Great family hotel nearby the gondola to the grafenberg. We were now about 20 times already in the hotel. My son (13 years) is there in the meantime like at home. Also a this time whatsoever friend in the same age there really enjoyed. Great is also the ski service, the in the basement of the hotel is. read more

The soup cook and a special mention, the dessertzubereiter also! The main courses were for my taste too few seasoned - fish warm prepared tasted not at all (if you fish r i e c h t it is not fresh!). The ski excursion, the ' smove on' -training and shiatsu -treatment from and with Helga were top! The folklore evening in the rauchkuchl was very amusing and entertaining, a big compliment the young schuhplattlern! The large bar smoking was allowed, i thought it was very good and my not smoking friends that didn't bother us. read more

    The rooms and bathrooms were big enough. The cleaning was, overall satisfactory. However, from families with babies/toddlers room booked as additional equipment a diaper pail and a changing table get.

    The choice at the breakfast buffet and salad was very good. But it should be ensured, that the dishes also again and again constantly refilled. Not acceptable was the afternoon snack. This was in the bar set up, in the whole day on strong was smoking. In the future should the snack better in the nichtraucherbereich be offered, since here the buffet tables. With small children through the designated smoking area, is impossible.

    The service must in many areas significantly improved are. At the reception we were very rude and cold welcome. It was the room key and a note with meal times presented without nice words of welcome and without help with the luggage to offer (with 2 small children). The when we took our many Austria-holidays never experienced. Especially in the restaurant area, the very young staff is better trained/trained, not the dirty tablecloths turned again set and the guest in peace too end eat can, without the plates' snatched from ' is. Very beautiful hotel for skiing right next to the slope (circa 2 minutes.) Unfortunately my room right next to the elevator, the the whole night this drove. So it was very noisy. The starters were very good and very varied. The breakfast was also excellent. (freshly baked eggs and so on.) Unfortunately the picture again and again for the main dish troubled this was like a mensässen. The ski snack was also nothing special varied. read more

    Many children in the restaurant after construction very loud can hardly talk the quality for breakfast has become very slack what pastries juices eggs... For 10 years we were there once in year as only more mass after reconstruction more guests and no space between them

    Children go through in the outdoor pool by Suna naked area?! It was an old man saunawart but fully überfortert the people go dressed in clothing-optional bathing suit in the sauna steam bath and so on 50% the people were tightened and the nude area, massage was the coffee paying extra this is a service... Watch is also leg bathrobe per person 9 euros!

Altogether a great hotel, the really recommendable is. Excellent food, good service, very friendly staff, ideal location to the ski lift and a large, varied very clean wellness area. The size of the hotel didn't bother us. The eating area was it accordingly, that no to high noise level is. Needs improvement: the organization at the front desk. read more
