Together with the hotel one drive in bus to Chiang May booked. It seemed to me the cheapest solution, as the bus early in the morning (6:00 around o'clock) should arrive in centimeter as well as many affordable houses because of the Loykrathong -festivals were already booked. the room turned out to be a 'dump' -the wallpaper falling off in certain places from the walls, next to the window were significant cracks and holes in the walls, so that one must have fear, that with some wind the complete window fall could. The whole decor was very nice. About ... 25 years so. I have never stayed in such a rundown rooms, although I always' low budget ' am! The only reasonable thing was the bed! My stay but it was quite nice, as the staff so dear to me cared -i was invited, at the arts and crafts of part Krathongs, everything was explained and they helped me, my own produce Krathong. At the evening the festival took me to the employees with the large space outside of centimeter, where thousands of people fly their Himmelslaternen and then it went to the river to Krathongs the water to sit. by the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff it was for me an unforgettable lovely stay and the room was only a place to sleep! Journey to Mekong also by the staff the hotel was perfectly organized and cheaper than in the small offices at the street. read more
