A somewhat outdated hotel. The rooms are extremely loud because of the train station and the very young staff were however always make an effort, but unfortunately often overburdened. No heating in October and radiator were not available - for a four-star hotel a' no-go'! Wi-Fi in the rooms works only to 2nd floor and then also only in certain rooms. Not recommendable the rooms are with connecting door (if this not needed), because through this door every noise from the next room hear. read more

the hotel is obvious with 4 stars a good hotel, as some can be. However, I was disappointed, by the furnishings as well as cleanliness in my room and the absolutely disastrous breakfast buffet. Detail:
in my room there was a empty bottle on the desk on arrival, which on a gross negligence of the cleaning staff suggest. Also the bathroom had a lot of dirt stains in particular because of years of signs of wear obvious to see and not professional distant have been. Furthermore is the furnishing in particular the technical facilities for at least 5 years, not ... anymore. I believe in a four-star hotel is a flat screen TV a must and not a black and white TV from the beginning of the nineties. About out was the bed uncomfortable and secluded. The bathroom fixtures was too no choice four stars standard, but a bad flat the nineties. In short, I have stayed in several four star hotels stayed in the hotel definitely one of the worst hotels.
the breakfast buffet was a disaster, because several food and drinks not more available were, as I for breakfast came at 07:45 o'clock (the period for the breakfast was I to 9:30 o'clock). Centrally located, clean and friendly. Somewhat old-fashioned decor of the room (standard room) and our room was really small. The staff are friendly pay attention. You can park in the Hotelparhaus and a nice extra is the transport map for each guest during the stay. We spent a night here with our son. We had a great large room spic was fine. The staff was very friendly at the front desk, as well as in the lobby at the breakfast. The partly bad reviews here, we couldn't understand. We're sorry, but it is not easy in direct proximity a restaurant. We have only one Maredo steakhouse. The restaurant at the hotel was unfortunately only for the large wallet. We will look to the future aware intercity Hotel. The intercity Wuppertal is really recommendable. read more

This hotel offered in all a good service. The staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. The facilities are very well maintained and the rooms offer a meeting in Colombo for a reasonable comfort. Only complaint about the room was somewhat run down toilet seat. The food was to my taste. The Urban public transportation is excellent connections. Parking in the garage is annexed to my taste a bit expensive (12 euro/24h). Conclusion: Highly Recommended. read more

Ideal hotel for travelers, since it's directly across the street from the train station. Complimentary Wireless Internet Access, also in the rooms. And also free of charge: the public transport system, this means you can free to Dusseldorf, food, etc. as long as you have time has therefor.

It was more of a transit Hotel. I had a business single room, which was very small and uncomfortable was-apart from the bed and the price of 109 euro for. I would not like to know, how small the regular single rooms are. The bathroom was not much bigger than those on cruise ships. The shower was extremely small. More importantly, however, that the room was clean. The mini-bar was a joke. You should go to the bar. But the two bars with about ten guests so much, that I after about 20 minutes I am, no. The worst is ... however the air conditioning system. It was extremely noisy.
Breakfast buffet was large, but very well arranged. A little bit of a four stars superior Hotel. More than three star hotel should have. The service at the front desk stressing this impression a little.
