Overpriced luxury hotel directly at the beach

JW Marriott Rio de Janeiro is located directly on the Copacabana beach. 5 steps over the street and you're at the wide beach. In the area are not many restaurants and bars. Is however not a problem, because we could also very good in one of the three restaurants of the hotel food. With bar visits at the Copacabana one must watch out, that you don't in one of the many prostitutes/ Rotlichtbars land (which is not so looks). The general state of the hotel is very good. All marble, of high quality materials and nice light Fixtures. The Atrium ... is very nice, but for me it was not very inviting, since the air conditioning for Brazilian winter was too cold. Unfortunately there is only Wi-Fi ( and exec. Lounge). Except for the rooms with a view of the sea ( very recommendable) have all rooms a view in the atrium. The rooms in general are furnished nicely and offer all the comfort you in such a hotel expected. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi, but cable. A small pool is situated on the large rooftop terrace of the hotel. From there one has a breath-robbing view over the Copacabana Bay, since the hotel directly in the middle the beach is. You can see Sugarloaf and Christ statue from up there. The fitness center is located also on the roof terrace. For breakfast I can only say so much. Who fruits like this buffet love. A massive selection of typical Brazilian fruit. Otherwise lots of fresh juices, a wide selection of desserts and breads. Otherwise everything you need for a good start to the day expect can. All in all a very nice hotel in ideal location. In my opinion but too expensive, as I better hotels for a lower price experienced.
