Were 2 weeks in this hotel and i can only say never again! Was a horror holiday! Dirty, unfriendly and not a single star rating the hotel! The cockroaches from the kitchen gegrochen. In the bathroom we have every day which! Food horrible! Staff totally unfriendly. Booked all-inclusive and have at 21 o'clock in the evening no water more, because apparently everything was (us the waiter said). The only thing which nice was the beach have and the sea! Hello, we are four people (two children and two adults) and have said, when it comes to meals, especially at lunch and dinner, you should not be restaurant opening. It is already almost Olympic records on the hunt, the best table or the first place at the buffet gets set up. We rather restrained and always got a place. (about an hour after the opening) the food was always plentiful refilled. The staff at the hotel could almost all very good German. Our room was cleaned everyday and cleaned (a Dinar helps very) In the reviewer's opinion, the hotel was ... so El fell, so our holiday in Tunisia pure relaxation!!! read more

I don't know what the people in the room the last reviews were, but our room was a family room was super clean and large, two toilets, 1 bathroom, two TVs, refrigerator, safe, telephone, two air conditioners. all the best. No mold in the bathroom. I spoke with other. They also had nothing to complain about. I was repeatedly on the Internet from the hotel. has always worked wonderfully. OK, front desk staff could not speak German or English. but you could communicate. but everything else was super friendly. The only thing to complain about, the main door to the ... hotel, since you have to lift the suitcases over true, because there is an increase in available. read more

Rooms was really dirty and old.Under the bed we found a smoked cigarets,hairs und sandWindows unbelivable dirty and stinky as well like curtains.Toilett as well old and again we found some hair on the ceramic On the way to our room was such a bad smell of kanalisation. In a restaurant we were as well not satisfied.All the food tasted the same and no change.We had to wait far to long to get something to eat or drink.They gave us drinks in a 1dl plastic glass.Water we got from allready used plastic ... bottle, the barman just took the empty used bottle and refilled it with a fresh water and gave it to us!!!!.After you drink it,you have to wait and wait again 10min to get another one!! If you want to get a sun umbrella and a seat on the pool or on the beach, you need to stand up around 7 o clock in the morning to catch it.It is just too many people and to less place.For everything you have to "fight" !!!!! The only positive thing what can i say is the beach and the see, as well the animation on the beach and a solino child club were great!!)) Hotel El Fell have 3 stars (somewhere on the internet is written 4!!), but it doesnt deserve it!!!!!! read more

Get the Nationalgetraenk Pferfferminztee recently only against payment of 1 Dinar in the hotel, although all inclusive was booked. The 0.5 l bottles mine rawa ser (mineral water) are barely cooled. Past es1 L bottles, very well chilled, so that you easy access to the beach. Long queues for lunch and for dinner, which now only 19 o'clock begins. read more

Definitely not building, where the rooms are really not nice. ants in the room, rust in the bath, etc. everywhere lime deposits. For three stars it was OK, but there were four promised at the tour, this hotel has never deserved. Food was OK, but unfortunately not a lot of variety, the staff was nice. Room service was not good, we have always taken the towels and not enough new. Evening entertainment was just the show was not very great, otherwise null, the all-inclusive bar closing at 23 o'clock. Not very recommendable. read more

The hotel was a bit old and not very caringly furnished. Everything was very easy. The toilets at the reception and the pool were a disgrace. Also the other people at the reception were not very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that the small hotel was between two other hotels with loud music playing. Prior to 11pm - midnight it wasn't peaceful. But otherwise, the location was very beautiful. There were restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. read more

    The bathroom was really not very nice. The tiles were broken and the faucets were also not nice anymore. The bed was comfortable. Nobody could say anything about cleanliness. Our cleaning lady always swept and mopped. Only the mirror shelf in the bathroom, night table and the "table" was not even wiped in 2 weeks. But she was very nice. One couldn't close the balcony doors properly to not hear the music from the other hotel and the loud air conditioner from the room neighbor's. What was really annoying was the doors throughout the hotel could only be pulled shut. Slamming doors woke us every morning. It seemed to be like that throughout the hotel as we had asked others from the other side of the hotel and they said the slamming was also totally annoying. It was all very badly soundproofed, one heard all conversations. Otherwise, they were simply furnished rooms

    Yes the food was always a matter of taste, but the food was not really good. You could always find something as pizza or pasta or at the nice salad buffet. There was always enough for everyone, no worry that nothing more was offered. Unfortunately the cleanliness left to be desired. The table cloths were dirty and the crumbs were swept by the staff with their hands onto the floor. I also watched how a waiter took a used napkin from the trash can from his cart and wiped around the area around the salad bar. There was not pepper and salt for every table. One had to watch to have one. The atmosphere was not very cozy.. It was very noisy and very hectic there. The tables outside were cheap plastic tables and so dirty that the dirt did not leave anymore. The drinks (juices and cocktails) were water with Aroma. Cola, etc. were normal. After one day we only drank water.

    The service was quite in order (except reception ). The staff was really speedy clearing away the plates and glasses and always ready for a little joke. Our cleaning maid was always very nice and always cleaned the room neatly. Only unfortunately in two weeks time not even once was the mirror shelf in the bathroom cleaned, the "table" and the night table wiped off, although they obviously were dirty. Most of the staff could speak German, only not cleaning maids service but one could not expect that everyone could speak German well.

    The pool was really in order, large and clean. Not enough beach chairs of course (was not possible) but a few more would be nice especially on the beach and pool with a lot of space still. The mini golf course was a bit ridiculous. It was totally overgrown and broken. It could not be used at all. Really a shame as it was finally also inclusive. The beach was really nice: What was really good, was that the hotel had a staff to disperse the beach vendors. They were only permitted to walk along the water and not go to the beach chairs. If they did it anyway they were sent away and they also left. That was really well done.

    It just couldn't be closer to the beach. There were restaurants and small supermarkets across the street. There were also many options to take an excursion, which were really nice. From the Monastir airport to the hotel we saw lots on the 2 hour arrival trip. The departure trip took 1.5 hours.

In June this year we have for the first time, a trip to Tunisia in the Hotel El fell/Hammamet booked. According to their company it is a 4-star hotel, which after we arrived in the hotel, unfortunately not confirm left. How can the modern German standard of the Tunisian standard of a three star meet?? According to our findings are likely in the case of three Tunisian stars probably two German. We were very disappointed with this hotel. In ten days, towels and bedsheets were not changed. In the bathroom we had rust and mold. Complaints were the staff at the front desk always " and said they would " later. The restaurant could not help. To drink you could only two glasses per person. And even the water tasted of chlorine, so that despite all inclusive water had to buy in the supermarket. We have stayed there two years ago in a three-star hotel in Tunisia. That is why I can only say, for the money you could expect more. read more

All you have to stand in line and there were only two beverages per person, so when you make four twice. The food there was only small portions so many times in the queue and is, for example, chicken was nothing more so had free stood in line. The toilet only in their own room use. I and my girlfriend stayed for a week in Hotel El fell. On the day of arrival we had two hours for our room to be ready. At this time we just acquaintances with the cafeteria " " of the Hotel El fell. The dining room is the main meal times completely overcrowded with people, try, as something useful to eat in the buffet scattered across the room to find. Large variety in food there was not. The dinner was the best located right next door to the freshly cooked food on display. Our room was in the backyard with ... a view of the hotel's roundabout. The booked view of the sea is only possible in the reception rooms. The room itself was very basic but clean. Towels were changed every day. Only problem here was actually only the noisy air conditioning (which we had at night but anyway) and the a bit unstable front door. The general decor of the hotel is rather simple. You can't expect luxury. A bit annoying were the wackelnden tables at the bar. Here some guests spilled drinks. The hotel is located directly on the beach of Hammamet. The white sandy beach and the Sea are an absolute dream. The hotel own beach chairs and umbrellas were good. The entertainment was very good, especially for kids is a lot on offer. In the evening however we have often looked enviously to the neighboring hotels. The atmosphere and the offer would not compare with ours, as it may be, that the stage for the evening entertainment is a bit out of the way. read more

End July 2010, We are a week in Hotel El fell and we will definitely book a second time. This hotel is a four-stars advertised, but really only three star and it was extremely satisfactory and to see. Bad organization from the service to the front desk and the tourist guide (very unfriendly type). The cleanliness in all areas to be desired, except for the pool, beach, and entrance. (no change of linen, sticky tables, no one has cleaned. In other words, you could see what the predecessor ate.) Mini size of the plastic cups, so you have to ... walk forever to drink. The food was always the same and eternal waits, bad. (If you with his family is, you shouldn't expect, in spite of the long waits to get, for example, four barbecue, no a grin. So can make yourself, and the rest of the food was already cold.) Such actions pulled over our entire vacation. That was annoying. Fortunately, our room was okay. Others have up to three times changed. Room 838. The entertainment program and the child care was good. The beach and ocean were great. Super nice. that was our only positive ray of hope during our whole holiday. We must say, that we have stayed in Djerba, and US in advance was clear, that we can expect a European standard. Our expectations were so anyway, I kept low. We have already in the apron with own sheets, pillow cases, towels and disinfection equipped. Always very recommendable grin. In this hotel. For us this is a spontaneous holiday, for little money, we just wanted a week away. For those, which as a principal annual want to do, in order to take it easy, please definitely not in this hotel, as I said, the beach is awesome. Last week we came back from this hotel. Overall, we are satisfied. It is a three star hotel, where you can get a family room, with two separate rooms, a bathroom, and extra toilet at this price)) We have always found something to eat, were also tasty things offered, and we are not died. My husband had to rush hour of course, a little wait, but it wasn't so bad. The beautiful sand beach is really a few Stritte away, there were always pool chairs and cushions available. The water and the beach were clean. I now turn to the ... kids club. At this point, I should like to express a huge praise for the work of the children in the mini club Sollino activity offer. Especially at Abdel and Cassandra, they are for the care of the German-speaking children responsible. There is really great, as the master all that. It is something different every day made, whether an Indian day, sporting activities, crafts, paint or something else, are always with much enthusiasm and pleasure at work, not really easy. Hotel El fell is translated into German never again Even when we arrived at the hotel four hours wait until we could move into our room, giving us the unfriendly staff at the reception made it abundantly clear. We felt like requestor and not as customers. No information at the desk on bank opening times, safe, remote deposit for. The service was just so-so, breakfast eineintönig, fortunately, there were lots of French guests in the hotel, so always fresh baguette. All inclusive drinks at the different bars a pure catastrophe and unfriendly staff. The table cloths were never changed. In the room was never emptied the ashtray. For the Russians, the hotel is not suitable. The responsable of grilled meat was like in a war, there were four people in a family only a small piece of meat spent. There was little fruit. The grilled fish was delicious and the cakes were very pleased. The way to the beach was very short. For the children there was a extra room for manoeuvre. A few slot machines are in the first moment playable but then throws you The money comes from and all of ... a sudden it. The cleaning ladies take the tip which was on the table and simply go away, without the room clean up. The whole holiday and the fact, whether you're in the old or new complex is under canal. The old rooms are an absolute disaster and it is just a joke did to occupy. After several talks with the reception (incompetent, unfriendly) travel guide (focuses more on the sale of their excursions) and the manager (very helpful) we got a new room in the new complex get. You could probably argue, whether the drinks in plastic cups 0.15 l sense, we thought it was just annoying at the food each time in a queue of waiting for drinks at a ... counter to wait. After the dinner was the Mini disco (!) and a theater show (yawn) visit. If you don't want your room on the go, or until 23:00 o'clock on the restaurant terrace seating (if a table was free) and the reviewer enjoy drinks " ". Point 23:00 o'clock was the bar and the music from " ". If you've wanted to stay longer awake, could then in the pay, but very nice, specially bar, to 24,00 h. There was no curfew. At the pool we never stopped, much too loud and too small. The beach was great, except for the annoying traders, who constantly had to be driven by the security.
