The large the room is totally sufficient. We had a triple room which was a double bed and a single. The only thing which the only negative was it was a safe per day 3 Euro cost

The food was really delicious and always fresh. There are 2 buffet-style restaurant and several al la carte you can optionally also once per stay. Emir also always really tidy felt as the cleanliness affected.

The staff was always extremely friendly and very suitable for children. It almost only english and little german, what however not bad we found you're abroad. But was around the hour next to the reception a responsible person of the german and the always very friendly all questions or complaints answered. The child care was also great the supervisors have very much trouble with the small given. :-)

The sport on offer is huge: jogging track, Volleyball, football, water aerobics, yoga, steperobick, table tennis, Midget Golf, canoeing and pedal boats is in the all-inclusive, everything free of charge. There is also always a ruhrpool no music and nothing and on the other side is the action announced. The hotel is great. There is everything that you could want, whether at the food or the entertainment it is simply something. Every day it was cleaned and the rooms as well as the hotel normally were always clean and tidy.

The staff are there anyway, meals were always held, all hotel guests wrist bands, we did not understand. Highlight is the including specialty dinner defendendo, we gladly to italian kind wanted to spend. Organised starters, main course pizza or noodles, (whereby love turkish cooks, noodles can and learn their never!) , the beverages was the identical from the beautiful plastikfass, which was a smooth 6, sorry, the disillusioned faces also around us were shocking. Bad for us were the dirt corners, the probably no longer saw, there were müllreste over the entire time not cleaned out. The rooms and the accompanying staff were ok.. The sandy beach needs getting used to, it was always somewhat damp, clay, not so nice. The complex itself was nice and tidy, green and well maintained. What we noticed, were the lots of children, mostly infants for the also plentifully offered, one should however to be fair to mention in the catalog.

Super size, good facilities, everything in it cleanliness was great. But there was only one german tv channels!

There were numerous bars and 5 restaurant. 2 were the buffet restaurant. The dishes were qualitatively very high-quality however mostly very special. However there were naturally also here other options.

The service was perfect. Very friendly staff always tip top room the child care was divided into different age groups. However it would be great if a bit more speak german it would be.

Perfect you could simply everything from water sports to fitness of dance simply everything. The pools and the beach were very clean and tidy and each sunbed had an umbrella play. The water was always very clean and only gerning chlorinated where also very pleasant.

The hotel is great excellent. The rooms are super, always clean been, the complex is huge large you can easily a week to remain without that it becomes boring one. The directly nebendranliegende aquapark is the paradise for children and adults. Only the quarter hour extended opening hours for visitors is worthwhile not, as most slides against quarter before closing. The types of people are very pleasant many germans but also many british people and dutch, staff speaks however only english.

The area is actually good, but directly on-site is nothing. There the beach directly at the hotel you only approximately 10 meters along the path and walk in the sand. The shopping opportunities in the area by Dolmuş buses and taxis easy to reach. Kusadasi is very recommendable. There is every wednesday market.

Our room should 34 square meter have, the doubts i however at. It was big enough, the balcony also (partial sea view). Mini bar available, price circa 3 Euro per small bottle. 1 bottle flat water there was daily free (was into the room provided). The air conditioning worked great. Safety deposit box for a fee (3 Euro daily) could be rented. Telephone in the room we didn't use. Especially worth mentioning is the great mattress, which i see as intervertebral discs injured very grateful assumed. Room and bathroom were always clean, towels (whether we wanted or not) were changed daily. Often you knew from the Turkey, with the towels or nightwear animals or otherwise which conjure up and sit on the bed, it was in this week but not the case (us but also no matter).

There were 2 dining rooms, 3 à-la-carte restaurants and several bars (of which had 1 in the main building 24 hours-beverage service). The offer the food was rich, there was also a small warm diet corner. The food was quite greasy, a sensitive stomach/intestinal tract via but we didn't, montezumas-revenge has not been sought. The pans, grillroste, waffle you should not closer look at, in Germany would these fed, it should be no more food. The atmosphere in the dining rooms was very awful, a crush of waiters, vacationers, cleaning staff, the one with the waschmopp between and before the feet rumfeudelten. The staff was very young, what not a problem is, but the friendliness with the most employees not available. Of course there was also pleasant staff, they are immediately positive. Without english one comes in this hotel not far, only 1 receptionist spoke german. Our balcony door didn't lock, this was after notification but as fast as possible was repaired. Doctor and we didn't make use of the child care.

There was entertainment, the not annoying, the music at the pool was in a pleasant volume. Entertainment of course only in english. We have 1 disco in the main building discovered, but small and was always empty. The 6 (or 8?) Pools were clean and very spacious, maximum depth 1.40 meters. Beach at the beach like by the pool very close together, had cushions, umbrellas were firmly installed. In the two condominiums gives it different shops, hairdressers etc. Internet access for a fee possible. The beach we didn't like it too much, it is rather loamy sand. The sea was quite murky, the banks were plenty of seaweed. For children ideal, because you could i don't know far to walk, it was just not deep, for swimmers naturally annoying. The aquapark is naturally the highlight, water slides as roller coasters (for me as a 'old' wife of 43 years), sometimes i had the spit way, but it was quite fun. As you could the calories from the meals again lose, because there were some steps to the slides to climb. Everyone should know : by the pool and in the dining rooms it is extremely smooth, daily aberrant people see. By the pool still understandable, water, tiles, one knows, but since in the dining room constantly a clean around was, was this floor mirror smooth.

Very big complex, the in one week hardly any to explore is. Cleanliness in the rooms, area, pool perfect, but the hallways and the halls often left to be desired. There were mostly english, dutch, some frenchmen and some germans there. The average age young to middle-aged.

Left and right outside the hotel was nothing, but the Dolmuş-access to Kusadasi was very good, distance about 15 kilometer, price 2 Euro per person. Distance to the airport: about 50 minutes' drive. The beach was directly at the hotel connected.

Rooms were a bit cramped, but since one only for sleeping need to go, it was ok. We had one with a sliding door (the stuck totally). It was clean, that was important, as the small faults. Our balcony was in the courtyard to the pool. The parties at the bar in the evening were late to end, then it was nice and quiet. But you should probably to 23:00 best bet, as 22:00 sleep to want. There was even a screened-sliding door on balcony (+).

You will find at the buffet everything. From the salad up to the layer cake. So you can fresh fish from the grill with delicious salads combine or mountains of fries with ketchup squash. Each to their own. Whoever complained here made easy no idea what delicious schedules and on other tastes embrace it. The theme buffets offered daily variety. In one week there was always something new. Drinks were ok. Beer not to my taste. Juices from the machine the pure chemistry, exactly like coffee and choco. For breakfast there was better and turkish coffee milk and against money fresh orange juice. Coke there was original, Sprite- and Fanta-similar beverages was also ok. Wine, well house wine, was okay.

Very friendly staff. There is also german speaking people, but usually english. Room service, cleanliness in the restaurant and so on. Top. When something at the buffet fell down ran 3 service forces and in 1 minutes was everything away. I have never experienced that before.

There is everything you need. Many pools and related bars. Especially the slide park the hotel makes for families the ideal hotel. We also had rain, there went it then evenly into the indoor pool. Very recommendable also the spa. Wonderful massages/hammam, even for children. Parents can also sit. Internet 2 Euro per day is almost in the whole complex, for those who need it. Child animation, disco or similar we didn't use. The beach we found not so great. It was clean, chairs and so on. Everything there, but the water is from the stirred up sand was somewhat cloudy and the sand is rather dark. There the pools nicer, we are just there.

We have read much here (also negative) and us luckily decided for this hotel. We liked it. Especially the children. The hotel was at the end of october not quite full. Imagine, that it in the peak season heat, full restaurants and so on. Something different. The complex but offers lots of space in the huge area. A jogging track around the grounds are almost 2 kilometer.

Right on the not so great beach. Bus to Kusadasi right in front of the hotel. Desk we didn't use, there in the hotel enough different for one week is offered. Small souvenirs and stuck there is enough in the hotel, if you like it.

Good size, definitely renovate family type 3, Non-smoking room for our party goers not an issue it smoked in the room and the whole stench came through the built-in cupboard in our room, great taste!

Much the same and for a 5 stars not good Cleanliness and hygiene in all places bad. The tables only with a paper napkin cleaned. The leftovers were sometimes about 30 minutes on the tables rum. Very loud and a mass processing bad

Our cleaning of the rooms Fatma was great. Front desk friendly, no German! Other service was not really available. Complaints were taken and that was it already.

Rooms are actually well equipped, but under our bed was a cockroach.

Bad bad bad! You need nothing about service or friendliness to write. If in a hotel cockroaches can find is the best service nothing.

Friendly one was nice, but of professionalism no trace

The hotel we have from 12-09-2012-16-09-2012 and wanted to a couple of days nice place. But it was the absolute horror. Everywhere were cockroaches, everywhere! In the restaurant, in the sauna area, at the beach, at the pool bars, even in the water park next door. The food was a catastrophe, definitely not five stars standard. It was not fresh and it had no taste. And we from the first day after the arrival only ate out, because we by car in Turkey traveling this was not a problem for us. I would advise everyone about this hotel from those who still want to go, it is your own fault. The staff has an average age of 20 years and has no to experience, service missing in this hotel totally. On the first evening I have seen how two waiter in the restaurant the female guests afterwards pipes, then I have this two I. stressed, that I with my wife as am and you see this mistake with me not should allow-the warning is also good. I have stayed in lots of hotels however nowhere I so a bit impudent seen, nowhere! When we different hotel staff on the cockroaches mentioned, schmunzelten this and twitched with the shoulders. The end of the story was, that we left here.

Way too far from the town center away. The sea is very cloudy and also here you will meet on cockroaches.
