Our bad luck was: we are in the 06. November left and 07. November the hotel was closed. ( loud statement the hotelansassigen distributor. ) The one unfortunately also noticed. The food was very well arranged. And unfortunately also some not very fresh. Unfortunately, I am pleased ( amongst others) always baklava and turkish burek. The was eine' broke. To a other time perhaps lush, only we arrange with the realities must. The state of the room was all right the bed linen was changed frequently. The mattress was perfect. A paper handkerchief under the desk ( not from us), was however not discovered and away. So quite superficially. The 'housewife' in the wi-fi-bar did us a big favor, when they served. Because actually were guests annoying, as they, the on tv current tiirk. familiensendungen not fully could see. On the first days were more often young people in the bar. The beach and the hotel were cleaned daily. The service was exemplary! A bazaar is about 10 minutes' walk away. Beautiful 4, five star hotel in good close to the beach location. We were 12 days in aricanda deluxe. To initial problems with a family room, where day and night a noise from of the airconditioning was (sounded, as if a truck with current motor in front of the window beach, which was however closed ), we got then a different room. The food was very good and with a lot of variation, staff were friendly and nice, knowledge of German were okay. Pool is clean and tidy, beach also. The guests were mostly German, a couple of dutch people ... were also there, a few other nations.
We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience! read more

Unfortunately was the hotel on 06-11-2012 closed and that we got to also feel. The specialty restaurants were already closed. At the bars and also in the restaurant went the beverages to end and were not refilled.
We were at the wrong time.

I could on this vacation very relaxing. The staff is always friendly and the whole complex/beach very clean. The only negative is, if you the hotel complex left - everywhere trash! Unfortunately, that no one to take care of it seems, because also the nature could be so great.
Especially recommendable is a massage in the hotel's own hammam. Thank you Emre for your great massage! The food is good and more than enough.

The rooms are big enough. We have as a service 2 double room instead a family room received. Was convenient. The cleanliness was perfect, everything was well maintained. Service was nice and good. Food was very good. Wide choice and very varied!. At our time were mainly german, austrian and dutch guests in the club. The entertainment team was very good and above all not intrusive.
We have stayed at the hotel next door the kirman chain vacation spend also there it was perfect. The manager is very friendly, constantly on the complex and looks that everything worked well. (cleanliness ..., service.) read more

Apart from the 3 days rain, it was a very successful and really great vacation. The very nice beach area and completely sorglosverpflegung were another highlight this vacation. The complex is in very good condition and all facilities at the sister hotel ' leodyka ' (except food) can be used. Beach activities such as bananaboot, jet ski, paragliding etc. Could directly at the beach be booked. In the immediate area ( about 8 minutes on foot), there is a large bazaar with diverse shops, i, contrary to some other opinion, not overpriced think (have in Alanya at least exactly little/much ... paid). Only fly in the ointment: a, in departure, in the breakfast room forgotten jacket, the then even at the front desk has been made, then it was not any more detectable (65 €, Camp David) read more

The flitterurlaub was really great! Our room was romantically decorated. The hotel management gave us a red wine and fruit plates. The whole area was very clean. The staff were totally friendly. Everybody was very helpful. Very extensive buffet and a wide selection of cocktails.

Were from 27,10 to 3 November in the hotel. I have not thought of that, that the weather still so hot can be. Even when the hotel on 7 November zusperrt we noticed of it nothing. Everybody was ultra friendly and tried very hard. The entertainment was very good and not pushy. The food was very diverse, very tasty and almost around the clock! In five minutes one was a large bazaar. Most salesmen were nice and not pushy-I was very surprised! We have a dolphin show with a swim and a daytrip on a weekly market and then ... hammam. Was everything great organized and also cheaper than in the high season. At the time one felt the school holidays in Germany and Austria. It was just a great stay the I in any case at this time would make! read more

In the restaurant on the right outside was the drinks service unfortunately poor. We got our ordered drinks not at all or only after third order. In the other restaurant area was the drinks service good.

Only once, I think, the a hotel review also from the outside and not to change factors is conditional. In addition belong now times also the weather and, if I at the start or end of the season travel. We were so rather the rear end of October.
The hotel was yes by the size and the doings so often described. The location was for us completely ok. You could get your legs and the bazaar in shortest time reach. Otherwise will enough excursions offered and the bus goes in the immediate area in the neighboring cities. The standlage was ... really wonderful. The bay is very nice. Of course the loungers a bit close. But that was really no shortcoming.
The hotel has itself the price for cleanliness really deserved it. The rarity, really exemplary. The rooms were big enough and always immaculate. We felt at ease. The only water in the fridge there, we found a great shame.
The service during dinner times is apart from that is great. The eiermann was in the morning at 7:00 o'clock somewhat slow ( so I had to on my omelet often wait, and there were no vollwertprodukte as muesli or cereal, well. You also find something else, is enough choice apart from that.
The grill by the pool was compensation, great salad buffet and hamburgers to yourself. Also here was good the service. Otherwise there was also Dürüm ( or that means) and pita bread.
Evenings the food was varied and the drinks service always gave their best. My personal highlight was the bar. The boys are super nice and quick. Immediately are the cocktails finished, always a smile for young and old. ( really great Ahmet and onnar. Thanks, for this!)
Also the front desk! Every request was attempted to be. It was truly remarkable. ( many thanks!)
Only criticism, we had the entertainment, here was the air out. A heated pool in the autumn ( possibly indoor) would also have been great and the choice of music should urgently work.
All together, it was a great holiday. Here children, young people and adults on their costs. Not free the hotel has so many regular guests. And perhaps we will also what.!-) read more
