A special hotel! In excellent location with a great view. Great, that it only ten room in the castle there. These are very different: from the ballroom ( approximately 80 meters² with eight windows) to the tower room (stocky, dark and very small), rooms with zugigem balcony or not any balcony. Altogether but: unique!
Casual ambience.
Bungalows/ vacation apartments belong to this facilities/ to the castle. Are modern, but too small ( room, balcony) except for a few exceptions ( vacation apartments for four persons are suitable for two people. Second bedroom is suitable for two children. An adult will ... hardly can feel comfortable in the 2. sleep-/ children's room).
No air-conditioning devices. Should in the summer in the vacation apartments wärmetechnisch violendy are.
We were in the autumn there (ladies). Stayed at the castle used. In separate rooms ( double room= single room).
Atmosphere in the breakfast/ restaurant for dinner: is sunday Casual. Altogether too small, artificial flowers plastikgestecke on the tables. Why? In this lush variety of plants all around. Oh well, that would again costs: personnel costs.
Altogether regarded: jewelry special hotel ( schloss). Value for money reasonable!
You could make more of. Then it would be more expensive. But then it would be really good, because the location is brilliant! read more

A fantastic, wonderful castle on the height of st. Maxime with apartments and bungalows on the complex, a dreamlike garden with old tree and palm trees with a special mediterranean, mediterranean flair.
The entire area is extremely well-maintained, ongoing work, such as gardening activities were continually carried out. Perfect care of the staff, especially the cleaning staff would leave their mops and the women the front desk, you can simply feel at ease. In comparison to many other hotels and hotel facilities in France les tourelles unbeatable in performance and price. read more

The complex around the Gaumont -schlösschen from the 19. Donatives houses a row from bungalows and apartments as well as rooms in the castle itself in the middle of an old Mediterranean palm trees garden. Everything is excellent well maintained and spotless, the furnishings of a high standard. The complex is under German-French management and belongs to the nonprofit Erholungswerk the trade unions. High is the number German guests, on which one is set. Who likes can half board book, the accommodation is but also for self provider superbly equipped. read more

Very nice and quiet in the beautiful park, the hotel/bungalow/apartment complex with its own restaurant. The city center and the sea is only a few minutes 'walk away. The holiday at the resort ' les Tourelles 'we enjoyed it very much. The area offers every opportunity to spend a beautiful holiday.
The Town of St. Maxime is in close proximity to the area and well within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance you. By car you are in less than ten minutes on another very beautiful beach a bit out of the way. Shopping and restaurants are also easily accessible. All around a great holiday for us. read more

We love to stay there again. Unfortunately this year was our balcony for four people a bit too small. Four years ago, we had a very nice. For the children there was clear, that we will go there again next year. For the parents and children a relaxing time, since everyone at its expense came. read more

We had a great vacation, it was a lot of fun to stay in this object. We had booked half board and were with the selection and quality of the breakfast was very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and also with the language 'German' you are in the area very far. To the beach we are about three kilometer drive, it didn't bother us and it was wonderfully quiet. We had made some excursions, for example to Monaca, Marsa Ille, St. Tropez, St. Raphaele and other small towns. Here you can experience a lot, but quiet, so a really ... great vacation. We'll be back. read more

We can definitely recommend les Tourelles. The area and the people are pleasant and nice to deal.
The town of Sainte-Maxime invites you to enjoy a stroll through the small streets.
In the evening you can get to the full in the fall sale streets.
Particularly positive to mention are the municipality offered concerts of classical music to rock and pop, the usually were free. read more

Very nice stay, unfortunately only for breakfast two mini croissant per person. From time to time the staff tried as from the day before with instruction. Therefor unfortunately thumbs down and problems with the unpleasant smell in the room wastewater channel (in the afternoon and in the evening). But otherwise just fantastic! Highly Recommendable. Room with view from the tower at 108 Sainte-Maxime. Greetings Nino read more

After two weeks stay us the parting was really hard. A top complex with disturbance and scarcely 70 fewos.
The restaurant is elevated, the dishes fresh and unfortunately also a bit more expensive. But you can in Ste. Maxim food, if you in the peak season some patience have to bring, it was really busy!
Tennis and football pitch and ping pong table, as well as an extensive pool area are available. Whoever was naturally loves, is in the bay baden, you can always find a free spot and the path is short!
The area compensated for the arrival thoroughly ..., who once on the Cote d'azure was, is anytime again return. 2012 will lodge staying here and we look forward now already enormously on the reunion with the complex, the friendly staff and the possible most beautiful corner of France. read more

Dream vacation in best area of Sainte-Maxime

We (parents with two sons 14 and 17 years of age) were in July for two weeks in the holidays in a very nice bungalow. The rooms are very beautifully cut, large, well-equipped, the kitchen is very well furnished, living room and one room also very large. The best was the huge balcony with table 1, four chairs, two lounge chairs, parasol in a great location. The meals we prepared and could even, thanks to the great weather (air two weeks about 30 C, the sea about 24 C) always eat outside. Self catering was ideal, market hall with great ... offer (bakery, fruit, vegetables, fresh fish, clams, cheese and in top quality at reasonable prices and can be walked to in about five minutes reachable. Cost of restaurants for families very expensive, even beverages are often twice as expensive as in Germany, but as the shopping possibilities are good, you can easily with good and cheap beverages. In the bar or on the terrace there was wheat beer, the only one in Ste.-Maxime. evening stroll nice place in, are only about a five-minute walk from the resort, port is very nice, the sandy beach not so recommendable. But in about five minutes drive in El Nartelle or in the direction of St Tropez across the street from the botanical garden beautiful beaches. The latter is a rock, where you can do some nice snorkelling. El Nartelle is very flat and therefore better suited for smaller children. These two beaches are clean, but you should the public beaches prefer, because the cost of beach chairs and umbrellas (almost 30 €) accounts. Absolutely umbrellas and July high SPF 50 pack in. Sainte-Maxime is a nice, small city and in summer there is an open-air theater at the beach Promenade with great music. The infrastructure is good, but it is not crowded. Trips to St. Tropez (the boat because of transport prefer), Cannes, Grasse, Frejus or port Grimaud can be reached easily by car. Monaco-very nice, even if no wedding, you should better take the bus. Tours are offered in the resort. Definitely take a day-trip in the Verdon gorge plan. Stunning natural beauty, rocks, gorges and a scenic lake (Lake St. Croix). In castellane in a short hike a chapel on a cliff visit. The open air markets, the almost always take place, are also worth a visit. In Ste. Maxim, there is a water park-aqualand-the experience even for larger children mordsgaudi-for adults, love the water slides, also. The same area, only a little bigger there was still Frejus, there one drives about 30-40 minutes, however. The pool and the pool chair area with plenty of pool chairs is very well maintained. All in all we spent two beautiful weeks and I can recommend the complex and the area. read more
