To the animation we can't say anything, since we activities except for the evening shows not visited. The evening shows were however the blast. It is remarkable, which the entertainers the performances. The swimming pool and the beach were very tidy and clean. Chairs and sunscreens were in sufficient numbers available. The past vacations known ' touristensport ' reserve chairs stayed. Especially worth mentioning I think the special for disabled reserved strandliegeplätze.

    The hotel is about 200 meters away from own beach. The way there is well expanded. The airport Burgas is about 45 minutes' drive away. Shops are in the hotel complex and at the circa 8 kilometer removed sozopol with its wonderful old town to the public invites. Food the city has a lot to offer. It is worthwhile definitely once outside of the hotel a meal to take. Sozopol is good with a taxi. A bus connection does not exist.

Very beautiful, peaceful hotel. Way to the beach was every day a short walk by a wonderful green area. Chairs and umbrellas were at the beach and at the pool until about 10.30 hours still free, or then in the lunch time there was also many free chairs. Evening shows in the theater each evening were a highlight, especially the dancers and dancers. We had nothing to complain about. We had 2 double room (a208 and a209) the very cheap locations. On the complex was always cleaned, mowed, poured etc. The staff were very friendly. Tables were always cleared away quickly. Have no animation, pool, gym, etc. Use, therefore no rating possible. Beach very clean and always enough chairs available. No the hotel moves, so we cannot comment on the area say. read more

    Food was great, and in all hotels( one may in all other restaurants the hotel food except in the royal beach, there, there are the same food, only one at the table with drinks served. ;-) the two 1. days we punctually for breakfast rose, afterwards first breakfast for people who sleep in... There were there also still fresh omelets/pancakes etc. , only difference was that there was no warm meals such as small sausages/ potatoes more... We didn't need it anyway! The food was really delicious and diverse, there were theme nights such as balkans, Italian etc. Which I great was nothing exaggerated greasy, salads were all with yoghurt or quark turned on instead of the usual mayo and meat and fish there was always fresh from the grill Cleanliness was capitalized and it was always everything abundant, there were sometimes even half empty plates cleared for full to create.     The rooms were always properly cleaned, our maid was perfect friendly, there were even peck for the farewell. This was not by everyone staff say.     Entertainment was first class! Such a great animation team I have nowhere experienced. In the Marina beach hotel there was a few shops, price were ok, somewhat more favorably was it in sozopol. Access to the internet/ W-lan has with me not working and was quite expensive. The hotel Pelican consists of four smaller houses (A-D), the mountain lain over the entire area of the DUNI resorts ranges. The houses C and D enclose the 'area' pelican and appear larger. House D is in our opinion the worst location. If you bad luck and how we room nearby the directly adjoining restaurants get, you know with the opening balcony door what it to eat returns. On arrival it was fish. Sleep with the balcony door open not possible, since the morning setting of the tables certainly the alarm clock replaces could have been. After our assessment concerns ... the approximately 15-20 room. Luckily we could two double room and change are in the quiet A-block landed. Together with the block B are both on the hillside below the main building ( D). In the courtyard is the pool bar, the at 24:00 o'clock closes. Afterwards is peace in the hotel announced, merely the inlying lobby bar in the house D still has until 02:00 o'clock open. There was also, only if interested, of course, soccer the free receivable television. All inclusive really meant with all (inclusive delicious cocktails).     Our room was in the main building and it was amazing spacious, although the extra bed with in the room was. Only small point of criticism is the somewhat small extra bed which also not particularly padded was. We simply with the blankets plus, we in the room had and under the duvet put. Then it was reasonably. The furniture was not new anymore, but so far reasonable. The carpet had some small stains from unachtsamen previous users, but that didn't really bother me. There was an excellent air conditioning, the very silent was, so that you at night as well without disturbing noise run let could. There was a safe with key, but you extra pay had to ( per day 7 levar circa 3,50 Euro) in the desk integrated small fridge, even a small compartment with 6 ice cubes was. With our room there was a massive balcony, almost half of the size of the room had. There is a small table and two chairs, so more than adequate. There was a telephone, with the one inside of the hotel and also between the different hotels free calls. Telephone to Germany is here not recommendable, there very expensive.

    The staff are very friendly with children and altogether nice. The service in pelican often do a strict impression, but basically friendly. At the front desk is always at least one German speaking mrs present. One goes every wish and is always very accommodating. Apart from that one comes with a reason English and sign language always. The rooms are cleaned daily. What was missing to me, was a regular sweep in the bathroom, the beds at least every 3 days changed, towels were changed every day. There is also a kids club, the is open every day, but we because of the age I daughter ( almost 13) didn't use it. There are on the arial a around the hour occupied first aid station with ambulances and doctor, but we thankfully didn't require.

The hotel was very international ( German, dutch, russians, English, Poland and still more) Despite this many nationalities the hotel was totally quiet and is for families with children can only be recommended

    The hotel is situated in a nature reserve with 4 other hotels. Altogether 4 hotels are four star hotels and a five star hotel. The four stars hotels can fully be used. The pelican is furthest away from the beach. This can but nevertheless within 5 to 10 minutes be achieved. The whole area is very quiet. If you experience a lot and every evening strolling wants, is here for certain wrong. The next town sozopol is about kilometers away and can the best by taxi. A taxi with and return trip costs 35 leva (about 18 €). Here you can stroll extensively and shopping. Excursions you can in the hotels exclusively on the different tour operator book but between 18 €and 100 €per person to get.
