The room was appealing furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also reasonable. We had a double room with bed setting, the room was rather small, as well as the balcony, but it was absolutely sufficient. The view of the sea was really great.

In the hotel there are 2 restaurants and 5 bars. The main restaurant is huge and so is the noise level of course quite high. However the food was varied and delicious. Our daughter the children's buffet favorite, as could your food yourself. We very much enjoyed the tavern at the main pool, in which you breakfast and lunch can be. There everything was a bit quiet to, especially for breakfast we have the morning sun outside enjoyed. Very good we found, that in the all inclusive offer different cocktails are included, that we know from other hotels unfortunately different. The quality of the drinks was ok.

The service of the staff was very good. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. In the restaurants were all service staff very hard-working and always very quick the tables clearing and reset, but due to the mass of guests really was a challenge. The staff at the reception was really great. We required in a night a doctor ( ulcerated infection through the baden) and the nice mr at the front desk has everything straightened out. He has the doctor to the hotel ordered, the emergency service -pharmacy gleaned and medicines by taxi to the hotel bring. As we were so impressed and very pleased with the quick and uncomplicated help.

The entertainment possibilities by animation, kids club, mini disco, the massive children's area and so on were very diverse and it was certainly something there for every taste. The beach was the only thing, that us so pleased. There are still very many rock, of sandy beach one cannot speak here. We felt bathing shoe bought, so that we, without infringing on the large rock and rocks in the deeper water could. The quality of the water was very good, it was crystal clear and lovely and warm (we appreciate so 26 to 27 °C ), in any case much warmer than the water in the pools.

The hotel complex is very tidy and very clean. It is a dream holiday for families with children. We have at any time of the day free chairs by the pool found and children's area with water slides, karrussel, bouncy castle, Midget golf, popcorn, candy floss and so on were very appealing and were greeted with enthusiasm by our daughter used.

The hotel is in a very good location. The beach is directly by the hotel garden to reach. It will be varied possibilities to do water sports directly on the hotel beach offered ( phalarope are for the hotel guests included). There is a dock for water taxis to Rodes city, Lindos and so on also directly on hotelsstrand. In front of the hotel there are car rental and a bus stop with connections to Faliraki or Rodes city. Furthermore in the hotelnachbarschaft a LUNA-park( amusement park-1 time entry for the hotel guests free) and a great water park (for water lovers really recommendable).

Room was perfect, as already described above!

The food was good, only partly always only lukewarm to cold. Me but let say, the which is normal. There were 3 theme nights and we have delicious eaten, also our kids everything tasted very good, especially the things from its own children's buffet. The drink was delicious, beer and coffee also super and there were a wide selection of cocktails at the bar, the all inclusive there were!

The staff were very friendly and it was always helped immediately. My daughter had in the restaurant a plate down, then came a service and said it was not a problem, they make it just clean! At the room exchange, everything was very smooth and friendly. Room were every day thoroughly cleaned and I could abroad me in no other bed so cuddle up, it everything was very tidy.

Travel praise goes to the entertainment team, your ward just great! You could always something participate or not. We had a lot of fun and the evening shows are a must, the really mood. Great dancers and actors, great!

The hotel is a a very good state. We had a family room in the neighboring house and they were all newly renovated. The room was big and very modern decor. A few minor flaws, but for foreign standards completely normal are: for example: silicone on the shower not cleanly finished, wasserhahnabdeckung was loose... Nothing vital! We had after our arrival a room in the garden the rear of the hotel, that did not please us and at the front desk we were immediately a room with a pool view given. The food was always very diverse and also always good!

The hotel is located directly at the sand/ pebble beach and that had me only convince. I love the sea, but until now only sandy beach. My 1st meeting was impressive, I have never had such a great clean sea seen, as there. You could forever far down see and it had 1 week vacation no only time any dirt like seaweeds or other. Absolutely great! We had a car rented and are in the south in order to raced ( definitely with plan, that is very worth seeing, for surfliebhaber especially). Right at the hotel you can great cars rent.

Mini bar in relation with 2 times Fanta, 2 times beer, 2 time 0,5l of water filled. Double bed: very feast mattresses. But it will be different, because in my shower room on the departure day they were rather worn. Balcony with 2 chairs and small tables adequate. Bad, I found the dark design of the bathroom ( no window), with design exaggerated is. Also the places to put things in the bathroom with 2 people it was very tight. Safe none is in the rooms, air conditioning worked and was not noisy. At the sauberkeitsmoral cleaning there was nothing to complain about. Brutal is the clairaudience the room. It is surprising, as from o'clock early the sport of türenzuschlagens begins-the at: o'clock early has ended. For the rooms to the side of the road you can hear the traffic and the in front of the hotel holding arriving and departing buses - for the rooms on the seaside you hear the entertainment. - except for thursdays guaranteed until o'clock. In case your peace and sleep in want, drive somewhere else!

1 main restaurant ( breakfast, lunch and dinner), 1 tavern ( breakfast and lunch) and 3 bars, where you Cappuccino, espresso, Latte Macchiato get. The cocktails are like in all-inclusive usual, not worse and not better. So I would also the quality and quantity of the dishes judge, a lot repeated, now and then gives it highlights. What I didn't pleased is the eierangebot for breakfast: the fried eggs swimming in the warm retaining containers in a small quantity water, are thus still sometimes cooked and tasted like the also; the scrambled eggs were so much with milk extended, that the egg not much more to be tasted and the schlabbrig are. Really great the warm and cold the afternoon snacks at the lagoon bar. Noticed, that ashtrays rarity are. No from the serving staff held ready. ( paper with water inside as an alternative). Except for breakfast and dinner one gets each drinks in paper cups.

Friendly -with a smile or kalimeragruss - cleaning crew ( everything else is almost self-service) there were K A and M, with a few exceptions. The beverages for dinner in the main restaurant will not come. There is also ' abholpflicht ' on a stand with already voreingeschenkten wine glasses. The reception staff are multi-lingual-German, English, Russian, french. Also with the staff at the bars you could get along with German very well. In case a return flight in the evening has: a late check out costs 60 Euro. ( A rack rate!) one could however save, because a shower room (full room, no dump) with fresh beach towels is served at check out in any case from 2:00 P. M. made available.

Access to the internet in the hotel only for a fee, in the nearby bars and cafes Wi-Fi free of charge! Towards the Faliraki about 600 meters away from the hotel the epsilon shopping center ( jewelry, bags, furs, clothes, souvenirs, cafes). Children's entertainment a lot was offered, but I couldn't judge it. The quality of the water the beach section is excellent, however rocky and rocky in the first section. Loungers, umbrella and showers are technically. The pool is from 11 to 13 and from to o'clock the water sports and pool play dedicated. A quiet pool does not exist. Also the lawn and the beach are of the entertainment treated to music. The entertainment ( spoke in English, Russian, German, french, Italian) you can hear from 10:15 until: o'clock and 15-5:45 P. M. and the loud! Unfortunately there is no fallback procedures. Also at the beach people will 'encourage' and addressed. This is not unpleasant art, however you can nowhere retract where you your peace and with no want to discuss. The shows, the schauspielerische and above all dancing talent of the animation team were first class!

Big hotel with main (7 floor) and buildings (5 floor). Rooms are big enough, however the bathroom design ( mittelgraue tiles and gray aluschienen on the ceiling) should not be everyone taste. Only some bath -rooms have bath tub. Cleanliness, also in the rooms is ok. At the balconies there are no possibility, swimsuits and towels to hang out the laundry. ( take clothespin). The ' main restaurant' has really character and background noise a massive hall - bad and uncomfortable, also no possibility outside to sit. Breakfast- and lunch are also in the tavern' by the pool possible, here you can sit outside. There, there are but not even placemat, it is not set. So rather rustic. Main restaurant offers the advantage of grain coffee in airpots, in the tavern only getting cups from the machine. Parasols- and chairs are in all inclusive includes. However no pool- or beach towels-do not carry forward forgotten! The supermarket in the house from 6.30-10:00 P. M. open. A beach towel cost 9,45 Euro - the same in the nearby located epsilon shopping mall 5,00 Euro. Many families with children, also older people - hardly any young people. Russian-speaking share of the guests I appreciate on circa 60%. At the and at the beach the trash cans were constantly emptied - what with the unimaginable quantity of papierbechern was also necessary. The toilets at the beach are ok and become several times cleaned daily. In the hotel are 4 lifts in use - on longer waiting times before one should adjust oneself.

Directly at the beach, from the airport it was only about 30 minutes transfer. Faliraki ( center) is in a distance of 3km. A large plus point for this hotel are the very good bus connections on the ostlinie and the bus station in front of the hotel with a super connection to Rhodos, Lindos, tzambika beach, Faliraki and so on at the beach there is no' fallback procedures', left and right from the esperides more hotels with its hotel's own beaches. Without bathing shoe is a entrance into the sea not without scratches possible. The water sports center smile offers excursions with the jet boat, parasailing, Banana boat, jet ski etc. An. There at the beach the jetty for the feast bootslinie to Rhodos ( several times daily): simple drive 6,50 Euro, and back 11,00 Euro. The bus goes more often and cost 2,20 Euro. Whoever wanted, there favorably and to various time off, to something else to see

Too small! Very clean. Air conditioning very good, unfortunately no in-room safe.

Main restaurant very big and way too loud. One is always glad if you back out is. In spite of the size you have to be lucky to find a table. Food we'have to say that was not good, too many cold, meat fat. Salads were good. Breakfast and lunch, the tavern open, as you could in the free sit that was pleasant. Snacks was bad, practically nothing.

Very friendly staff. Foreign languages well, a lot of German and English. Cleaning of the rooms great.

Animation super, super good. All very nice and funny and always in a good mood. Evening agenda just top class. Pool and beach very clean, chairs and umbrellas enough.

Very big complex, room very small... Better said too small! You not long in the room on but if you hardly the bed walking distance? Well... When showering, the whole bath stands underwater. But clean! The whole area is kept very clean and the staff very polite. Be careful with the use of lifts, it is not fast enough it closes the door, if one stands between them or not, very painful. Food more bad than good, cold bland and a mass processing. In the main restaurant extremely loud and during dinner too few capacity, breakfast and lunch outside in the tavern taken ( evenings closed?) , food exactly bad, coffee not enjoyable drinks general bad. Beach very clean held and enough chairs with umbrella available, unfortunately no beach towels available. Sea very clear and clean but full of rocks, water shoes are recommendable in order to not get hurt. For families with small -children a paradise. But... The entertainment simply superb! Great great evening agenda and during the day is also offered, all entertainers are super nice. We are on TUI traveled, the company us for the departure vip offered per persons 36 €the apply the check-in and then we are in the vip lounge brought comfortable large room with various food and drinks. Afterwards we should separate by bus the airplane bebracht will, has unfortunately not folded. But generally a great thing. No stress with line up and check in our places were already reserved.

Distance to the beach perfect. Distance to Faliraki city super by bus reachable for 1 euros or with the taxi for 5��� To Rhodos ferry t a ship, recommendable. Goes directly at the beach and stopped at the port the alts city. Both nice for shopping.

Bath too small, little places to put things, shower was newly built, but so assembled, that the sewage not really happening. The rooms were really clean, only the floor and the balcony not swept.

Unfortunately has the variety of the dishes, compared to earlier, quite taken. Freshly grilled meat and fish missing, turkey and chicken are however to hauf' offered. Apart from greek salad and gyrosspiessen had dishes with genuine greek character be searched. The quality of the dishes is however good.

In restaurant, tavern, and bars works mostly very friendly staff, the often can speak German.

Six times the week from the morning until the evening there are entertainment and activities by the entertainment team, the but not pushy is. Is the mini disco once overcome, is evenings a good show was offered. Beach: mostly gravel, partial sandy beach. The entrance into the sea by relatively large rock difficult. The offer for water sports (parasailing, flying fish, banana boats, 'killer' mattresses, etc.) is right on the hotel's own beach located.

The hotel complex is beautiful and well appointed. Spacious garden area, four pools ( three of it for children), beach over beautiful paths directly at the garden adjacent. Big children's area with multi-lingual mini club, bouncy castle, carousel, slides, climbing tower, popcorn and candy floss. On the cleaning and maintenance of outdoor area will be encouraged.

The hotel is directly at the beach. Shops exist in the hotel ( expensive) or in the 300 meters away shopping arcade ( epsylon) with different shops, bars, pharmacy, fish spa. Bus stop direction Rhodos, Faliraki, and Lindos right in front of the hotel, water park and amusement park on foot in 5 minutes reachable. Faliraki with bus, taxi, or ship in 5 minutes reachable.

Size of the rooms ok. In some rooms are carpets, what not really was so inviting. Tidy rooms. The door hinges were a bit rusted, but the southern there ;-O

Dining room rather large and not so inviting, but well with so lots of people it is not completely different. The dishes were all very well, even the soups tasted excellent. There were daily other highlights of the kitchen. It wasn't missing anything. During the day there were cocktails at the pool bars - included. Shocking was only, if you like most people with the food deal. They load on the plates and then can't eat there-it will be ditched.

Staff were friendly. Maids were very hard. Child care: different small house with different languages, for the particular nationality coordinated.

Recommendable for families with children. Constant animation ( Midget golf, Boccia, table tennis, etc.) , pools, slides, climbing wall, popcorn; Internet has not worked perfectly.

The hotel is large, but well arranged. The dining room is nothing special inviting, but you can for lunch and for breakfast the tavern next to the pool use. Rooms are very clean. The room doors are in all southern holiday countries right: let all around light through, and you can hear the people the hallway to and from and talk. Is however almost everywhere so. We had all-inclusive - top! Hardly any guests from Germany. But more russians and guests from the north.

Inventory was very good. Hotel with pool directly at the beach. Small market in the basement of the hotel. 5 minutes by bus to Faliraki, a bit longer and you are in Rodes city. Very nice everything.

We had a family room with garden view and balcony. Also from there you could the sea see. The room was furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a double bunk bed (separated by a sliding door ), fridge, tv, chest of drawers, and a really massive built-in cupboard. For 4 persons is the closet really sufficient. Table and chairs there was only on the balcony. No drying rack available. Fortunately, we had no and clips thereby, have but nevertheless a towel lost, which with wind grew legs has. The fridge was filled with 2 cans Fanta, 2 fl. Water and 2 doses beer. This center was included, further you had to pay. There was safe and telephone. A toilet and a bathroom with tub. The room was big enough, clean, not new anymore, however reasonable. The air conditioning worked only with key card. We then at the front desk a 3 card in/out privileges and during the day the room cooled down. But we didn't need at night no. For sleep with the window open it was too loud.

There was a main restaurant, a tavern, the Diana -bar, the pool bar, the tropicana bar, the bar café and a bar in the children's area. Due to the variety of bars you had to maximum 3 minutes for a drink to wait and the at any time. The selection of drinks is huge, our kids were totally on the anti alcoholic. Cocktails. The cocktails were really well done, tasted delicious. The best in Diana bar ( thanks savas and Marietta!) soft drinks all types, Cola, Sprite etc. On the machine for self-service. Popcorn, candy floss and ice during the day. The food was varied, absolutely sufficient, suitable for children ( children's buffet) and also delicious. It had no star quality, we did not also expect that. 1 time week there was asian, greek and Italian. Greek shares, there were actually always. The main restaurant was nicely furnished and clean, but because of its size and the number of guests (volume ) unfortunately the charm a cafeteria. But that is probably not possible otherwise. We got evenings always a table, dress was desired. For breakfast and you could get lunch in the tavern eat. There you could sit outside and it was also clearly less going on. There are sufficient places in in the evening also outside to sit. The was important to us. Money we haven't used, the all inclusive left nothing to be desired. Tip was difficult, since it almost no trinkgeldkassen gave. You had to the staff personally, and this was the number of of the staff difficult.

The staff were very hard-working, efficient and very friendly. Colloquial language is English, many could also speak German. The room is cleaned daily, also neat. We are however on vacation not too finicky it's really. Laundry etc. There was everything, but we didn't use it and the doctor didn't need one. Pharmacy was 2 hotels further, open daily and pharmacists spoke good German. Flaws in the room ( in our room the lock balcony door not) were as quickly as possible the technician fixed. Lifts were daily broken (fortunately alternate) were but also daily repaired. Supermarket in the hotel daily from 7:00 until: o'clock open.

The beach was public, right on the hotel. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach included and only for the hotel guests. No pool towels, so take. Large partly covered chairs by the pool, so was the heat bearable. Lawns with individual trees to chairs available. The sea water was crystal clear, the beach was clean. Showers and toilet everywhere available. Possibilities to do water sports directly at the beach, however external suppliers and not really good value for money. The swimming pool was huge. A large activities pool, a big pool with island, a baby pool, a children's pool area with kleinkinderrutschen and adventure playground. There was a children's country, covered with awning, with bouncy castle, the various clubs (in every language of a! , there was extra a German speaking 1-2-fly team for the kids club ), playground, private bar, pool with climbing wall, and two large slides and private access to the beach. There were table tennis tables, tennis courts, mini golf course, football field, gym. The hotel has a 12 -headed international animation team, which daily except thursday From 10-12,30 and 14:30 until: o'clock, as well as at the evening shows the people maintains. Water polo, water aerobics, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball etc. Everything is possible. They really tried very hard and were very nice. For sport like me they were sometimes a bit pushy, accepted but always a clear no. If you however peace wanted, you had to go elsewhere. Every evening children's disco and a evening show from the animation team. Hats off, they were really perfect. Strong praise! Disco for the large ones there was no, since you had to to Faliraki. Access to the internet could you buy, there in the lobby ( 1 hour - 3 Euro) Otherwise there was a cinema, where every evening two movie ran. Always in different languages and with subtitles. There was also an indoor playground for the smallest, if it outside but once too hot was.

The hotel together with facilitities are huge. Even in August it not crowded (from main restaurant apart). The waiters was constantly cleanliness concerned. The all inclusive-offer was perfect, particularly the selection of drinks. On the first week of vacation 80% russians, in the 2. Week of vacation ( last week of August) clearly less guests, then also more German. But the russians and English nothing negative to say. Were all in family and very nice and polite. Also the often described eating was completely normal. Children are now times loud, German also.

Directly at the beach! Bathing shoe recommendable, as many rock. Building sand castles not really possible, however therefor the sand is anyway too hot. Bus stop in right in front of the hotel, Faliraki 1 Euro per person and Rhodos circa 2,20 Euro/ P. To Faliraki one can also run or with the taxi go ( 5 Euro). In Faliraki is everything available, shopping, disco, restaurant etc. Rhodos the fantastic old town and, of course, is also for shopping suited. Transfer time to and from to the airport pleasant 30 minutes supermarket opposite and also in the hotel.
