Hotel a huge large block, but the room was very dusty not properly clean for rixos Hotel. Tram stops in front of hotel travel stops 21 to Konya for five lira back and forth in the great teahouse at the last stop you compensated for those Dust in the hotel read more

The hotel is actually very pretty and very promising. Lacking in all corners and edges. The service in the gastronomy area is non-existent. The staff was always tried hard, to ignore us. Orders several times and had to be abandoned first after Complaint said. The salad and the dessert already on the table, before the guests arrive, the soup and forget the main course is served (incidentally, all in one single dinner) should not happen in a furnishing. The showers a flood is essential. Under the doors is such a large gap, that at the Pass by every word understands ..., in the rooms is spoken. The price of drinks was very high (for example, a small beer costs about 8 Euro). 5 star feeling it is not on. read more

Check-in & check-out due to the language skills of the employees of the hotel unfortunately not the hit (including card for which will be handed you had ditched! Unfortunately), just as the connection, because neither in the room by cable or by Wireless LAN (stable) connection. Even on the computers of the manager there was no functioning Internet. The problem we had was three days, there was no one really worried. Except for a ' 30 minutes. 30 Minutes came promise' nothing. Unfortunately the hotel has no 'business center', so you would alternative have recourse. On the first day after ... more than three hours and in the middle of the night the broken yet another attempt. On the last day we had for about five minutes an unstable line. Food, well. Selection at the Breakfast was huge (it was missing, however, certain things such as cheese and sausage), but left the taste of these things easy to be desired. Juices were strongly diluted with water, freshly squeezed juices. Well how should we say. Although there is a 'state', but was never staff locally and it felt unfortunately no responsible for that. Rooms were okay. But there seems to be a matter of luck which you get. One of the rooms and the small room (corner room) described a bit bigger. Had apparently renovated guest rooms in the 19. Floor. This has been recognized by, amongst other things, in the bathroom the joints with new mass were ausgespachtelt. Including but apparently a bit of mold was, as there are already some guests had described. beds on arrival looked somehow (see photo) from used, prices in the bar raised. From the sky 101 in the 25. In the bathroom I the hair from the previous person found and mold in the corners. The rooms were very warm and also went not down to rules, no help from the staff. Complaints are not serious taken. read more

We were on our Turkey tour for 1 night in this hotel. Everything was very new and very nice. We stayed at this hotel felt comfortable. Although we didn't spend much time in the hotel spent have the trip. Unfortunately the rooms no balcony! The Windows could not open... The corresponding air in the room. But otherwise a very nice hotel! read more

In the context of Cappadocia round trip we stayed for a night in the rixos building. This hotel is located about 15 kilometer outside of the city centre, nearby there is a bus stop for those public transport. A convenience store is in the immediate vicinity; after about 5-7 minutes walk is a discounter to reach. Drinks are extremely expensive at this hotel. The buffet was of good quality and plentiful selection. The rixos is an impressive building, but somewhat sterile. A panoramic view from the upper Floor should not be missed. (26 floor) Conclusion: for a night an interesting ... place-a longer stay for us, no question! read more

The former Hilton in Konya belongs to rixos in the meantime. The furnishing has been largely taken from the Hilton and could, at least in our room, some remodeling. Friendly and helpful staff, good and wide Food in buffet form. Quiet location on the outskirts without entertainment in the evening. read more

Our room was very dirty, as was the bathroom. No toilet brush, sanitary pail without cover and bag, the bathroom was not cleaned. The furniture looked very used, were cranky and sticky. The sheets were washed but stained, the air conditioning rickety and not adjustable. The service in the restaurant was not nearly clean enough, but there was a long waiting times, although all loitered and nothing made. read more

The outside of the hotel is good but if you look at the hotel rooms closer inspection you get the impression that the cleanliness here not just important. Especially in the bathroom the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The food was delicious and wide, but that was about the only good thing was. The outdoor swimming pool we were not allowed to use since it was chlorinated. But at least there was an indoor pool and was very nice. The steam room was good. For a night the hotel was tolerable. The staff in the restaurant was friendly. ... Only the prices were not so good. read more

Having arrived in the rixos we wanted to make us some fresh after a long day of travel. To our horror hanging on the towel racks used, dirty towels from the previous guests. It was gross. Something like that should happen in a hotel of this category. The towels were nevertheless changed after our complaint immediately. read more

Stayed during a trip only one night in this hotel. Everything inside is great, but it is more appearance than reality. In the bar in the 27. Floor for two raki 17,00 euros. In The Morning at the Breakfast then the horror, the guests of almost all at the same time want to eat breakfast. Used tables were not cleared, at the Buffet was nothing beige fills, there was for example, no bread, no sausage or cheese. Meanwhile the waiter behind the counter, and polished the glasses. Stayed one day there, the was sufficient. Very attractive from the outside. Inside dirty. Had a dirty room, completely smoke-filled, Urine stains from the previous next to the toilet. Toothpaste from the previous guests still hung on the mirror. Towel rack and toilets were out of the wall torn! The bedding was dirty. In Germany not worth two stars! Unthinkable for a five stars Hotel! At the front desk the pure mass processing! What can I say, from the outside Hui, inside yuck! All that glitters is not gold. The food was tasteless, you had little choice. Dining Room total ... dirty! Never again! read more

As part of a tour of cappadocia one night. Located very far out. Two beer at the bar 13 €. The air conditioning not on the sunny side, 30° to sleep with. The food were well designed specifically for the traveler, quite cheap. read more

We stayed as part of a trip only one night in this Rixoshotel, but I was honestly been gutted. I come from the hospitality industry and for me it is the name for luxury rixos. In Konya you get a bit of it, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. At the driving directions to the hotel I thought ' Wow great hotel', Entering the lobby-Wow, way to the room-only two elevators for the large hotel? Further to the room- great. But: the Windows inside total dirty, the outside that is acceptable. The bathroom was not very clean ..., the shower leaked. Dinner was much more: the seating a total Mess, you had to wait forever for drinks, at the table dirty cutlery and the food was not really special. In my opinion, this hotel earned the stars absolutely not. read more

    Our standard room (room 2209) was quite spacious and furnished with all the comforts one would expect from a hotel in this category (TV, safe, air conditioner, worth mentioning the ironing board and a good iron). The bathroom had both a bathtub as well as a floor shower (no barrier, especially for elderly or disabled could be of interest). Especially impressive was the continual front window, it gave stunning views of Konya (unfortunately the weather was not really ideal during our holiday).

    Because the main restaurant "Kazan" in the basement had the charm of a (huge) a train station's restaurant, we decided, as we only booked bed and breakfast, to eat dinner in the "101 lounge and bar" on the 26 th floor. From the not very extensive, but sufficient food offer I chose the beef Tornedos, which were very good and also nicely arranged. The candlelight dinner and live piano music with a grandiose view to the nightly Konya was very harmonious. The extensive breakfast buffet, as mentioned above, was in a bit uncomfortable main restaurant, but was what someone would expect from a hotel in this category. However, if possible, not after the tour groups (as we unfortunately did), as the refilling of the food by the staff took some time.

    The reception staff was friendly and also had sufficient English. Unfortunately our reservation through hotel.de wasn't found (fortunately, I had a print out), so that the check in was a bit longer. As compensation we were finally offered a room on the upper floor. During the whole process the car was parked and also the bags were unloaded. I noticed only the staff at the health club as quite unfriendly.

    The indoor pool with integrated whirlpool had the dimension of a (smaller) swimming pool. The water was a bit too cold for me, especially in the whirlpool was noticeably disturbing. Also, the design was rather simple and cool. There was no bathrobe available (for a transit hotel however understandable), but I thought it was weird that I had to bring my bath hand towel from the hotel room. In addition, the hotel had a gym room and according to the homepage about sauna, Turkish bath, tennis courts, squash court, jogging path and riding center; however, we did not use everything

    This Hotel Rixos was suitable for independent travelers, very good for a stopover on our way to Cappadocia; for exploring Konyas a hotel situated in the city center would be recommended, as the Hotel Rixos was 15 kms from the center of the city.
