The hotel complex is not at the sea, however only about 10 minutes' walk from the beach. A beautiful, clean facilities. Order and cleanliness was good. You have a good feeling terms of safety. read more

    The studio was for 3 adults large enough. The bathroom is for 3 women always too small! No, with a bit of organization is too good. Unfortunately not much shelve space in the bathroom. The water from the shower came from the soil ran? We have however always a schwammtuch nonmobile, experience! Bathroom could use some work. It was cleaned daily.

    We especially enjoyed, that it in the dining room very quiet, clean and tidy was. We were this year 8-time on Sonnenstrand, always different hotels. The cleanliness and organized processes here were very good. For the first time! A hotel manager with its presence safe much contributed to this outcome. The choice of food was very diverse. The coffee, nA ja! But: one had not decent dishes contendeth! It was everything available. Very pleasant! We have to first time very gladly somewhat in the kitty given.

It was a really great vacation, despite initially about 80% English ( speak only a bit of English) as at the end of the Vacation the German came was only visted. Food was plentiful, if you didn't find it it is your own fault. Staff all very friendly and nice. read more

The hotel makes his generation 'park & garden' no honour. Except lawn and a hotel's own Asphalt street is nothing available, what park or garden reminds (flowers none). The best thing first: our room in the 7th floor with a pool view was perfect, really to be comfortable. Room service great. The 2. Plus point the food was ( varied and tastefully). To mention are still the ladies at the reception ( German-speaking and friendly). So that it ends but also already on. The restaurant makes optical a good impression ( set tables), but then everything is self-service, like in ... a cafeteria, even beer tap oneself (protection of minors?). The staff functions only as table cleaner, more not. Accordingly is also the friendliness ( no word, no smile). In the outdoor area on the Tischeindecken declined. Here you should the cutlery and napkins still ourselves. Even with the appointment of a cocktails is the straw not included. To' appropriate clothes' in the evening will value, but undershirt with short pants and bathing slippers are no rarity. In the pool area are enough loungers available, however the cushions are worn out and partly with ample mold mistake. On the photos in the catalog is the Pattierung around the pool still in the radiating money, really it is now a dingy gerauschwarz. The seating in the outdoor area is everything but a recommendation. Worn iron shelf with Plastikbezug, the partially burst is. The armrests are threadbare and sticky. With a chair was even the cross brace broken (danger of injury!). The tables were sporadically cleared away but not cleaned. Cleanliness looks differently. This also applies to the carpet before the toilets in the corridor area. The Hotel Laguna I recommend very gladly. Although there is the public toilets really catching up and the many English guests ( circa 80%) one must get accustomed only once, but otherwise you are in this house in very good hands. As well as at the reception, as well as in the restaurant- and in the bar area are all very friendly and with German good clear. The cleaning the room was excellent, there was also a mini bar, in which you the own drinks cool and could. From a small flat screen TV you could ARD, RTL, Satellite. 1 ... and ProSieben good welcome. The extra charges on Sonnenstrand are really brilliant deep, because a freshly draught half liter beer there were already from about 75 cents, in ideal beach area for 1.50 Euro. 20 cigarettes circa 2,50 Euro, you should per person four poles carry forward. Great hotel! It is however nothing for people the quiet by the pool sit and just to soak up the sun: the animation team is very active ;-) but what I found great. From in the morning around 10:00 to evenings around 18:00 is full program. Later there are then still several remarkable performances and shows, not only for kids! About 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the bus connection. Favorable location! read more

    The duplex in the main building (2 related room) offered enough room for 5 persons, 2 bathroom, 2 tv, balcony, air conditioning, mini bar. The interior was already a bit shabby but clean. The mattresses were of good quality.

We have, as always, 2 room with a balcony and air conditioning booked. When we 02:00 A. M. arrived, we were given 2 economy -room ( block D, room 402, 502 ) without a balcony and directly opposite from the elevator. The windows went to hauptstraßenkreuzung, over a bar. After an immediate complaint, we were the next day comforted. In the morning I received company of a mouse, which kindly also photograph left. Another immediate complaint at the lady at the front desk brought the shocking realization, that you from the problem knowledge has. Debt are the guests, what ... food with to the room bring. A conversation with the guide of its and the hotel manager supplying us an apology, 2 bottles of sparkling wine and the booked room in another building. However I would preferably drove home, as I suspected, that the mouse parents and siblings has. read more

    The hotel is actually located not in the first row, but loud it's always, every year a bit more. Our new rooms lay over the bouncy castle, which until: o'clock through a noisy compressor businesses were, next to the entertainment stage. Television was in this period impossible.

The rooms are modernly furnished and have a appropriate size. The food is for sure not something for everyone, nevertheless one finds always something and you got full. Otherwise there is also a snack bar which from 10 to o'clock was open and pizza, hot dogs and sandwiches. There was actually something for everyone, in case a the food not satisfied. Room were very good The swimming pool a bit small, but fine We had booked all inclusive, the was perfect. The food was varied and good. Many british people were in the hotel and some russians.     To the beach it was about 300 meters but we were nearly in the center of the town. Shops there was plentifully and much in the immediate environment Excursions there were enough, but you had to look for that yourself. The Neckermann travel guide had us older guests no interest. The tour operator just wanted to disco routes sell.

    Service is always faster than you eat can with the plates put away. Baby chairs on the whole restaurant available! Tablecloths not always clean and often also food on the floor location. Selection of the meal not special big... There are in the hotel (or in Bulgaria) only goat cheese. Whoever doesn't like this should of meals with cheese leave the fingers. food is in the hotel really not special good, but always with. You might think the chef no salt and no pepper but everything on the tables. Tomatoes very delicious... Examples for in the morning what to eat: nutella, jams, fruit, scrambled egg, Bacon( steamed), Beans, goat cheese, and beef. lunch fries, more than through-cooked noodles and rice as a side dish. Loose lettuce and tomatoes and cucumber... this in turns fish, Hähnchensticks, lamb goulash, pizza and so on evenings the same from the lunch a little bit modified.

If you are looking for peace, should not be in this area. Price/performance match. But a bit more friendliness of the staff would be desirable. Why is the last day the mini-bar emptied? We eventually got the answer: 'that would be usual'. Also the tablecloths outside of the restaurant were partly very dirty. Yes, the food was not great, but whoever complained, a few euro must fork out more. We found the stay at Laguna park okay and had a lot of fun, the beach is beautiful and one could shop well. For children there were many free time activities. read more

We booked this hotel, because we have been there twice and since it was always good. Now, however, a disaster. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned ever. The bedding had the full Bähh and 14 days the beds were not cleaned even once. If you tip the staff is also cleaned the room, I would also tip for good service and only not to get some. Conclusion stay away. read more
