It is a very nice hotel. Several small houses in a beautiful garden, clean and tidy. There were all sorts of guests there, mostly Russian and Polish, which however not a problem at all represented. From the age everything was represented from the baby to the pensioner. read more

    We had a family room with a balcony to the sea, the accordingly big. The furnishing was simple but clean, everything worked. The sewage in the shower smelled the sky. Our friendly cleaning lady helped us by moist toilet paper on the indulgence,. Has really helped :-)

    There's a restaurant and two bars. The selection of dishes was plentiful, although a little varied. Liked it in any case! About the cleaning there was also nothing to moan about. In all-inclusive I would now perhaps more drinks expected. Freshly squeezed juice and turkish coffee it gave for a Euro. At the bar there is Wodka, Raki, Gin, Cola, Fanta, Sprite and beer. Water dispensers are in any case available also after: o'clock. We have our water bottle daily refilled, that wasn't a problem. For tip are in the restaurant zwe so-called tip boxes, which makes easy.

    The staff were very friendly, even if not everyone waiter spoke English or German, that wasn't a problem, you always get, which one needed. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis and the renigungspersonal was very nice. On demand also a doctor to the hotel ordered, in 20 minutes.

    For the whole day different sport activities offered, but some of them fails, because not enough participants together come. Water aerobics, darts and water polo always found instead of. The entertainers were very hard, however not pushy. Chairs and covers are at the pool and the beach free of charge. By the pool you will however at least 5:30 P. M. the cushions robbed. We used this as a very annoying felt. If you the pool until: o'clock use, do you so long the couch with edition use. Places were always enough, at the beach and also by the pool. Beach was clean and tidy, there were several showers. Access to the internet with private computer is free of charge and not a problem. Using hotelcomputers you paid 1.00 Euro for 30 minutes. Is ok.

    The hotel lies ingenious-proves directly at the beach. The next shops or bar outside of the hotel is either in Konakli (4 kilometer) or Alanya (7 kilometer). Both places are well shortly with the Dolmuş for 1.50 Euro to reach. Excursions were offered, however to excessive prices

The best hotel I've ever been. I am not concerned about the location, food, rooms. The most important was a group of animators who entertained visitors from morning to night. Thanks of them my holiday was really special. All the staff were very nice and polite. The food was varied. Hotel well maintained. Beautiful plants. Two swimming pools-one for people who like fun and sports, one-for people who want to rest in peace. Great Evening Show led by Mustafa, Gurkan and Natalia and Yunus. Daily sea-disco for which the greatest thanks to DJ Yunus;-). Daily aqua-aerobic-bravo for Natalia and ... Tanya. Hotel made ​​up of people. Not the city, distance to the beach or food. If someone after returning from Tropical beach will be complaining, I suggest the Maldives. For Alanya was very close so we could explore the city, do some shopping or eat kebab;-) (but very close to Summer Garden was the best kebab;-))) I suggest to think about increase the salaries for animators, bartenders, waiters and cleaners. They deserved it. I'm sure that one day I will visit this hotel again, but under the condition that I meet there:Musti, Gurkan, Natalia, Yunus, Tanya, Mehmet, Ridvan, Islam and the other people.and of course little "Jehan";-))) Thanks for everything;-) read more

The hotel complex, the two pools. The garden were very nicely arranged. The hotel isn't very big, which we felt as pleasant. The rooms are big enough, if a little in need of an overhaul. Showers in the morning, as evenings nearly only with cold water, sometimes was keins more! The cleanliness of the rooms was good. The guests were very international (most russians and Poland, but also a few french and a small percentage were German guests). Negative is however nobody noticed!     The rooms were not very big, but sufficient. The furniture was also already somewhat older. There was a balcony, a mini bar, but was not equipped. A safe you could rent for 2 Euro during the day and 10 Euro deposit. On the balcony was a small clothes line, where one bath things hang up can. The cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. In the morning, there was sport and water aerobics, during the day darts and water polo. Evenings was children's disco and entertainment announced, which usually but monotonous gave. It was mr tropical beach or mrs. Tropical beach, as well as the couple tropical beach elected with eizelnen play, but the animation team Was not lots to see! The beach was very rocky, in the water were rock and cliff ledges. The waves are very high and the poor surface made bathing no real fun.     The distance to the beach was ideal, very short distances. The next town was Konakli-5 kilometer away or Alanya 7 kilometer with Dolmuş easy to reach. The shopping opportunities in the area were bad, in the hotel there was a small store, where you details buy can. Walks at the beach you could also make bad, as it is very rocky and rocky was. Excursions were offered.

We were already often in Turkey, however such a hotel we have never had. Some of the food not enjoyable, But apparently after Russian taste! At 4 nights, we were in Alanya and something tasty eaten. All bad reviews you read, voices. read more

The hotel is nicely arranged, unfortunately right (10 metres) at the busy main road, which is a sleep with an open window impossible. Our room was in the fourth building at the top on the 4. floor. There is no elevator! Guests with mobility problems or small children is there a problem. The furnishing of the rooms is at least 25-years-old, the furniture sources apart. Our maid was very nice and made its work good. We had booked all inclusive, are but nevertheless often outside eat out. We had every german, austrian and swiss looking forward to it, we found. ... We suspect, that it may 5-8% german guests in the hotel there was. read more

    The hotel is directly at the beach. You can relax on the rocks torture, or over a footbridge with ladder in the water %blank%. The place Konakli you hardly on foot, there are around 4 to 5 kilometer to the shopping mall. We liked the place. We were several times in Alanya, around 7 to 10 kilometer away and easily with the Dolmuş to reach. Also avsallar was a 'trip' value. In the hotel complex there are a small store, the many offers, sweets, drinks, clothes, badespielsachen and so on, of course, everything was at inflated prices. For the hotel there is a gas station no shopping possibilities.

Is a catastrophe if you were german. Area itself was great from the appearance, but the service is very bad! The cleanliness you can, in turn, say anything, because the was okay! It is a pure russians and Poland hotel! Not for german highly recommended! The seating at the pool bar, point 0 hours the light turned off, although still guests sat and maps played or conversed. Beautiful and straightforward hotel complex with a wonderful garden area especially at the relax -pool. Clean beach with lying off cliff ledges. Mixed but balanced audience. Good choice of food the pile up is excluded, since the chefs the main courses on a budget, if you want, you have to stop repeatedly go. Dolmuş connection in front of the hotel. This hotel is ' really recommendable'. read more

Facilitities are medium size, the rooms are very shabby, the sanitary area is simple and has horrible smelly (like a soakaway). The cleanliness was okish. read more

    The rooms were normal large, the furniture was very run-down. There was a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a small table. The tv was very small and already quite old. The air conditioning was ok. There was also an empty mini bar. Safe was subject to a charge - you had to get the key for the outdated safe at the front desk. The sanitary area was inadequate, not exaggerated clean and it smelled like a soakaway (apparently ancient plumbing). One could leave the door into the room not open because of this stench.

    There was only a small restaurant and 2 bars, which one only to the meal times was open. ' all inclusive' was a joke, because if you didn't already at the beginning of the meal times ( at least 2 hours) there was, you only got leftovers. The buffet was extremely disappointing, every day similar food-there were 2 main courses and several side dishes and salads, as well as a nachspeisentisch -all facing the osttourismus. The atmosphere for the food was relaxed, as it in the hotel too few dishes and glasses gave, and the staff therefore already lurked, when you finally was ready. The choice of the included drinks limited to Cola, Fanta, Sprite, beer, water from the water dispenser, Raki and whisky-levy always only in small glasses or cups (0.125 liter ) water in bottles one could buy (0.5 liter - 1 euro,- and 1 l-€ 2,-) cocktails there were not any included, the prices it started with 5,50 Euro.

    The staff were mostly friendly, but when German speaking tourist has problems communicating, there the staff neither German nor English spoke. ( except the front desk) The cleaning of the rooms worked reasonably. A nurse should certain times before place, but when you needed her, it was not found. On complaints there was just a shrug of the shoulders.

    The leisure offers, as water polo, darts, volleyball there was. The kids club was every evening the same cd from-that was the whole animation. The other evening entertainment program was on the osttouristen coordinated. ( 80% russians and other eastern states)-mostly in Russian. The beach was very well maintained, the responsible staff for the beach chairs, sun screens and so on was always locally, if one had a wish. There were 5 showers at the beach - ok.

    The hotel is directly at the beach, however you had a transfer of 2,5 hours from the airport. Purchase and entertainment possibilities there is only in the next places ( Alanya and Konakli) both only by taxi or Dolmuş reachable. Excursions there are very many-too overpriced prices ( for the offered performance)

We were a group verrelst. Already the welcoming at the reception was very rude and almost rude. To eat there was nothing more. We were on the highway to gas station on the other page. In the room it smelled beastly to sewage, despite repeated complaints no change. Meal times way too short, especially. In the morning. Food was rarely refilled. Beach reasonable, apart from the cats here regularly perpetuated, whether large or small business all together is the location of the hotel not really nice. Very nice hotel on a beautiful beach section. Holiday feeling suffered very under the laziness of the unkempt and unfriendly staff in the area of food. Area of food has a wonderful open terrace right next to the sea, is however unfortunately totally dirty... From the tablecloths with dishes, cutlery and glasses, to the staff. -diversity and quality of the food correspond in comparison to other hotels any four-star standard On arrival after o'clock no food or at least a bottle of water. read more

After some on the internet found negative surprises about the hotel to the issue many Russian tourist we were on arrival skeptical. However dovetailing not problem. In the hotel were tourist from lots of different Nations. Everything added easy and also the staff was in any case all tourist concerned. The staff the front desk, as well as some employee spoke very good German and could in any case help. The travel guide was 3 times a week on site. The two pools and the outdoor areas were meticulously kept. The food and cash offer corresponded to the hotel category ... and was all right. The hotel is located in a quiet area between Alanya and Konakli and has no grand bazaar in front of the house ( indicated Dombus but smooth and easy to reach). The hotel consists of many smaller buildings with about 140 rooms, there are many green areas, direct access to the beach ( Warning Flags! - bathing shoe carry forward!), tennis court, table tennis, football field, small ' Hauszoo ' and. For us, this vacation was very quiet and relaxing! read more

The last reviews from the year 2011 couldn't understand. The hotel is great. We will definitely go again. Very friendly staff and everything is top kept clean. Alone the older man in the pool area is only in movement, everything smart to keep :-). Fantastic entertainment. Great room. We can only recommend it. read more

Hotel area was good. Lack Of Entertainment. The table cloths were usually dirty. Drinking at the pool bar were very polluted, these were only rinsed with cold water, sometimes there were lipstick traces visible. Hardly spoke German staff everything was in Russian calibrated. read more

The hotel is located right on a busy highway, as it is in some rooms around the o'clock very loud. A room change was no problem if which are free. For problems one at the front desk and the staff immediately helped. Very many Russian and Polish guests (80% occupancy rate), but all were very nice and polite. All in all good! read more

That was the positive thing. on arrival against( at 23:15 Hours), the young man at the front desk during its telephone call wordless 2 in foil wrapped, occupied however dry rolls and 2 mini Tetra packs with Cherry juice on the desk. Obohl it before 12:00 A. M. was, there were no other drinks request. our room was not ready so we the only night in a Großraumzimmer V furnish had. In this room has rained there and it smelled ... like sewer. the room was neglected and the furniture the rooms are the classification 'worn'. On next Lunch (!) helped us a grumpy staff in the movewith the sight of our Tollis (rollable and 15 kilogram difficult) growled the apart from that the German Language not powerful young man 'Germanic'. That was his only Statement. Room furnishings of the new Room are also worn, it was just a part of the described television programs and also only bad quality be received. all inclusive looks differently. cocktails were extra will be charged. drinks there were mostly in plastic cups to use only with water even rinse out. 90% russian guests. Mr F. is the only staff at the reception the A. friendly and as German-language. The other staff the front desk were arrogant and dismissive. read more

    service staff in the dining room observed the guests as little and acted partly quite strange. The possibilities for excursions in quick succession of our' guide' presented and should immediately be booked. later Reservations could not be accepted.

The staff made a great effort, the few German guests right to make, but the non-in the rooms (especially the bathroom) the stay was not great. The service is marvelous Sunday there were only Russian and Polish guests, at ten in the morning to Sabrina o'clock diversity. The staff striked at the bar in the evenings, so that we all-inclusive guests only two drinks per person got. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly but spoke almost only Russian and Polish. We must not and can advise you not to. read more
