Absolutely not understandable for us.

Older hotel with competent staff, very friendly and helpful. Plant is still through the beautiful pool area.
It would be desirable, if more renewed would (new pool chairs for example, building a gym).
Altogether weiterhon recommended. read more

Now i was in the november/december already in the Green Park Resort for the 3. time.
I thought there will be time for a review.
The Green Park a little bit outdated, was already almost all other reviewers and i can of course also only confirm.
At least it seems new tv to have been.
What i can't confirm, is the several times addressed alleged unfriendliness of the staff.
I have only good experiences made. It works very simple according to the principle: as the forest in-calls.
If you with the staff polite and nice is, it is the staff ... also. And still tried it. I think the already times in a older review similar to have read.
What the regular review of the russian guests regards i can only say: everyone has its own peculiarities, the sometimes more or less annoying.
If someone else was unpleasantly noticed (mostly in the pool area, because i rarely breakfasts), then it was however mostly german (language) e guests.
The swimming pool i think by the way still great and also the location of the hotel tells me personally very. The rooms were always ok and clean, small faults ( for example air conditioning) were relatively quickly fixed.
If the offered in a thai star hotel not enough, must stop a few Euro spend more and for example the thai garden resort change.
Long story short: for me still worth a trip
But the constant price rises, just at the pool bar, disturb me also \u263a read more

It is clean and the staff very friendly.
It would be beautiful, if for breakfast, european brown bread offered.

The hotel was good. Staff great, friendly... Beach is unfortunately in pattay not so good, one always had to take the good beach swimming, was for us actually not a problem. Much supermarkets nearby, also not so far to city ( walkingstreet ) where the whole discos and restaurants... Of course the coolest was the thai massage, simply cheap and super quality... Since about ten years, I am again and again here descended, however is the building now with a obvious Renovierungsrückstand will be charged. The staff is always rude, as well as delivered performance always less. The audience is furthermore international mixed with a rising part of Russians and Indians.
The swimming pool and the garden are still outstanding but also this shows intensive renovation. You win the impression the complex without investment run-down to then tear off and put new ( high rise building?) to build.
For me is this hotel not more postable and I recommend near the woodland ... hotel respectively Thai garden Resort. Same price range and better quality! read more

A 19 years old hotel, the urgently in need of renovation is. Meanwhile the hotel is, the by a magnificent garden with massive pool area captivates, feast in Russian hand. If minor flaws, nothing and the Russian naughtinesses't mind, is in good hands here. Breakfast good, towels free of charge every day. read more

Unfortunately everything was dated. Room however good and clean. Balcony with a view of great pool area. Unfortunately also chairs and umbrellas dated. Nevertheless I recommend it. Good value for money. By the pool everything relaxes, in July no fight for loungers. Pool area has flair. At the super garden by the pool, the huge is, are squirrels and lots of birds to admire. We felt very much at ease.! AC reasonable, Refrigerator in the room well, instant coffee and kettle free in the room. Guests mixed. Russians, German, Dutch. Everything was relaxed to.
Pool restaurant good and cheap. ... Tasty dishes from 3 €.
Has probably the most beautiful pool area in Pattaya. Breakfast reasonable, but scheibletten and nutella with us, was also good. Cheese in Thailand expensive.
Location good. Very quiet. With coach for 10 Bhat in 5 minutes in Centrum
For all, which it does not matter, the all somewhat older is, very recommendable. Is also very cheap.
All other should other hotels visit, the 3 times costs, small pools and where one different labels has to submit to. For beach vacation with family suited. No elevator. read more

There were 3 Times problems with the electric. Latch my room.
The hotel has always reacted immediately, and technicians sent but for the first time
It has a few hours until I again into the room could.
The last time I am then moved.
I was upgraded to a junior suite.
The was very decent from the management.
The beach in Pattaya you can't recommend.

Something off the beaten track from the hustle and bustle, but in short reachable. Very nice big pool, beach rather bad. To many Russian tourists. Staff are very friendly, if it even friendly treated, which is probably not all guests is made! read more

The hotel is outdated. A modernization would have been in the area of air conditioning not bad (bad adjustable ). Very good pool area and enough parking spaces are to be pointed out. read more

The location is very good, the complex is located in the north and is very quiet.
First we had a room on the ground floor, this had a musty odor and after a night we moved to the first floor.
Unfortunately makes the complex a' shabby' impression.
The staff put in the effort but you get the impression, that you annoyed by the ' tourists' are.
The breakfast is Sunday.. Apart from that we didn't eat there.
The air conditioning was very loud, I ran a fan purchased (Tesco-Loduseinkaufscenter) and that was a lot better.
