This is my 2. corrected assessment, the 1st rating i page for a fair and objective review. The hotel has overall good review rating, if not for the march would have been. A day was completely ruined. The 5 stars hotel has -us inexplicable reasons-on this day An unattended landschulheim for school kids of all ages with its family in the area, cinema. Lunch and dinner was in the style cafeteria or cafeteria, with 30 metres long queues at the responsable, of young people and young children held. Large amounts of food from weren't eaten brownie food devastated the restaurant ..., in the hallways of the lobby were racing organized. The flight on the room did not, it was from the noise Not bearable. For us on the last day a disaster and no-go! Unfair we found, that the 22 february from the hotel a rapid assessment with laptops was made with preisversprechungen as upgrade or massages for participation. This on demand, because a hotelvertrag with holiday check is. This appointment was 1 day after a gala food with brilliant atmosphere instead of. 8 days later i would like the reviews of the guests with the impression of the grades want to see. Stay in early janur 2013. Very beautiful hotel, food, service, service everything ok. In particular, the optician in the hotel recommendable. We stayed over the christmas holidays there. On christmas eve had the hotel a very nice christmas party organized. Everything was very beautiful decorated, the buffet very tasty and the general atmosphere was very nice. All told the hotel is very nice. Everything is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food really varied and tasty. It was a great week ( apart from the involuntary than fantstic designated visit a jewellery and ledermanufaktur but from the tour operator was offered, and not with the hotel in related). Definitely the hotel i would visit again and would recommend ... it. read more

We stayed in this hotel over new year's. Unfortunately our ideas not what we experienced. Perhaps it is also our mistake, because we in the hotel Maxx Royal Belek, rixox Belek, Cornelia diamond or calista visited, i had the same service. Because all 5 stars, i thought that at least the spice not getting worse. Unfortunately that was our worst holiday. On the 1. day when we arrived, we went to check-in for dinner. It was the 30-12-12 about 21,30. Many guests were ready we were one of the last of the to eat went. We sat. Got then ... the food from the buffet. Unfortunately no cutlery on the table! Of al i a waiter after cutlery asked, he showed me a table vo still cutlery was. They said i get it! Somehow, it was a strange but i have in/out privileges. I asked the same waiter (since no other was) after served. In the moment raumte a table. He took of the dirty table napkins and handed me this into your hand! I have it not accepted! And told him it is all i get new ones. He was furious brought me napkins. On nachten day, we went to for breakfast. Also here very rude staff. All have a face, as if the there to work are tied. Nobody laughs, no welcome, no ask you, whether drinks want to order. In the other hotel you will be right with laugh de faces welcomes. You are served immediately. Guests are here in the spice not welcome. I babe then immediately my complaint to the guest relation addressed. Also here unfortunately little has been done. I gave it in writing. Not worried about it. I have heard such as the staff about auslandische guests harmful factors. So our vacation to 05-01-1013. That only thing that was good was the food. A taste you really not in the other 5 stars gets. So food was great and unfortunately i will miss, as i düses hotel also not more visits. read more

Very nice hotel with great complex. The buffet is a dream and very varied. Beautiful large rooms very clean and stylishly furnished one can only probably fühen. Also very pet friendly which is is not self-evident. read more

    übberdurchschnittlich large very clean rooms in the oriental style. Room are very good furnished with mini-bar, tv, free wi-fi internet access, bath, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe and balcony. Minibar was refilled daily with soft drinks and beer brand refilled.
