Very recommendable hotel for self-catering, as well-equipped apartment, and a variety of shopping possibilities in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and always in a good mood. The breakfast was very good. Nice, well-kept complex with additional sun deck with chairs and jacuzzi with a view of the roofs and the sea. Beach, shopping center and bus stop easy to reach. read more

Acceptable apartments with pleasant friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor area. Acceptable background noise from the street. Clear drawbacks for bautechnischer /hygienic drawbacks in the room: bulges under the plaster (instruction on feutchtigkeit in the walls), hardly any soundproofing the apartments (they hope to quiet neighbors!) And mold in the bathroom because of insufficient ventilation (fan broken) and the location of the bathroom at the very end of the apartments without window). Unfortunately also, that for breakfast industrial hergesstellte, qualitatively rather poor quality products dominate. Spain has more to offer! My tip: the money saving and cafe in the neighborhood breakfast! read more

Once again, we were about the friendliness the staff and the cleanliness in the hotel enthusiastic. Lack were eliminated immediately and wishes (2 pillows) fulfilled immediately. This small compact facilitities are for peace looking for guest in the best way suitably. The best we enjoyed the rich breakfast, and the 2011 newly built sun terrace on the front of the building. The magnificent view over Puerto del Carmen, and the view on the sea are simply fantastic. Unfortunately our apartment directly in front of the bottle bank and therefore we were by the constant bottles dispose often bother us. A ... facility outside of the complex desirable. But that was only a small point of criticism. The next vacation is planned and leads us guaranteed again in this peaceful oasis and relaxation. read more

I was 3 time in this apartment hotel and I am surprised how great everything was. Yes, it's not the newest hotel, but I feel safe and in good hands. The staff are sensational. Friendly, accommodating. I will definitely come back again. The food is unbelievably good. We had the half board and if you are not careful, they immediately increased. My greatest thank you to the cleaning ladies, girls you can't say and the head waiter the fariones Playa. Again many many thanks for the kind care. read more

For vacationers, the variety in food love and not on feast times are dependant, is the apartment fariones very good. Breakfast leaves nothing to the imagination and otherwise one free in the choice of restaurants all nature or the boarding oneself. Opposite previous years the hotel has through the construction of a additional dachliegefläche very gewoonen, since enough pool chairs are available. A visit at the beach in the nearby located hotel fariones with its maintained environment is very recommendable. read more

Only to being lazy too unfortunately. Car rental and hikes are announced. A very nice rustic island, the explorations invites. Guide not forget. The hotel was pleasantly quiet. I would apartments number 212 to 216 prefer (traffic and Musikschall very low). We had only booked breakfast and were up to the modest coffee very satisfied. The rooms were big enough and from the staff very good cleaned, combined with regular change of towels and bed sheets. The immediate vicinity was characterised by a touristic infrastructure, the regarding restaurants and shops all needs. The sea is comfortable about minutes away. read more

Elevator need long, if you wish to use. For 4 people rather cramped. ( with luggage only 2 persons) bedroom window is in the inner courtyard, therefor in the room high temperature with air-conditioning. read more

We had a quiet room booked, the 3 time: we got room 205! The direct location at the to the pool, the breakfast room, the evening with live music to after: o'clock at night a höllenradau delivered, the access to the outside ( iron gate, the constantly by guests casted was) and the entrances to the technique area, the side entrance to the kitchen and the access to the cleaning staff, where from about 06:30 A. M. to evenings 9:00 P. M. constantly noise by loud narrating staff ( around 10 to 15) we received; the corridors were ... constantly cluttered by the car in the housekeepers. And it was still at the crossroads of a major road. This is called' peaceful location.' Never again there! read more

Were very satisfied. Trip with 2' children', 14 and 17 years, the also were satisfied. Staff is very friendly and always makes an effort, to help. Breakfast more than enough. Bed sheets were changed daily, floor included balcony cleaned daily, even with damp sweep! Peacefully located. Only apartment nearby the bar we had Einschlafschwierigkeiten, because most people yet until 1:00 o'clock sitting. Has but nevertheless the perfect holiday is not affected. Gladly again! read more

The pool by 2 apartmentbereichen 'encircled', so that some terraces direct access to the pool area have. Over wooden stairs leads to the spacious roof terrace with a good view of the immediate area. In the pool area there is also a pool pool table, a pool bar and 3 showers, as well as toilet' s. the spacious ... apartments with the 2 separate bedrooms are however with the side of the balcony directly at the busy main street, the total uferpromenadenverkehr occupant. All other apartments lie quiet in the interior area the hotel. read more

    We had the apartment type C with 2 separate bedrooms booked. The apartment is attractively furnished and not overstuffy. The two bedroom each have their own door and are big enough. The larger bedroom ( bed 2 meters times 2 meters) is also a spacious safe in the closet installed, even a laptop starts ( safe key costs but 30 Euro for 2 weeks). The bed in 2. sz is however 1,6 meters times 2 meters large. The living area with German speaking flat screen tv the kitchenette to open and offers very lots of space for up to 5 persons (1 would then have to sleep on the sofa). In the kitchen there was a 2 burner stove, a large fridge, a microwave but no oven. Also the flush is only by hand, but on vacation also fun. The bathroom has 2 washbasin and a bath tub, at the same time to the showers use and is also equipped with hair dryer equipped. The air conditioning is however only in the living area effective and helps abkühung the schlafräum unfortunately not - here hiflt only air in the evening and early morning. The balcony can actually not be used except to dry our clothes ( wandtrockenständer available), there the noise the street even in the late evening still too loud is. There are, in theory, in the room also wi-fi, but the signal strength is in the room itself to strong and it only worked on the stairs in front of the apartment or balcony in an appropriate place.

    The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious. The selection of rolls, sausage, cheese and hot prepared food changed daily. Muesli, fruit buffet, fresh juice, and many more nobody is starving. At the pool bar there are delicious internationally oriented dishes, the also yob the hot midday make full.

The animation at the pool ( on the roof terrace it is' escape ') is also in three languages (spanish, English, German ) carried out.

    From the hotel are all major facilities within walking distance, as well as the beach ( about 15 minutes). Also the bus stops for island tours or similar are next proximity. Restaurants are in the immediate area of the hotel, in the 10-minute walk from waterfront with quaint environment and partial great view or along the below of the hotel beginnenen Avenida de las Playas. Try fun, as you everywere very good or even exquisite food.
