In our Catalog the hotel was as three star hotel entered. Therefore you could say that it good value for money is. But: not for public, but to hotel beach go! It was also only 100 meters further and in the autumn everything was free, because at this time no tourists more there are. You should three stars full board not with 5-star all inclusive confound/ comparisons. read more

On the first glance presented the complex well-kept. On closer look at fell but, that only the main avenues and the main area ( pool, front desk) well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and bright, the bathroom on the ceiling but unfortunately moldy. Described in the catalog the artificial turf -football field was during our stay locked. On demand we were told, that the spa -guests otherwise bother us would be. We may but, because the hotel manager on this day not as is, between fence and houses hindurchschlüpfen and simple games. That was even my football fans son ... not afraid and we passed. read more

    The rooms were big. There was a small bathroom ( mold and chlorine smell ), enough big beds and a kitchenette. The tv was very small and brought only Italian program. There was no safe. The balcony with a drying rack and a plastic-set furnished. For our room in the garden stood unfortunately a generator, the around the hour worked. It sounded, as if someone the whole day lawn mowing. Good was the schallschutzverglasung.

    Meal times were in the morning from 7:30 until: o'clock and evenings likewise from 19:30 until: o'clock. In the large dining room there was a cafeteria atmosphere. It was loud, noisy and uncomfortable. In the small dining-hall, in a pavillionzelt was, it was quiet, but unfortunately cold. The breakfast was sparse. There was hard rolls, toast, one sort of ham and cheese. Otherwise hard boiled eggs, packaged jam and chocolate nut cream. Juice you could get in plastic cup fill. At fruit you could tinned pineapples eat. For dinner there was always a starters buffet, a first and 2. Main course and a dessert. With the salad you could choose between radicchio, lettuce and tomatoes. I was rather disappointed, because I thought, in Italy on atmosphere, cosiness and good food attention. It was mineral water free of charge.

    At the front desk there was a certain arrogance. One had to often wait a long time, until someone forced themselves to, a to operate. Also it could happen, that the hotel boss at the front desk leaned a gum chewed and no 'buon giorno' on their lips brought. Only the chef was always friendly, despite the stress. You were able to communicate best with Italian or English. Sometimes was also there was someone, who spoke German.

    The entertainers were very nice, but a little German. The evening entertainment was completely in Italian run, what amazing it was, because too many German guests on the complex were. The pool was really clean, the water 23 °C warm respectively cold. There the weather also not warm, you had to very overcome, to use it. There was also a small indoor pool. There was the water pleasantly warm. Unfortunately it was also in case of bad weather not open, but first at: o'clock. If the weather is nice the large pool but certainly suitable, to abzufrischen.

    The beach was about 300 meters away. The water was clean and radiating blue. The sand but unfortunately quite dirty. From the pine trees the bark everywhere distributed. Also broken glass could be found. That the beach so little was maintained, due to our travel time. In the high summer it would probably be better.

For Italian conditions the hotel was good. The hotel area was very generously designed and very well maintained. A drawback was the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived. The choice at the dinner (buffet) was versatile. Only the dessert offer was a bit boring, since it was always the same three things to choose (tiramisu, F and karamellköpfli). read more

There were three nice days in this hotel and we will definitely go back there. A shame, that there is mostly pebbly beach. The food in the hotel was good and varied. The staff was very friendly, despite the end of the season. read more

Great hotel for families, very kid friendly, food is OK, especially in the evening-great antipasti buffet, pasta types of 3 menus, meat or fish with two main courses. Selection could be bigger. Room are class. The size was sufficient, cleanliness in order. Towels were daily changed. Balcony is furnished. Partly with view on the pool area (house Eukalptus). Garden is also maintained, although not our standard, but then you can stay at home. Pool is large enough, non-swimmers, swimmers, and a children's pool extra. Water quality is great, is checked daily and cleaned. Only the hotel's own beach left something ... to be desired. But you had to walk a few meters away, is 's better. So not too bad. Entertainment almost top (water aerobics, football, darts, dance lessons, tennis, etc.), to much for people the their wish for peace and quiet. Music at the pool was sometimes annoying! on the animators are very nice young people, the evening programme on Italian! is also, although not always understood, but is fun and the effort! unfortunately can the staff not very good German, not even english or french, only individuals. But the was enough for communication. Conclusion: wonderful, intimate Clübchen. Price-performance ratio was! will go again! read more

The weakest point is the beach-absolutely no satisfactory cleaning only once a week as trash, service in the restaurant and in the beach restaurant impossible. read more

We were there in the spring, because two years ago it us very well fallen there. But it has changed a lot: The staff is incompetent and can with simple complaints (for example, the molding fridge to clean) only once, to deal not with (you try this through lack of language skills to conceal, although we decent Italian, perfect french and english-and, of course, speak German). The best was, that this time we only allowed eincheecken, if we 'half-board' (called now B & B) make. Since we were out and about a lot, we have chosen the breakfast then. The ... was really really bad: stressed staff, the not even say hello can; forgot to give us a table to cover (what for us no problem was, there were hardly any guests there) and surly slammed on the table plate; it was absolutely induskutablen 'juice' (water with chemistry from the vending machine) and identical Schink taz cheese and journals. The next day we have passed. The outdoor pool was not in operation (OK, in April) but the indoor swimming pool, where two years ago we still had fun mortz) was so chlorinated, the room could enter without not mask. We wanted actually a week (despite the massive inflated prices of 150 per night) are preferred but after three days worlds, close to the beach but in to us in the novel table seldom Castagnetto Carducci more in a nice agriturismo-apartment to rent, where it was really great. The resort is very large and also clean. The room are normally furnished and also clean. The food is typical Italian and it is also plenty of choice. (Fiorentina) the steak, which you pay extra must is a speciality of Tuscany and is a steak of minimum 1 kilo and it is be money 100% value. I especially want to compliment also the animation team. I can only recommend this hotel, for couples and also for families. We will come again on each case. read more

It was a very relaxing holiday in general, hotel La buca del Gatto. It was hardly something to complain about. The food is especially worth mentioning. Absolutely tasty! The entertainment team was always for children and has a very good impression made. Is only difficult, that almost all speak animators only Italian. The kids disco must you have witnessed. Great! Service at the reception and the free hotel bus are an added bonus. Anytime again. read more
