We stayed on 7-16 December with two kids (2 and 8 years old), The room (so called Corner Room) on 5th floor, was very spacy, had a balcony and a spacy terrace. Cleaning was average, but daily. For the first couple of days the hotel was almost empty, and everything was ok. Then, however, a Turkish railways seminar came and the spa/sauna/indoors pool became crowded and not very clean (since the sea is too cold in December, this was quite important). We were hoping to have a good couple of days in the end when the seminar finishes, but instead ... a huge party of Turkish people arrived on Friday for a weekend break. It clashed wit the departing railway workers, plus there was some overbooking. The lunch and dinner were like a fight. On Saturday it was a bit easier, but hygiene in the pool was awful as well as in the restaurant (people fingering the food etc). It was crowded, many people were coughing, and we felt not at a resort at all. I feel this is the fault of the hotel management. The hotel is frequently filled to capacity (and even overbooked: yesterday some people sat in the lobby with their bags all day and then were taken elsewhere), while there is not enough cleaning and in general it does not feel like a 5-star. read more

If german not, but also not at all, understood, can you flaws without limits login-they are not handled. Mold in the indoor pool and the beach is only with shoes to enter. Drinks and okay food - but otherwise rather a katastrove. Toitettentür crooked and not. Silicone everywhere in the bathroom paint. Zimmerfenstergummi danglin next to the only and 4 elevators only went 2. the hotel has no international audience -80% turkish, 15% russian, there was no communication on. Constant turkish meetings. The postbox for postcards home on complaint of a guest on the 6. day taught the post office ... is no addressees i arrived. Never again this hotel. read more

Unfortunately I must a lot of bad reviews confirm (state August 2012). At the front desk constantly riots, as a lot of complaints. Some guests do not get the room respectively the value they have paid. Walks into this hotel it simply not! Hotel management references pub agency, pub agency refers to international us you again on the hotel. In this vicious circle is only the guest your own fault. So 0% willingness to help - you feel as prisoners and not as a guest. Apart from that the food was really delicious. read more

Just bad. The hotel is dirty. Room were not cleaned. Towels were dirty. The food is miserable. Beach is public beach, so and Kunz were funtioning. read more

This hotel sure not have 5 stars i give them 1-2, the only good staf is location of hotel and food sometimes. Cleaning is very poor, araund the pool is soo dirty, that you cant bealive this is hotel of 5 stars (maybe when it was opened). read more

I do not know, why this hotel so bad reviews has. Food was of the finest quality, furniture were mostly all against new replaced, staff is very friendly, except for the wine they have to do. The was often rather colored water. Our cleaning lady always cleaned properly and regularly the mini bar refilled. The wellness offer and the massages are professional and cheap. There were mainly Turkish Compatriots in the hotel, since also a conference. However were all fun and friendly, and, although some neither German nor English spoke, we with hands and feet. By the bad review, have ... probably little German to this hotel lost, it's a pity. We would go there again at any time. read more

Where are 5 stars? Even present Turkish travelers winkten from! The since 4 weeks new management still has much work, especially in the area cleanliness! Not at the moment more than 1 or at best 2 stars! read more

    the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! If the cleaning lady comes, then between 16:30 and 5:00 P. M.- way too late. the beds only meaningless made, the bedspread was at the start in the corner thrown, there was also for the return trip. The table in the living room was never cleaned, the bathroom hardly. towels and toilet paper were often only after Request at the front desk... I could go on, but the other reviews explain everything other.

    as I have already mentioned actually a beautiful hotel (been). beach on the doorstep, options for shopping very good, since on the doorstep the bus, and 1000 meters on foot after goynuk-where you can go for a stroll.

The friendliness of the hotel staff can't be beat. Bad foreign language skills, at all. For children in the low season is not recommended, as there are no animation or other activities were possible. The food was mostly cold and not fresh. The entire hotel area was dirty and not well maintained. The Spa area, as well as the rooms were very unclean. All in all, I would like my money back therefor we want, as this hotel is not worth a penny. read more

very beautiful hotel complex with over 200 rooms distributed over 7 floors in the main building with a beautiful lobby and smart looking Innenfahrstühlen, refined Furniture & statues. but the courses from, falls particularly the worn, everywhere stained, partly than stolperfalle broken carpet Coating on-in the few fixtures contains a light bulb (our hallway at night was dark) and so you could so weiterkritisieren -unfortunately- our room was, well: door of the bathroom on both sides Yuck, something for worn (in other Friend in another room exactly) the toilet bin, see picture. Curtain hung on half eight, the bedspread to ... corner and the remained then (the entire 9 days!) hairs in the bath, Bedroom tv-Table was not even cleaned. water in the tub ran off badly, also to ask at the front desk no repair-several times around toilet Paper and water-Refill in the fridge. asked anything. The' tooth the time everywhere to see.

    the restaurant is well maintained and chic, of course we could see, that slow improvements need to be made. Over the quality and quantity the food you can not complain about-plentiful and fresh, lots of fresh Herbs, the bread plentiful fresh and crispy, delicious. It was always pay attention, that dropped food and empty becoming Platters refilled. There was dishes typical of the country for everyone.

    The Service staff were very friendly and attentive, however german hardly or very little spoken, the staff with reasonably to understand knowledge, after the Opferfest dismissed and we had with hands and feet explain... the building was later nearly empty. cleaning of the rooms was very to desire, it is not acceptable, that with plenty of reduced Besucheraufkommen the rooms only from 17 o'clock be cleaned, at the time, if you for dinner navigate want to do?! several times you have to toiletPaper or water chase. Additional Services we didn't use, so we cannot rate. Our complaints set, because we the feeling had, not belongs to will.

    During the religious feast was animation businesses, after the local visitor had left, this but adjusted. Except quite annoying ' gefiedel ' also in the dining room (partly too loud) there was nothing. the beach was clean, the walk however quite tiring, the way into the water without bathing Footbridge with ladder into the water actually impossible. Long guests the sea can use, should the jetty not be reduced-it was a please to the management for further future guests-the swimming pool nice but also at this time of the year unfortunately not usable, since not heated, the sea was some degrees warmer.

    The outdoor area of the hotel is very beautiful, the pool area we could to the time of year didn't use (too cold) but it was very nicely arranged. the loungers are comfortable and down to the beach abundant, the beach itself is very rocky, the way into the water every time a survivor -trip... recommendable nonetheless therefore bathing shoes! water crystal clear, simply nicer. disappointed we were, because we the Holsteg couldn't use, since this was already removed (to sixth November somewhat premature) and the way into the water easier-A shortcoming options for shopping were also at this time of the year on the street located opposite available, although some already had closed-after Güynük on foot without problems to reach, good and plenty of choice. possibilities for excursions possible in every direction, bus connections well and on the doorstep.

The front desk at the front desk at two o'clock in the night o'clock was very rude. The man was very rude and did not speak a word of German, only English was poor. The hallways to the rooms, only in emergency, we would probably still looking for our room, it had no flashlight thereby eschon. The drinks were hardly drinkable, even the wine is cheaper booze. Initially the wine from the bottle, the last two days only the package, bottles of wine cost at once. Cats creep permanent in the whole area of the hotel around, even dead cats ... found in the outdoor area. The food is in general satisfactory, but I am used to best R. Conclusion = never again this hotel, which was never in my life earned five stars. read more

For friends of the Russian language this hotel is very recommendable. Unfortunately, except Harkan, the staff were the German language not room cleaning: the rooms were first brought in the evening in order. Very good is the staff Harkan (Bell)! Mr Harkan should not be used more than bell, it is at the front desk! With its very, very good German skills has made our vacation Harkan, despite the bad impressions, bearable. Many questions, tips and hints he gave us, helped with some problems. Therefor a big praise and thanks. Harkan, keep up the great work! read more

    the cleaning of the rooms worked only if you sufficient give a tip (you could almost everywhere). the staff had hardly a word because of missing knowledge of German, Russian is more appropriate. A only waiter (Yasar D.) has very nice to us German tourist cared even the beverages brought to the table. oh and one more thing about the subject cleanliness: Saturday we had in the spa area treatments as I noticed in the toilet the pretty grim uncleanliness on( waste stains the toilet bowl, Toilettenpapierreste in the left corner in a liquid impregnated). only brilliant: Wednesday, so 4 days later we had a treatment in this area, and my toilet brought only disgust, because the same stains as well as toilet Paper and so on was still as before 4 days. many thanks dear team for this great relaxation!

The whole lower floor smells strongly decayed, which also in ... the lobby spread.     We had a family room with a view of the sea, the room had about 20- 25 meters² and a exactly big balcony, which unfortunately was not cleaned, and after Beschwede cleaned but still exactly was dirty as before. In The safe was the battery and all the framework of the fuse box was loose, which however immediately fixed was. just a pity, that staff never even noticed.

    Nice on the edge of the Place, about 45 minutes to the airport. beach with gravel not so great. The Docks into the sea totally forfeited and broken Slabs underwater spots extreme risk of injury dar.

    The beach was right next to hotel, the airport was about 1 hour away, purchase possibilities there was in the immediate area. Highly recommend the markets at the Tuesday in Kemer and the Friday in goynuk the loose on foot can be achieved. Excursions as outside book half price.

The hotel can a complete overhaul. The outdoor area was very nicely arranged, but the hotel as building could have been much more personality have.     The size of the room is completely sufficient. The bathroom also has everything you need. Air conditioning and safe were free. The furnishings in the rooms is also completely adequately.     The distance to the airport is good( about 50 minutes). The hotel lies directly at the beach. Opposite the beach the Taurus mountains the contrast from the beach and the mountains is fantastic. The beach is very clean. Opposite the hotel are options for shopping the first needs. If you directly to the village, walk about 20 minutes and is right in the village. Thursday is market day. Very recommendable. Possibilities for excursions are also in the immediate vicinity.

the complex is located directly on the sand-gravel beach with the foothills of the Taurus mountains in the background (this from about 4:00 P. M. no more sun ). it has not many rooms (214 ) wherein all in need of renovation and in the cleanliness to be desired (partly we were forgotten and it was only after asking cleaned. we had booked all inclusive. in the hotel rise mostly Russians and Turks from (honeymooners and conference participants from events in the hotel ). German and Dutch were for our stay in the minority. what however isn't meant negatively. ... disturbing is the ubiquitous rather overpowering in the entire hotel complex. read more

    Our double room had a sufficient size. the furnishings is typical of the country, old but functional. the mattresses require renovation (worn, dirty and unhygienic ) flat screen with different German speaking Channels. the bathroom showed clear wearand mold.

    In the main restaurant were all meal times as a buffet offered. the restaurant was clean and the service staff respects careful to, that no cats (the on the terrace are ubiquitous ) come in. the furniture is a bit old but clean and with place sets and cutlery set. after the change of guests it can take some time, until newly set and the table was cleaned. the breakfast was plentiful however the bread selection for our taste too poor and the rolls generally from the day before. In the first week there were for lunch and evenings still warm pita bread, but in the second week set was. the starters buffet was plentiful and everyone could its find. Plentiful salads in all variations. Both raw as well as prepared. the selection of meals repeated itself weekly. Chicken, breaded fish, Noodles, vegetable casseroles, chopped meat (chicken ). Unfortunately for my taste too few from the Turkish kitchen. As unfortunately often in the southern countries usual were the dishes often unfortunately not warm enough.

    The consistently very young staff is friendly and attentive speaks but unfortunately a little German and English, but the better Russian. A older waiter speaks very good German and attempted the guests as to you, by offering the beverages serves ( normal self-service ). the cleaning of the rooms is not reasonable. our carpet was during our stay not once vacuumed. three times we were in the daily cleaning and the beds make forget. Only after asking was the room cleaned. Once were no new towels to get. the Ashtray on the balcony during the 14 days not even emptied. The balcony not cleaned.

    the entertainment stock in my opinion this, that from 10:00 A. M. the stereo (on high volume set ) was switched on and incomprehensible probably some Actions were offered. Then saw one of the ladies and gentlemen of the animation teams nothing more. For blasting the music system the whole day by the pool Tecnomusik and modern Turkish music. in the hotel there was a small shop for everything possible. Here are postcards with stamps very cheap. Post one at the front desk deliver. Rental car you can also in the hotel or tour operators book. in the lobbyArea is access to the internet possible. the San-Pebble beach is clean and with plenty of chairs and protection from the sun equipped.     The transfer takes approximately one hour. the sand/Pebble beach borders directly at the hotel complex at. You could reach it by a small park in the the pool is. possibilities for excursions by tour operators and on of the kids shopping Mall in front of the hotel be ordered. on Tuesdays there is a nice Bazaar in Kemer instead ( nice partially cheap fakes ). Friday is bazaar in goynuk.
