Large, simply, but comfortably furnished. Fridge works. The balconies are pleasantly large and with a drying rack equipped. The bathroom with a bath and beautifully gefliest. We had a bath tub, the two used. There are bath salts and other frills from the hotel offered free of charge. Telephone, tv are available. Safe at the front desk for a fee. The mattresses are very soft. But there are for every two small cushions. A sofa bed and a small coachtisch proved also as practical. The closet was large enough. Enough shelf space for our shoes. The bathroom has no window, why of course with the in the room always something smells. Tidy air or on the eastern side the balkontüre during the day open help.

The food in the hotel is varied and really delicious. We were just passing through. In bilyana beach are only women on the stove, which you even with the expenditure for meal the works in the kitchen watch. What once thoroughly has failed, the mashed potatoes, was more like a soup right. The offer is varied, there was always something for us and we liked it always tasted good. The terrace of the restaurant is nothing special big, but we always a good spot, no matter what time we eat out are. The lobby bar a floor above is subject to a charge, offers however both you, but especially on the terrace a nice atmosphere in the evening. The mixed drinks ( cocktails) and the rich the offer for alcoholic drinks are good. The prices absolutely okay.

Staff are partly very friendly. With English one comes through well, without it becomes difficult, if you are not a bulgarian or serbian controlled. The cleaning of the rooms cleaned daily and we had nothing to complain about. Housekeeping is offered, we have however not needed.

It gives entertainers, yet unobtrusive. It serves typical things we darts, table tennis, volleyball in the pool or morning exercises offered. Received one does in spite of the small area around pool and on the beach hardly hear. The pool was regularly cleaned, was clean. We were however only in the sea swim. On the first days was heavy waves. The water is however wonderful warm (outside 26 degrees, sea 24 degrees). The sea is most of the time was clear and clean. Only on the penultimate day the strong waves plenty of greenery and mussels ashore. In this' green ' meerteppich made the splash a little less fun, but then one goes simply the beach a few more meters and the water is then clear again.

It was our first vacation in Bulgaria. We have a all inclusive-offer with directly at the beach with good food in buffet form, in a quiet area, adequate shops and pleasant guests looking for. In bilyana beach are we'have found it. The 8 days vacation was very relaxing and nice. We would gladly come again, have however on other bathing beach and inside tip in Bulgaria to try out. The hotel is manageable in terms of size. From the outside it looks in comparison to other hotels unimpressive. Toilets and buffet area in the restaurant are clean. Only the tables only once to the meal times cleaned. The pool respectively the place for loungers around these are small. The costs for loungers at the beach directly in front of the hotel however with 30 lev (2 chairs and umbrella) very expensive. The beach sections offer cheaper possibilities. And approximately 5 minutes the beach turn right up is the ' free area', where each with its own umbrella and beach towels wide make can. Many germans, some englishmen, as well as locals and other guests from the east europe's respectively the former yugoslavia were represented. All together pleasant. Few children, because the hotel anyway not really much for this age group has to offer. It is windy, which had the advantage, that the strong sun not so on the skin burns. Late in the afternoon/evening, the wind however unpleasant cool. Dinner was usually only with waistcoat/long sleeves on the restaurant terrace possible. Staff speaks English, however hardly any German.

Nessebar ( old town) is about minutes distance ( on foot). Bus station only a few meters away from the hotel. There are plenty of shops in the immediate environment. The traders nearly all of them spoke English, German was only very rarely understood. The prices are fair, they were surprisingly high. To the go out there are enough possibilities. Partygoers, are however at the gold beach or directly at the Sonnenstrand better cared for.

We had booked a low cost room booked. Our rooms was approximately 20 meters² with double bed, sofa, telephone, tv, mini bar, balcony. The view was from the side on the sea and the historic part from Nessebar. The bathroom was big with a shower and bathtub. Every day it was cleaned, towels were changed. 2 times the week and after need has been the bed linen changed.

1 restaurant, pool and pizza-bar, and the beach bar, the last 3 days was already closed. The dishes typical of the country in few choice and unseasoned you could 1 week accept. Local drinks ( alcoholic or non-alcoholic) were in all inclusive inclusive and ok. In the lobby-bar you had to pay. At tip the staff were not used to. I have a few lever the waiter given, he asked- 'what?'.

The staff no matter where was always nice and friendly. With German, Russian and English worked well. The room maids always nice and friendly. Other services were offered. We didn't use it.

Small -123 beds-hotel in Nessebar. Very clean complex with guests from d, pl, rus, bg, gigabyte. We booked all-inclusive.

Directly at the beach, about 15 minutes walk to the old town and 2 minutes Neustadt from Nessebar. Airport from Burgas circa 30 minutes' drive. You can buy what pleases one. Many bars and restaurants in two districts and very cheap. You can excursions with the travel guide or at local suppliers. We have 2 travel around the country and people to meet busy. It was great. We do not know to say, whether it differences in price for service providers gave.

Size of the room was totally ok. Because we altogether 12 people were, we were on 4 floors ( the hotel has altogether 6 floors with rooms), all rooms had the same facilities ( telephone, air conditioning, mini bar, couch, balcony and lateral view of the sea) - the sea from all rooms of the hotel see. The hotel is already somewhat dated, the first impression is very good, but after closer examination, the first lack. It is be no safety deposit box on the rooms! All rooms have a balcony, equipped with a table and 2 chairs. The bathrooms have no window and no exhaust fan in the bathroom or air circulation, thus, in some places the first mold, also the light in the bathroom was marginal. The rooms have mostly a bath tub with shower function, partly only a shower. Following features found on any of the altogether 7 room which we inhabited: Microwave, coffee- and coffee making facilities, safe, multimedia: cd player, kitchenette

The food was not particularly good definitely not with German 4 stars or 3 stars comparable - we had breakfast, -lunch and dinner buffet. The choice was partly alternate has but also a lot of repeats. The entire food was often very greasy and also almost not at all seasoned. Salt and pepper but were on the tables;-), the sausage and cheese offer for breakfast is quite limited and consists of pressfleisch respectively cheese, the scrambled eggs is from real eggs prepared and edible. Bread/ rolls and toast are also poor quality ( small rolls, indefinable bread which artificially colored seemed to be) According to hotel there was a pizza bar also steak and offer the grill-in the entire week there is not even something from the grill. The pizza was edible however also again dripping from the fat. For all inclusive there was no serving of drinks, this you had to yourself - either from the terrible sweet drinks donors or from the bar. The beer you can drink, also Cola, Fanta and Sprite. The other alcoholic beverages in all-inclusive, are as so often native and here the opinions - the cocktails which offered were partially extremely sweet or with exaggerated many alcohol. After we knew what ingredients the bar staff were however the cocktails after statement mixed.

The staff speaks little or no German-English mostly good spoken. Because we in all-inclusive little service had, apart from the plates after eating cleared I can't really judge. On arrival we had a friendly and good German-speaking welcoming at the reception. But other days - other occupation and very bad to no German. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day, if you later from the room out was the cleaning crew waited so long. However we could here differences, since we are on several floors were-different cleaners-different service: In a floor the new towels in beautiful forms (swan, heart, etc.) with rose on the bed placed. With me they were put in the bathroom and also changed if they weren't on the floor have. In a floor were no new towels left, this had at the front desk be requested

The beach is clean, is however not in between cleaned. Cigarette butts escorted us the whole week. Outside of the hotel area this must be paid in addition. In the fitness center you will find everything you need, however this already getting very old and the device so not more on the nesten and worn. The free use of the sauna is in all-inclusive for one hour included in the price. It would be communicated must, since the saunas as we wanted to use not of goods. The entertainment in the hotel is not worth mentioning, who other knows could have been so as I smiled. The standards are offered and are in all-inclusive for everyone. There is a pool in the outdoor area this has however a maximum depth of 1.10 meters and is very cold. The proportion of the chlorgehaltes seems very low. Furthermore there are a pool in the interior area, this only seems well maintained, but also very cold. We didn't use. The hotel offers for mobile phone free wi-fi, this was used by us and was enough, however worked this not in all the rooms. A computer is in the lobby ( for each of the lobby enters or staying visible) which subject to a charge also for internet can be used. We have not taken into account. On the following sporting activities there was no instruction and these were not recognizable: Cycling, horse riding, squash, table tennis, bowling, Midget golf

We booked at the beginning of 2012 to 1 week all inclusive from 22,09.-29,09. 2012 - end of the season Too many older guests all nationalities, at the time of our aufenthlts but mostly German. I can recommend half board to book, the prices at the on foot easy to be achieved bars and restaurants are top. We were for the end of the season there. That means the screens at the beach, which one extra pay should, on the day with a wheel loader away from the beach. This disturbed a bit the peace and quiet. The location is brilliant. Directly at the beach, old town and Neustadt fast easy to reach on foot ( old town about 15 minutes and Neustadt circa 2 minutes) in the old -, as well as the Neustadt there are a lot of shops for souvenirs or clothing. Peacefully located ( at least for end of the season). End of September no rides such as jet skiing or similar offered. Of the historic part of town you can by bus which during the day approximately every 15 minutes runs for a total cost about 0.50 cents to Sonnenstrand drive ( approximately 15 to 20 minutes), here plays for the younger generation of the party from. Lots of bars, discos and shopping. On sunny beach were also jet skiing and other water attractions. Of the historic part of town from there was also a' small railroad' lT route runs this to sunny beach - also we wanted it once use-be careful rip off-here about 1.50 Euro due after about 10 minutes the train and you could the possibility in the next to climb-and of course there again pay. Excursions could be booked with the tour operator (with us was this almost every day in the hotel) or you see everything on own fist. We are on your own for shopping to Burgas went ( by taxi circa 20 minutes, with bus about 1 hour) - it has 3 large malls-there you will find known ( Douglas, H&M, deichmann etc. , nevertheless also the prices are there well-known and no difference to Germany) - we can this tour not recommend. Journey time to the airport was about 20 minutes

The rooms were very large and nice. A tv with German programs ( ProSieben, RTL, satellite. 1, ARD). A telephone and hair dryer in the bathroom, a nachtischschrank and two chairs and a table on the balcony. A large wardrobe and a mini bar, which we did not use. We had a view of the sea, what I think the best part was, because the sea partly was very loud and noisy. Cleanliness as mentioned before very good. Only drawback in the bathroom: the shower head was on the wall right when you walk into the bathroom and the sewage opposite, so the left if you walk into the bathroom came. A curved shower curtain rod, there is not, which wasn't too bad, only the water is then naturally across the bathroom langgeflossen

We had booked all inclusive. There is a dining room and three meal times ( in the morning, afternoons and evenings). However no brown bread or rolls as we in Germany know, but only white bread. For one week however ok, other countries, other customs :-) There was a table with only desserts ( dessert), a salad bar, a bar for beverages to order, a tea corner and warm food in buffet form, where you from there directly in the kitchen could see. No massive selection as you might from the Turkey knows but it sends all and is also something for everyone. Furthermore there was a lobby bar, which nearby the front desk is. Very nicely done, you can choose to be indoors and sit outside. The beverages there are subject to a charge, but not very expensive. Example a cocktail 7 leva= 3,50 Euro.

The staff were always friendly, however one is there with Russian or English would be better. It is but also German well understood and with hands and feet gets one also everything very well. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned daily, also see already section' hotel general. ' furthermore there is a currency exchange right next to the reception, where one already times lewa can be exchanged. The course was there 1 euros - 1.85 lev, outside 1.93 lev. There is entertainment in the hotel but it is not pushy, very well done. When we went a young woman always at the beach rum and animation like for instance water aerobics Boule, table tennis etc. An. A liable to pay the costs internet corner there was also in the hotel, but we didn't use it. The sauna is very recommendable and steam room also. Next to it is the indoor pool, but not heated was and therefore 16 C fraud, which was however not further bad, but after the sauna very pleasant to a couple more fresh round around. The hotel has a hotel's own sandy beach a small wooden fence. Afterwards it is private and subject to a charge. Loungers there were from the hotel and deposit also editions. The beach and the water were very clean, otherwise there was also a beach keeper which was good, with the from time to time very high waves.

The hotel works from the outside rather somewhat older, but inside it is very nicely done. The corridors are from marble. When we arrived, we were same welcomed in a friendly manner and a page had us on our rooms with the suit-cases were brought and explained everything. All in all it was very clean there. It was every day cleaned and on the tiles in the room wet mopped. Also in the dining room everything is clean ( we had all-inclusive). In the hotel was rather older people, but also beautifully calm thereby, what we found pleasant. There were on average German and English there.

The hotel is very superbly located. To a one drives from the airport from only about half an hour to the hotel and to the other it is really close to the beach. One goes simply only in the entrance area one floor down, through the dining room and is right by the sea. Likewise one could also in floor -2 by the fitness/ wellness area and is directly at the beach nearby the beach bar out. The hotel itself is in Nessebar ( new -Nessebar) speak Neustadt from there. If you along runs, for around 20 minutes away on foot, you come to the very nice located old town from Nessebar. We were not only once there. Also from the hotel you could directly on the historic part look, as this like on a small island. There one gets also so rather to buy everything. A shop at the other and really cheap. A trip we made, this over Neckermann on the site. It was a trip to the green with jeeps. Very recommendable, who likes it rather rapidly and also which from the country to see would like.

Our room was beautifully large and had direct view of the sea. We had 2 single beds ( the together could ), as well as a couch and a table. Otherwise a sideboard with tv and a fridge, however without content. The rooms were in immaculate condition. The balcony also had a decent size and was equipped with a table, 2 chairs and drying rack equipped.

The hotel has a main restaurant, there was breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise there are by the pool a pizza bar, there gave it pizza and afternoon cookies. There is a beach bar and a lobby bar, however is the lobby bar not included in the all inclusive included. Accordingly little was going on. The cleanliness in the restaurant was okay so far, only the coffee cups were mostly dirty. The food wasn't especially varied, strictly speaking there was everyday the same. After 2 weeks we were really on reasonable food looking forward to it...

The staff were mostly friendly, however hardly anyone spoke German. Also with English you often not further, even at the front desk one could not really communicate. Some waiter were quite rude and kept regularly the hand to tip on. The cleaning of the rooms was despite tip to be desired, although we have heard on other floors better cleaned and also the beds nicely decorated. It was not the case.

Every day there was animation in the hotel. From morning exercises over water aerobics, water polo, table tennis, darts, children's entertainment etc. A lot was offered. Access to the internet was also available, as well as indoor pool and fitness room for bad weather. The beach is directly behind the pool. By the pool are the loungers free of charge, at the beach per beach chair 10 leva (= 5 €) requires, which we found quite rude. By the pool there are no cushions, if you a cushion would like must one 20 leva deposit and the mat in its room store. The but only on demand...

The hotel consists of 123 rooms. There's a restaurant, a pizza bar, a lobby bar ( there is however no all inclusive), a beach bar, a indoor pool with a sauna, a spa center and a large fitness room. The hotel is clean and in good condition. Nationality and age of the guests were mixed, however is bilyana beach no hotel for young people the party. But one should nevertheless better a hotel direct in Sonnenstrand center choose.

The hotel is situated right on the beach. The shuttle from the airport takes about 30 minutes. Shops are in the immediate vicinity available. To old -Nessebar on foot it are on the beach promenade about 20 minutes. Old -Nessebar is in any case one or more attendance worth, both during the day, as well as evenings. To Sonnenstrand center one drives approximately 5 to 10 minutes by bus (1 leva = 50 cents per person). There is a mile-long promenade in the evenings really what is going on. Apart from that there are unfortunately not many excursions.

The rooms are super large, the bathroom is ok, tv are not Flat screens and the German channels are quite limited. The balcony is beautiful, view of the sea, laed the evening chill out, However the mini bar is empty.

In the hotel there is a main restaurant, a pizza bar and a Beach bar. Lobby bar is not all inclusive, but cheap. The food is varied and good, but it was never something ran out ( fresh?). Absolutely great vacation atmosphere, vacation stop.

The staff are very friendly, even if not everyone spoke German or English, communication is very good possible.

Beach area is absolutely sensational, beach chairs sufficiently available, At the beach bar also no problem, but from about 16 hours is the beach and The pool rather in the shade. Animation team: absolutely great, unobtrusive and nevertheless inciting.

The hotel biyana beach is a offering a clear view hotel with sufficient 4 Lifts. The rooms are very clean, are cleaned daily and really great With figures from hand and duschtüchern decorated. In all-inclusive it is missing until: o'clock at nothing at all. Afterwards you have to Pay, but everything was very cheap. I have here great international audience ( Scandinavia, Germany, Russia and the balkans to know learned.

The hotel lies very near the beach, go stairs down and is already one at the beach, 50 meters is further one at the sea. To the town Nessebar there is about 15 minutes by foot, here there was everything The tourist needs. In front of the hotel there is a high frequendierte Bus station, but I only to check out in our room.
